Description of Work: My shower needed to be replaced. Ed came out and gave me a very accurate estimate and time frame. He removed the shower, found water damage, fixed it and replaced it with a new one. It looks great, it works great. And he was quick and efficient. I most definitely will call them again!

Description of Work: Appliance garage and backsplash tile was removed. New backsplash tile was installed. My only issue would be, while they boast you only pay for the time the craftsman was there, they round up the time. With the cost per hour being what it is, I believe it could be divided into 15 minute increments so that you pay for the time the craftsman really was there and not the 20 minutes extra (in my case) because they rounded up the time. The work done was great and we really liked our craftsman.

Description of Work: I called Best Home Guys to get a bid for new decking. They actually called me right away. Steve came out and gave me a bid on time and as promised. Refreshing!

Description of Work: Installed new front door. Converted jacuzzi tub and surround to tile shower only. Always arrived on time and worked quietly, kept things so clean you wouldn't even have known work was being done in the house. The new front door is super, fits nicely, no gaps or leaks, and it looks great too. Absolutely gorgeous tile work in the shower. We purchased our own materials for the projects and they were able to recommend quality products, which made shopping easy. Stayed under the estimated budget for both projects.

Description of Work: Repaired sagging wood fence: dug and set two posts in concrete, shaped and added slats to complete enclosure, dug out rock so that gate swings properly. The work was completed efficiently; it looks good; and the work site was clean and tidy when he finished.

Description of Work: I called to set up a consultation for a bathroom shower install. I was informed that it would cost $30 for their travel time...and then would be charged by the minute for work performed. Not by the job.

Description of Work: I called this contractor because I had several home projects to be completed: fixing door jams and locks, fixing toilet which wouldn't flush and installing a new sliding control on our dining room chandelier. The worker showed up on time, worked efficiently on the chores and gave me an estimate for future jobs: fixing damaged ceiling and wall drywall. Everything was fixed adequately. No issues.

Description of Work: The gentleman replaced the turbine on top of the house and also happened to notice a hole in our roof. He stayed and fixed the hole too, even got us a discount on the materials used. It rained the following week-thank goodness he noticed it.

Description of Work: We had them install a doggie door through the wall of the garage. They did a great job. They were on time and very professional. The cost was very competitive.

Description of Work: They tiled two bathrooms. Their artistry was excellent. They were polite. They explained everything and answered all questions. They showed us how to do certain maintenance things so that we could do them ourselves if we chose to do so. Every single aspect of the work was great. We would definitely use them again if we need new work done. They are great!

Description of Work: Wanda Robertson went out of her way (making calls, emailing me resources) to help me find a reliable person to help me with my home repairs after being open and honest with me that she did not have a workman who would be able to help us in the timeframe we needed. I would definitely use them in the future because of how professional and caring Wanda is.
