Description of Work: Thought I had a leak under the house. I could hear water running. That's why I called plumbers. I didn't want to get in the crawlspace. Turns out it was a break in the line from the meter to the house out in the yard. They replaced the entire line. They did a good job but, in my opinion, they were very high on the price. But I agreed to it, so that is my fault.

Would never use again!
Description of Work: Flushed line, told us we needed a new unit & called later to try to sell us a new unit. Second plumber replaced line & moved new insulation from around unit. Cost $400 compared to near $4000 for new unit.

We used them for air-conditioning and heating system. We used them in October, and they are due next month. We have a service plan and it is $99 for 2 services in the year. They are really great. They are always right on time. It is easy to get an appointment really quickly and they do an excellent job. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They are careful and clean.

I liked the guy who came out. I had no problems. If I had another problem, I would call them back. They came in and seemed to be concerned about what was going on. They got right on the job and fixed it right away. They were very friendly and helpful. They gave some insight on the problem. All-around, they were pretty good. I would use them in the future if need be.
