It was the best service ever. Would rate them 100. The owner came and discussed our needs. The handyman that worked with us came over explained in detail what could be done , gave an estima and time it would take to complete. They called to ask if they could come earlier. They were in constant communication, if there was a delay they would let us know, etc. The work done was beautiful. The ramp is a one of a kind and I believe it will add value to the home. We plant to do other projects and would recommend them to anyone. Very professional .

It was excellent. It was great, no problems at all.

The last but not least remodel was the washer and dryer were moved from the basement to a closet on the ground level. It went perfectly when they built the closet out, installed the washer and dryer with a shelving unit above them and closed everything behind folding doors. They painted the ceiling and stained there doors to match perfectly with the existing trim. The first remodel is a gorgeous bathroom, tiled in a pattern quite beautiful. They had to remove tile, replace sheetrock and paint the ceiling. The floors were done in matching tile and new fixtures were installed. All of this they accomplished while we were out of town. They kept in touch with us whenever something came up. Everything is always cleaned and spotless when they finish. Great guys to work with. Recently they added more lighting and it is perfect.

The original estimate was acceptable. During the install, a complication was found that extended the install from 1/2 a day to over 1 1/2 days with multiple visits. There was an obstruction in the wall from a previous build (previous owners?) that caused damage to the wall when trying to "fish" the wire through the wall. The workman found a workable solution and repaired all damage to "good-as-new" (maybe even a little better) and charged me the original estimated cost. Unbelievable integrity and pride of workmanship. Will recommend and use them in the future.

It went extremely well. They showed up promptly at 8:00am each morning. Not close to 8am, but 8:00am on the dot. They also took great care of our new wood floors. Every morning they put down drop clothes anywhere they had to walk or work. Every evening they picked them and put them away. They were cheerful, friendly, and efficient. They explained every step and made sure we had all our questions answered. They did beautiful tile work that exceeded our expectations. I posted numerous pictures of the project on Facebook and received very complimentary posts from friends and family. We were extremely satisfied with [Company Name Removed] and we have already contracted with them to perform some additional work in a month or so.

I am Paul Carter of Norman, OK. I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who lives in Wichita. The original estimate for installing new back doors on my mother's house was around $1250. The handyman came out and installed the new doors, then charged my mother over $2000. She later called and got the bill reduced to around $1350. The work performed was good and the doors are fine, except that after a few weeks, my mother noticed that it was very hard to turn the key in the storm door's lock. She contacted the company and was told that they would charge her a lot of money to come out and see what needed to be fixed, so she did not proceed. I was later told about the lock problem and simply oiled the lock. My impression of this company is that they are very personable and competent and do good quality work but they seem too focused on making a lot of money, when the focus should be on meeting the customer's needs. We do not plan to use them for any more projects.

It went very well. I have a 5 year old son who was very inquisitive and even at one point accidentally bounced a ball into Doyle's face and he was so nice about it and said he had grandkids that age and these things happen. He wasn't bothered by my son watching him. He was very kind and a hard worker. Everything turned out very nice.

It went very well. The workers seem reliable and they know what they are doing. Price is also reasonable. There was also a time when there was a part that they needed to buy at the store and they cannot get hold of me. So the guy paid for the part himself and I just reimbursed it to him so that was sort of beyond what I was expecting.

Under the estimate, arrived on time did an excellent job of instaling a steel frame/door, cleaned up after, except for having a new door you could not tell that he was there. Kept me informed on how things were going.

It worked out good. One of the handymen was very good, the other was a little bit slow. But then I talked to the manager and they fixed the problem for me and gave me a discount for that. Basically, they wanted to charge me for more than what the job was because the handyman was very slow and they charged per hour. But then the company was really nice and addressed the problem. In the end, it was fair.

It went very well. They did everything they said they were going to do, they did it on time, and actually did it for less money than they estimated. It was bidded at $700, and it came in at about $400. We have never used them prior to this service. I don't have anything to dislike. They were prompt, they were there when they said they would be, they did everything they said they would do, and they were cheaper than they estimated so I was very happy. There were no issues. I would certainly use them again.

Work was top notch. They are friendly and professional. Ed is a great craftsman and hard worker. We took out old tub/shower combo and replaced with soaker tub. Also replaced old vanity with new sink. He installed tub surround, flooring, and trim. They will be our go to company for remodel jobs!!

They were wonderful! On time, so professional, and charged less than they had estimated. I would highly recommend them.

Very professionally done. Only down mark on quality was due to a glitch in the shower faucet that was very easily remedied.

I had an old toilet on the ground floor that I wanted to replace with a new High-Efficiency toilet. Leland installed removed the old toilet and installed the new one in about an hour. It would have been faster, but I had to run to the local hardware store to buy some parts. I will likely use [Company Name Removed] for future house work.

They scheduled me as quickly as they could. When is looked like they might not make it, they called me well ahead of time to schedule the work for the next day. Then, it turned out that they had another man free and they sent him right away.! The workman was very polite and professional. He reviewed the work and gave me a price. Left to get the supplies he needed and was back very quickly. Performed the work with no problem at all. Cleaned up after himself. And actually came in a little under is original price quoted. UNHEARD OF!!!! Do yourself a favor and use this company. I will!

The lady I talked to when I called was very nice and very helpful with scheduling my appt. the handyman called before he came out and did an estimate and gave me a price before he started. There is a standard $30 for coming out for an estimate. He did a great job, he was very nice and knowledgable and actually finished the job ahead of time which made the price go down. He cleaned up, told me what he did and was very professional.

We had sewer damage - they came out and did destruction and clean up work. I have used them before, too, to install storm doors and do reconstruction work on the interior of our house. They are my "go to" guys!

Bill came out and looked at the problem we were having. (a sewer type odor). Since the problem was the installation under the tile he could not be certain if it was just the floor or extended up the wall. He gave us two estimates depending on the extent of the problem. He started the work as soon as we had obtained some replacement tile. Once started he showed us the problem and explained the solution he was going to use. We had water standing under the tile since the previous install had sloped toward the walls instead of the drain. Since the water leached up the walls we elected to tear out the total shower and reinstall properly'. We were very pleased with the completion of the shower. The smell is gone and the tile install looks better than before.

They did a great job. I thought the quality of the work was wonderful. They were friendly and prompt. They picked up after themselves and did not leave behind any messes.

Ed completed the work in about six weeks. We contacted them originally in the summer and they started in September and finished right before Halloween. Ed was great to work with. If he was not sure about how I wanted something he would always ask. They were the least expensive and best quality in town! We found Handymen Matters off Angie's List and went with them because of their high rating!
