We used them back in 2006 and have had 2 leaking roofs since then and they were just out this year. They had to repair more of our roof because they put so many nails in one spot that it caused a big hole. We had to replace the ceiling in out family room, had to replace the carpet, time because of mold and there were even mold in our walls. We had to file a claim on our insurance because they would not take responsibility. They did come out 2 times and thought the problem was fixed but later they found it was still leaking. They hired contractors to do their work and they didn't speak english so it was hard to communicate with them. they left roofing nails all over my yard. I felt because of all the problems someone from the company itself should have came and inspected the work.

Everyone on the block was having their roof replaced due to a hail storm the prior spring. I contacted my insurer who declared the roof and gutters a total loss. I contacted Truett based on a neighbor's recommendation. They provided an estimate within the insurance allowance. They completed the roof work in one day, and the gutters a couple of days later. They cleaned up thoroughly, and my wife was comfortable having working around the house. A couple of months later I noticed that one of the down spouts was mis-routed. (it had not rained for a while). I called Truett, and they took care of it with out any hassle.

Company came out quickly for bid. It did take longer than expected for the work to begin, but once they began, it went very quickly. We ended up having them do far more work than originally anticipated because many of the fascia boards were in worse shape than we thought. The workers were very accomodating and as we noticed additional areas we wanted replaced as they had gutters down, they went ahead and took care of it. Shortly after the work was completed, we noticed water gushing over the top of the downspouts. We called them out to take a look, and it turns out the company who had painted the house failed to correctly reattach them when they finished their work. The Truett worker just reattached without hesitation. Only concern was that we had a couple spots that were leaking - and after having the gutters replaced they are still leaking. Update: After I posted this review, a representative called and told me they would send someone out to look at the leaking issues. No one ever called or came out. On one place the leak was getting progresively worse, and so we got up on a ladder to investigate. We are very unhappy with the way this corner was put together and will need to replace it. I would expect that work done would last more than a year. Very dissapointed that they never follwed up. We will not be calling them again or recommending them to others.

They first came out to do the estimate and the price was accurate. They done in one day and could not even tell they worked on the roof. They were great and very professional. They communicated very well.

This job involved removing two layers,valleys,vents and reflash the fireplace. The crew showed up at about 8:30am. When i arrived home around the noon hour the entire back was off, refelted and they where finishing ripping the front. They used heavy weight felt that is nailed properly. starter course on the bottom,sides and valleys. You could tell they where experts. Lined up new valleys and installed 23 square in what seemed to be a short amount of time. all areas of the ground around the house where cleaned. magnet was run throughout the yard several times. all concrete surfaces where sweep. they where complete with the job the same day. The crew was very polite and answered all questions. WORLDCLASS CREW!!! This company will also be doing my gutters they also had a great coupon...

They did a great job! They were there when they said they would be, and the bill was the same as my proposal, so suprises. They even helped us pick out what color would look best with our house. It is amazing how much better the house looks with the new gutters! Thanks Truett Roofing!!

Twice in the last three months I called Truett to have some gutters repaired. A very friendly receptionist took my name and number and said she would pass it onto the person in charge of gutters. Both times no one called me back.

I attempted to make contact to get a bid for some roofing work. The first attempt, after 2 or 3 phone tag sessions, they took 2-weeks to actually make contact.. I was told that a representative would come by to furnish a bid. No one showed and no bid was received. I then contacted Truitt just to let them know that the work had been contracted to another company and I would not consider them for any future projects

They did a really good job. We don't have any complaints. They were very neat. The price was about where it should have been. They came out, did the job and were very good. We haven’t had any leaks.

I called Truett on 08/30/2011 to get a bid for new gutters. I decided to call them based on all of their great reviews on this site. I spoke with a friendly representative who said the guy who does gutters will call me back. He did call me back the next morning and I spoke with him. He said he would be out in the next day or two to measure them and give me a bid. It is now 09/06/2011 and I have not heard a word from him or Truett at all. He did not come out and did not call. I called another company and they were out the next day and are scheduled to do the work today (two days later). It's poor business not to follow up at all for a bid. In my opinion, that gives you a failing grade.

They were very professional. He is going to send one of his repair men to come out and see if they can do more repair to help with the damage on the inside of the house caused by the hail storm. They went over and above with their service provided and gave me good advice.

It was a free estimate. They came out, and the guy who came was very professional and very knowledgeable. I talked to him one-on-one after he did the evaluation. We talked about replacing the siding. He actually knew about the appraiser who came out to check the house. He knew the appraiser personally, from where he does other works. He talked about that if we have any problems or anything like that, or if we have any questions or another company had provided a lower bid, then to contact them, and they would see about matching or beating the bid, if they were able to.

Our roof needed repair for quite a while, and we finally decided to get it done. I checked Angie's List, and saw a favorable review for Truett Roofing, Inc. I called, and they had someone out within a couple of days. They would have come sooner, but we had scheduling problems on our end. The sales rep., Kyle, was very knowedgable and friendly, and did not pressure us at all. He gave us a fair price, helped us pick the color of the new tiles, and, because of the good reputation, we set a date for the work to be done. On the prearranged date, 5-6-2011, a crew came and started about 9 am. I had to leave for a doctors appointment about noon, and as I pulled away I counted 10 men on the roof or working on the ground. By the time I came home about 3 pm, the job was done! And the new roof looks great. The workers were very careful with the old tiles they tore off, putting up temporary boards to cover our house windows from any damage. They had the yard and driveway completely cleared when I got home. No trash or nails on the ground. It is not a big house, and only took about 11 squares to put on. They also changed out our old wind turbines for more attractive vents, installed new ridge, metal and pipe jacks, and installed ice/moisture guard around our skylight. Also new drip edge. We are extremely happy with the job they performed. We have a 5 year leak free warranty, and a 25 year material manufacturer's warranty.

They we excellent to work with. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up very well after they were done.

Everything went smoothly. They were very cooperative and customer service oriented. We didn?t have any problems with them. They also fixed a couple of things after the work was done that we thought needed to fixed without any problems.

I called Truett to come give me an estimate for hail damage repair, which my insurance company had already assessed as minor damage and paid me $3,000 for repairs. The Truett man took one look at the roof and said it was completely shot and that I needed a new roof, which made sense because I knew that all the other homes in my block were getting new roofs from this storm. He said he would work with my insurance company and meet the adjuster at my house if I wanted to request a re-inspection by my insurance company. That's what I did, and he met the adjustor and pointed out all the damage that the previous adjustor had missed, including gutters and downspouts, damage to an awning and window screens and more. In the end, the adjustor agreed I needed a new roof and ended up paying out over $16,000 based on Truett's cost estimate. Truett did the work quickly and well, doing an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. And it didn't cost me a cent because they were able to show the insurance company the damage they had missed. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails. I great experience over all.
