Great, very prompt, friendly, took care of problem quickly and price was very fair

Quick and efficient.

Great fixed but went out a week later and they returned and fixed it for no charge. The problem was unrelated to the original problem.

I will use them again. They put in a new air conditioner and a new heater. Originally they put in a big heater. I have 3 heaters. They have done about everything.

They were very pleasant and they did a great job!

Service tech checked system added freon, it was a pound low. Service was prompt even during a mid May heat wave in the 90s. Service tech was Very courteous and knowledgeable. Said our unit was older but it still had life and did not recommend replacing yet. Very pleased with the experience.

I thought my heat pump was not working properly. I called to have it looked at and they were there within an hour. They were courteous and professional but did not find any problem with it. My heat pump worked fine after so I assumed whatever it was must have been the result of the electric company working on lines.

Ashland Furnace has always done a great job for me. Their cost is not out of line and their technicians are knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I have never had any regrets in hiring them. They are punctual and do their best to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

They have reasonable rates and always come out quickly.

Tehy arrived and said it would take a day. s the day progressed it was clear that they would need extra time and that was OK with me. But.........they called in other crews and I had a bunch of folks here finishing up my job and they got it done when promised. That was certainly service above and beyond the call of duty and earns them my highest rating for service and customer satisfaction.

Made initial visit, a return trip to install switch, and a follow-up later...all for around $100. Good service and good value!

They were honest and upfront with all parts of the job.

Called when Cadco refused to honor warrantee and allowed us to be cold for a week . They were there in less than 2 hours with the parts needed repaired the furnace in less than 30 minutes.

Upon contacting Ashland Furnace for a quote on a new installation of a HVAC system I found they did not service as far as Sandy Hook Ky - the were unable to offer any suggestions for alternate service providers. They were quite plesant and attemtped to be helpful.

It was great. He solved my problem. He came in a pinch. My air conditioner started working quickly. Their price was very competitive. They are good to work with.

They are reliable, and they will show up when they say they will. Their prices are reasonable. I would use this company again.

They called back some months latter to see how everything was and then even sent me a card this past fall to let me know that they are still there if I need anything and that they even clean furnaces.

They are very easy to work with. The overall experience was excellent. We compared around and they had the best price on the system we were looking for. It is one of the best units out there. They did an excellent job of putting it in and adapting everything. Everything happened within a week and I thought that was fairly good. They were very prompt in returning to install a condensation pipe.

I live out of town and needed to have the furnace replaced in a rental house where my daughter lives. The office was very good about understanding the problem of me being out of town and were very accomadating with scheduling and initial visit with my daughter. They inspected the house and said they would call me with an estimate. I expected to receive the call that evening but had to wait until the following Monday to hear from them. The estimate was reasonable so I contracted the work over the phone. Appointment was set up . On the morning of the appointment, I was on my way to the house (which was 3 hrs. from where I live), and received a phone call from the installer that he would be late, due to someone calling in sick. I was pleased that he called. I arrived at the house and found that they had been there, performed some work and then left to pick up some more parts. Now this is the part that I was not very happy about. The man who performed the initial inspection should have told the installers exactly what would be needed. They were gone over 2 hrs. However after they returned, they were both very pleasant, polite and informative about the equipment they were installing. They worked very hard to get the furnace in quickly. I was overall very pleased with their work. They cleaned up everything, offered to vacuum the carpet and took away the old furnace. I would definately use this company again.

He added the freon and checked everythin over and was done.

They were very prompt when called and even though the motor for the unit had to be ordered it was sent over night and was installed in two days from the time they received the call. It was a very warm time of year and the company made sure that we were not without air any longer that possible. A++++ to Ashland Furnace.

No problems on install and no service calls since. A perfect installation in just one day. They really know what they are doing.
