The company sent John out to do the work. I found him to be very trustworthy and hardworking. I would feel comfortable having him in any home. The work was completed as described above. The only issues i had with the work done were the corners. On 90% of the outside corners that were taped/mudded, and in about 20% of the inner corners taped/mudded, bubbles were apparent after the mud had dried. I had to cut them out with a utility knife and re-mud these areas. This greatly added to the completion time of the basement and to me exemplifies either a problem with installation or a problem with the tape product used during the installation. I was disappointed that so much rework was necessary. For the amount paid (70$ per hour) this should not happen. Also, the billing was confusing. After completing the work John left a bill with was paid to the company. I heard back from the company a week later saying that i still owed 200$ for work/products not included in John's bill. Again, i was disappointed with the billing process and for the price paid, i would expect a much more thorough job to be done in accounting for all the items in the final bill. Overall i guess it was an 'ok' experience.

Jason arrived on time, 0900. After the walk through estimate and once we agreed on the price and the projects to be performed. Jason started work on the same day. The whole projects were estimated to be completed in 1 1/2 weeks. On the 3rd day Jason had to leave earlier due to a family emergency. He immediately called and informed us of the situation. Jason said he will work the weekend to keep the projects on schedule, which he did. He is very professional and most importantly knows his jobs. I would definitely give him 100% on his job performance. I MOST definitely recommend [Company Name Removed] and their crews. I would use them over and over and over again. I would have not known about them if I didn't registered with Angie's List. Thanks Angie's List!!!!

I thought they were horribly expensive. I wouldn't have them again. I can't afford them. They told me they charge 70 bucks an hour. They didn't give me any estimate at all, but told me before they started the work that it would be a couple hundred dollars. I thought the guy was very nice, but he was very slow. I felt like that was the reason the price got to be so high because like I said it was $70.00 an hour and he put in quite a number of hours just to put in some wooden steps. The refrigerator didn't even take him 10 minutes. The price just killed me.

I think the work went pretty well with them. The person who came in for estimate and did the work actually underestimated how long it is going to take to finish the work, so, it cost me more than what I figured it is going to. But, he made a slight adjustment because he regretted that it cost me more. They were very good to work with, did what I wanted them to do and it worked out fine that way.

John arrived on time, provided an acceptable estimate and immediately started to work. He had all the necessary equipment and only charged for the time he was actually working. He was very courteous and polite and explained everything that he was doing. We were comfortable to have him in our home and were not concerned to leave him alone there. He was very careful to protect furniture and carpet and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with the service we received and will use this company in the future.

These guys sent out 3 different men to see what needed to be down! One of them quit without the company telling us for 2 or 3 weeks! They sent out 2 more men and each one gave a different price. One way higher than the other. When I told them I would wait, the one lowered the price on the spot. Seems like fraud involved!

Repair man showed up on time; quickly assessed the problem; offered several solutions and basic price for each. After we decided on a course of action, I left for work. When I returned home, the job was done and done well. The price was exactly what he told me. I am very pleased with the result.

I was doing major landscaping and needed several fence posts and concrete settings removed. An appointment was promptly set up for the next day. The handyman arrived on time and did the work more quickly than estimated. I was charged only for the time that he actually spent, not the estimated time.

Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time with all the necessary tools. He is definitely an asset to your company. I would highly recommend your service to anyone. The price for his service was very fair and he did not try to find ways to increase the cost to me.

Excellent. These were all jobs that needed to be done for a long time, and we're just not handy, so it was great having someone take care of these. James was great, and we will request him next time we need some work done. We kept coming up with additional little jobs and he was able to do all these things in less time than expected for the original list.

A professional workman arrived on time and asked what services I needed. He got to work quickly and was able to fix everything that I asked him to do. He was able to fix all of it without buying extra materials at the store. When he was finished he made sure to explain what he did and to steer clear of those areas until paint was dry. I was very impressed with his work.

When I returned home, the granite countertop wasn't on yet. This was because I selected this supplier and one of those timing issues. Once the top was installed, Ed came back to connect the plumbing and do all the final touch up work. I simply love my new bathroom. I don't miss the old blue. I can't believe I waited so long to have my bathroom redone. I teach oil painting in my home once a week. My students couldn't believe the bathroom make over and how much money I saved. They said it looked like it should be in a mansion. I'll keep my home and feel like I live in a mansion while I enjoy my calming new Tuscany style bathroom.

When they showed up at my house to install them they were on time and got straight to work. I really appreciated that. I remember when I went to the home show and I saw the samples for the pull outs and I thought my life would be easier to have them.
