As close to perfect as possible.

Tony and his crew were at our house at 9:00am as scheduled and they worked straight through until 2:00pm. Everything was done as proposed as well as a couple of additional problems they found over our garage. Tony included the additional work as part of his original proposal, therefore we paid nothing extra. We cannot praise Tony and his crew enough. They are the only company I would recommend. I called three companies. One responded immediately, Tony responded immediately, and the third put me off for a week. The first company only installed fiberglass and I wanted cellulose. Tony's company uses cellulose only. The company that put me off for a week uses cellulose, but I was impressed with Tony, his dedication to saving the consumer money, and his knowledge of air leakage into our home. When the third company finally called me back, I told them I already hired another company. He was not at all concerned he lost out on an opportunity to bid a job. Tony came to my home on a Sunday to give me a quote because that was the only time he had available for several weeks. We already notice the temperatures of our first and second floors are much closer to each other. Also, the area over the garage is warmer. Go with Anthony Cunningham Construction if you want the proper insulation job. You will not be disappointed.

In November 2016, Anthony Cunningham put insulation in my attic. Excellent work! Professional employees, friendly, on time & cleaned up after installing the insulation. Anthony Cunningham pointed out many other things which could be done to make my home better energy efficient.

They were fast,professional,and very customer service oriented.

Anthony and his team were amazing. They came out twice, first for a consultation and then to perform the work. Both times they arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they would be arriving. They performed stellar work and were honest and upfront about what they would be doing. Along with insulating our attic, bathroom fans and skylights, they also put in a weatherstrip around a sliding door in the master bedroom that was leaking AC/heat out. They did the same in the basement to a door attached to our garage that was leaking air out. Lastly they cut an AC vent in the room next to our garage that was having condensation issues on the AC pipes. They were also careful to clean up after themselves and make sure they did not leave a mess. I highly recommend Anthony Cunningham and would definitely use his services again.

Cunningham Construction did a wonderful job. They were very professional.

I had a unique situation where I needed insulation and debris removed from the eaves. Unfortunately, Cunningham did not have a vacuum and was not able to provide the service. I would have hired him without hesitation if he had a vacuum available. But, Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable, pointing out issues I had with venting and other insulation issues. He was also extremely helpful and looked into renting the necessary equipment, but it would have not been cost effective. Although I will have to find another company to do this job, I will recommend Cunningham to anyone in a heartbeat. I will most likely have him come back to fix the venting issues that he pointed out. I was very impressed at Tony's knowledge and professionalism.

Short story: this provider did really good. Anthony Cunningham Construction (insulateky.com) was very responsive. (Note: two other companies on Angie's List were non-responsive.). Anthony returned my first call (on a Saturday) within just a few hours. He came the next day to review my homes needs and provide suggestions. He provided a detailed quote in only two days and followed up with a call to let me know it had been emailed to me. The cost was reasonable and we were able to easily schedule the work at a convenient time. Again, he was very responsive and returned all calls and emails in short time. The work was performed efficiently and most importantly, he did exactly what was agreed on the quote and even through in a few extras without charge. Pleasant surprise! (Thanks Anthony,) The general scope: An older two story home with front and rear knee wall attic space as well as ceiling attic space above the second level. Almost all of the insulation needed improvement (50 yr old). They "air blocked" between every single floor joist on the second level (full length of front and rear) to stop outside air from entering into the flooring area of the second level. They air blocked other various areas as well. They added 5 roof vents to the home in well planned areas. They added 10" of blown in cellulose insulation (basically to the entire footprint of the home, but this was done in three different ares due to the knee walls construction of the upstairs.). They drilled ventilation holes in the soffits on both front and rear of home (the original soffit vents had been covered by vinyl by previous owners). I know I'm forgetting some of the other work performed. Hope this review is helpful to you. Ps. I would and already have recommended Anthony Cunningham Construction. Responsive, reasonable, and did exactly what was expected. Also, had a good crew with the right attitude. Oh yeah... An important note.., the home had an immediately noticeable improvement in comfort level upstairs. Previously, a window unit AC was necessary during the afternoon and early evening hours. He was half the price of everybody else. I got bids for $6500 and $7000. He was $3500 and did an impressive job. I was very impressed with that company. I would use him in the future, I'll be using him again next week.

Provider was very professional and did a great job. Got the job done in a satisfactory amount of time. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done as well. House feels much better, would definitely use again!

From the initial evaluation to completion of the job, I was impressed and very pleased with Mr. Cunningham and his associate. They showed up on time, and were thorough and professional. They listened to my concerns, and made it important that I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. The job was just done a few days ago, so I cannot comment on energy savings yet, but the master closet is significantly warmer than it was before they did their work. I will be having them come back in the spring to do a roof repair. I feel very confident that they do high quality work at a reasonable price, and I am glad that I called them.

Their work was phenomenal. He came out and gave an estimate and showed me where I had air leaks into the house. He was on time every time he came out.

We had the provider come out and put insulation in the knee walls that were in the room above the garage. He used Cellulose insulation which is organic, It was hard to find an individual who will use this insulation without it costing a fortune. He was knowledgable and professional.
