Description of Work: Replaced malfunctioning part in furnace to keep it from shutting off. Prompt, professional, and fast. Had to run back to the shop to get the part, but all was completed and house was warm within a few hours of arrival. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: AC was blowing hot air. Called them on Sunday night expecting for call to be retuned on Monday. They called me Sunday evening and promised to send tech Monday. My only complaint was that I didn't get a call Monday until around 3 pm so more communication would have been nice. HOWEVER, I was very satisfied with their service. Tech was knowledgable and fixed the miss-programmed thermostat quickly. I also mentioned that our system was getting old and that I was expecting to have to replace it soon. He responded that I should get another 6 years out of the current system. Made me happy and didn't take the opportunity to agree and sell me a new system. When the time comes to replace this one, I'll definatly call Ashland Furnace. Top notch service!!!
