Stover's Restoration

I am within the first 24 hours of the drying process. So far I am highly impressed and I don't foresee that changing. I was a bit on the frantic side because this is my first "big" household issue. Cori was very patient with me and reassured me everything would be okay. And he was right!

I was happy with the service provided. Cory and his crew did a great job removing the mess that I had in my basement.

Stover's was very professional and cleaned the mess up completely. I would recommend them again.

Preston and his crew showed up early the next morning and proceeded to clean up and sanitize our basement. They moved furniture, took up carpeting, pulled off baseboards, really a great show of teamwork.

Like the usual services will give you a couple hour window like between 9-12. They were busy and we had heavy rains so i was surprised to have some one so fast. Then they got super swamped. My only Con is how long it will take to get my pad replaced and the carpet cleaned and put back. Right now it's looking like 3 weeks! :-(

We are still in the process of the dehumidifying and drying out. Cori B. came out late in the evening and was very professional and friendly, he also made it a point to explain the process and they went to work. We felt like Cori was very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They responded quickly and took care of things well. They had to leave multiple times through the course of the work delaying it a bit but overall it didn't take off too much time. They worked well with the plumber who was trying to get work done simultaneously and were very open and willing to talk about everything from method, to reasons why to price.

Cori B. was professional, kind, and considerate. He wanted to ensure the job was moving along quickly so we could begin the process of new water pipes being put in. He was also considerate of the plumber's needing most of the water out so they could have someplace to lay their tools. All the Stover's personnel were professionals and great people to work with. I would recommend Stover's Restoration to anyone or any business. They get the job done in a timely manner, but still maintain a caring touch to the customers situation. Cori B came shortly after we contacted stover's. He was competent, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very considerate of our schedule and return pick up.

Excellent! Cori Borjas explained in clear detail all restoration work required to get my house back to before the sewage backup happened.Cori and his assistant arrived within an hour and a half from the time. I called Stover's ! Cori's personable way about him and very knowledgeable professionalism helped so much to calm me down and know everything is going to be just like new again. I'm very happy!

These guys are awesome. They showed up within 45 minuted of my call and went straight to work cleaning up my soggy basement My 40 gallon water heater split at the seam and my house has no sump pump in the basement leaving 2-3 inches of water everywhere. This crew was fast, knowledgeable and tidy. They hauled out all the wet carpet and pad. Moved all the furniture and stuff around to keep it safe. They set up about 20 blowers, dehumidifiers and filter blowers. The were very tidy and there was no evidence they had carried out all that nasty wet stuff through the house or that they brought in all the equipment they had. They even took an area rug to have it cleaned and are to bring that back. Very nice. I haven't had to do very much in the basement at all. Stover's took care of everything. They offered lots of info and took pictures etc so they could work with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster comes out next week, so I can't speak to this too much more. Their initial estimate was around $3,500 for the job, but I haven't seen a bill yet. I would recommend these folks to everyone.

Everything was great from the time they showed up on a short notice dried the carpet and baseboard and padding for a couple of days and removed the equipment. then a team member came to lay the carpet back and cleaned the carpet too. The whole team did a super job from start to finish. Would recommend for sure.

Excellent experience. I call and and got in touch with Jordan Starler around 11 pm on a Sunday night. He was out early Monday to start setting up. Service was fast and he was very nice, as well as professional. We would definitely use Stovers Restoration again.

We had a leak in lower level of our rental @ 1715 James St in Derby, Ks. Renter reported mold on wall so we called Stovers. They cam over right away.

Found basement flooded due to drain pipe blockage. Stover's came immediately; assessed the needs and did a complete job of clean up and drying all areas.

Showed up on time and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely refer to anyone that needs it.
