Excellent.

We were very pleased because we thought we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator. They also cleaned up very well. I have used them off and on for the past 10 years for other appliance repairs and they have always done excellent work.

They are wonderful in every way they perform from the phone call to the moment the guy walks out the door having done whatever he was going to do. Our washer was on its way out so we called him and asked him if he could do the repair and we would pay for it no matter because we didn't want to get into a new washer and dryer. It was too big a deal for where it has to go. As usual it was the same guy we always ask and as usual he was predictably responsible in his response and that is he knows when he can fix it and he knows when we need to move on. He doesn't try to do something that is just going to be for the dollar and not for the good of us. He told us that repairing the washer that time would be more expensive than if we went and bought a washer. He recommended us to buy a new washer and to buy it real soon. He basically talked himself out of a repair and more work for a while. I respect that. We have used them for probably ten years and I think the world of them. We have never had anything but excellent service persons. We had the same one every time except for the first time and both of them were very good. I called them and they saved me a service run by asking me a couple of questions. I told him that there were little droplets of oil occasionally underneath it. He told me that it was the transmission leaking and he would have to put another one in but it would cost us and recommended us to buy a washer for what it would cost us. It wasn't even considered a service call and I appreciated that. He gave an estimate that was close to $800.00 as the tub was starting to rust and he would have to take the tub out and replace it as well. The location of the washer and dryer are in the guest bathroom and they are a mismatched set so it would have meant replacing the dryer as well and it was more than we felt we could do right now. I appreciated that he did that instead of showing up. He always knows the right thing to do and he always knows how to fix products. He is very careful to explain to you what he is doing whether it upsets you or not. He is extremely calm. I can call him and ask him out within a day. He always comes prepared to repair instead of coming to look and having to order. He is very reasonable. It's always a good experience working with McConnell Appliance.

They are always very good. I have used them several times. Now that I have found them, I would not call anybody else.

McConnell Appliance has been our 'go to' company for years now. Every time there is an issue with the washer, dryer, stove or fridge, they send the same great guy to take care of things. Dale has kept our appliances running smoothly for years and I wouldn't dream of calling any other company for repairs. He has never steered me wrong, fixed something that wasn't worth fixing or not been able to resolve an issue. He's a great service man and an asset to the company.

Everytime they have done very good work. When I called about my new dryer they gave me a recommendation over the phone of what to do before they came out, and that fixed the problem and saved me $59. They get the job done.

TOMMY MCCONNEL USUALLY COMES TO DO THE JOB. IF HE CAN'T COME HE SENDS SOMEONE FROM HIS PERSONNEL. HE'S EXCELLENT. WE RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WE KNOW. HE'S HIGH QUALITY.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THE GUY WHO CAME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE PRICE. HE ALSO HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE THE FUSE HE PUT IN BECAUSE IT DIDN'T WORK.

THEY DID FINE. WE CALLED THEM TO COME OUT AND SERVICE THE WASHER AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS. IT TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE MACHINE HAS WORKED FINE SINCE.

THEY CAME BACK THREE TIMES BEFORE IT WAS CORRECTLY DONE. THEY JUST COULD NOT FIX OUR ICE MAKER, IT WASN'T MAKING THE ICE CUBES CORRECTLY. ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE, IT WAS SATISFACTORY.
