They came out after I waited over six weeks to give me an estimate on painting my kitchen and my living room, and doing some work outside on the siding. They wanted to charge $70 which I don't know if that's reasonable or not. The gentleman they sent me out was not the man they promised me. The gentleman that called the day before said he would be out. Once he came, I found that he had just moved into the state a year ago. When he mentioned to me he'd only been with the company two weeks, I was quite upset as he wasn't the gentleman i was expecting. when he called the woman at the office, she said she'd call me right back. Suddenly, she wanted to give me a Bill who would come and give me estimates and start right away. They wanted to give me the phone number for a painter that they use. That's not what I came to Angie's List for/ She said my project in the house was two big. I live in a 1,400 sq. ft. house. My kitchen and my livign room are connected and I have a vaulted ceiling in the living room, then a short hallway going downstairs, and another short hallway to the back of the house. He estimated my kicthen and my living room would be 1,700 square feet. He kept on saying "I want to make sure the boss is happy", he asked to put a sign out. That would have been fine if they had started the work right away. I asked what kind of paint they use, he said glidden, and he told me how I could go buy the paint, and how to get a discount. Otherwise there would have been a 30% markup if they bought the paint. I know painters get a discount so I don't know how it could have been 30% more. I had other projects I wanted done, I thought I'd go with this company, then I have other projects I need done, they could do it for me. My son was with me, and we were both very disappoints. I just feel like if they had come out and given me an appraisal, rather than saying they were going to come out and give an appraisal and then start the same day, this would have saved me some time.

I had an extensive interior drywall job that needed attention, plus a rotting basement window well that needed replacement. They did a very good job with those. Very good detail and craftsmanship. There was one sore spot: the half-bathroom needed to be painted. Without much free-time on my hands at the time, I just said "go ahead." I learned afterward, that they billed SIX additional hours, for paining a 5x7 area, which seems excessive to me. Other than that, it's all good. They do fine work. I will strongly consider them for future work, although I will probably do the painting myself from now on.

My shower and master bathroom are awesome! [Company Name Removed] did such great work and 6 months later I am so thankful for the work they did. We have been impressed with the quality of the work, the quality of the customer service and the professionalism they had. If you are on the fence about using them...go for it. Kelly Kline arrived arrived early (perfect as I was up and ready)!!!! Very professional and courteous. All work completed with in an hour. Will return later to install another replacement door at a later date.

Kelly, our personal "handyman", was always punctual and professional. He came out and corrected errors the previous contractors had made and finished the exterior of the house quickly. He took the time to show us what he needed to do each step of the way and explain why. We were thrilled with the results and the service and chose him to do our next project, our two bathrooms. Kelly is a true craftsman and our bathrooms turned out perfectly! He was friendly, professional, hard working, and provided quality work. We have never had a better experience with repair/remodeling work. We will definitely use Kelly and [Company Name Removed] for all our repair/remodeling work in the future!

They gutted and remodeled a bathroom. This was a major project, and we have been extremely pleased with the job. They are professional and do wonderful work. We plan to use them in the future, and would highly recommend them.

The experience was fine. I called to set up the apt on my day off, but to do that I had to wait about a week. The tech was on time, pleasant and professional. It was too bad he had to set the toilet twice to get it not to rock, but I appreciate his extra effort to figure out a solution and fix it. He cleaned up everything when finished.

He carried the very heavy cabinets upstairs from the garage. He put them all together in one afternoon. He placed them where I wanted them.

He didn't do the service because we couldn't meet minds on the price. I decided to put it off because I couldn't afford it in this economy.

He came to the house when he said he would. He explained every thing that he was doing he was very polite. He cleaned up everything before he left. I thought the price was good.

They are wonderful. I don't dislike anything. I like the front office, they are punctual, they are polite, and I think their prices are good. They are going to fix some base boards and molding for me next.

Great! After having an unpleasant experience with another plumbing company, I was impressed and very satisfied with the job, from start to finish with [Company Name Removed]. From the intake call, to the email confirmation, to the phone call prior to the job by the craftsman so that he understood what was needed, to showing up on time and being ready to work. What most impressed me though was that Jason, the craftsman, was exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, neat, orderly, and worked quickly. He did an awesome job of installation, setting the water line securely to the drainage, and applying the setting for the filter once it was installed. We even did a before and after taste test of the water from the tap afterward, and the difference was amazing. The follow up from the company by phone notifying me there would be a feedback form coming in the mail was another great customer service touch. This company is dedicated to excellence and great customer service.

They gave me an estimate and they said that they would charge me $75 an hour. That is way more than I would like to spend. I need my whole ceiling in my basement done and that would be way to much money!! That does not include the material either and they do not have free estimates...I would have to give them money down for them to come out to my house and it would only be deducted if they do the job for you. If I say no I would lose that money.

I think that they were just great. They cleaned up the work area everyday, so I wasn’t left mess. Their work was good, and I’d give them my recommendation.

Overall, the experience was just fine.

They did a very good job, and I’ll most likely hire them again for work in the future.

The cost didn't include the grab bar itself, as I already had purchased it. I would use this company for future work.

Our experiences with them have always been good. We'll certainly continue to use them going forward.
