"Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs."

Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. I work from home, so we interacted daily. His creative problem-solving skills amazed me. "Chris and crew did a demo and rebuild of our deck. Everything started out great. The team moved quickly and efficiently. Several of the employees had to be let go for showing up to work under the influence. I'm almost a weekly basis I was asked for an advance so they could meet payroll. The crew would inevitably show up late almost every day and would rarely put in an 8-hour day. Boards were warping and cracking. The stain was put down way too early and will now need to be sanded to the bare wood and replied according to the manufacturer. The electrical work that they had started was not up to code. I have had to hire an outside electrician to clean up that mess. I don't have a lot of complaints about the actual deck itself, it's very solid and sturdy. The project was left unfinished after over 100 days on the job. One employee who showed up under the influence is still working there. Lack of time management and money management was a huge concern. If you hire this company do not give any money after your deposit until the job is complete and have a solid exit date on the contract. I paid 93% of the overall price and nowhere near got 93% of the work. Personally, I would advise you to save yourself the headache and not hire this company."
