The crew that took care of our mold problem was great! They came out quickly to look at it and were able to do the work soon after. We appreciate their thoroughness!

Very easy to work with. I needed sewage cleanup in my basement after multiple backups. They explained everything that needed to be done, answered all my questions without hesitation and arrived on time. I work from home and they were very respectful of that while providing excellent service at the same time, they were in and out without me even noticing. My basement still looks as clean as the day they came. I am highly satisfied with their services, from the tech to the office staff.

If could zero stars I would. This company prays on people in times of chaos. After a house fire the insurance company sent them out to us, they smile in your face and will repeatedly tell you "this is on us". Yes they do clean out your belongings and store them for you. They will tell you they use special machines to cleanse belongings to cleanse the smoke soot from them. They will tell you that your clothes will be laundered and delivered to your current housing location. Cool! Seems like a lot for a company to do right? Well what they won't tell you is that all these services will come at hefty expenses. Those expenses and costs aren't disclosed to you. In fact I made several phone calls and even made a trip to their office to figure out how much the cleaning of clothing and "pack out" will cost. Not to mention storage is charged monthly as well. All of this with no luck in receiving any statement of what will be billed to insurance. 1.5 months later, at last, the clothes are ready to be delivered. But wait, they still smell like fire. Sure they are in dry cleaning bags but the smoke smell now follows you to your new temporary home. Clothing cleaning was billed to us at 9.5k. They are also deleting negative reviews which I will continue to repost

I would recommend Stover's Restoration in Maize Kansas to everyone! When I called them with a water flood from a failed sump pump, they came within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and had a team here working within an hour. They assured me they would take care of moving all of the furniture and items in my basement, and they did just that. They worked quickly and professionally to remove wet pad and dry out my entire basement. They came to check the carpet each day and then did a good job replacing new pad, stretching my carpet, steam cleaning and returning my furniture to where it was supposed to go. All staff were helpful and did a great job! I credit them for their hard work during this overwhelming situation, and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!!

Very satisfied. I would call this company again for their complete service. A real person answered ( a very informed lady) when I called Sunday morning at 9:00 am. I am just glad the first company I called did not answer. I now have a drain tub under my new water heater. Stivers even worked out all details with Allstate. Shawn did it all. Thanks.

Stover's Restoration did a first class job. We just cannot say enough good about these fine folks. The ladies who were here were, Megan, Bri, Bailey and Ally. They were here when they said they would be every day. They stayed till the job was to our satisfaction. The kitchen was their first priority. They cleaned everything the first day, then went up stairs where the smoke gathered in the hallway. the next day, they started in the kitchen again, then headed for the basement. They cleaned everything again. The 3rd day, they came back to check if the smells were out of the house. We felt like things were ok at that point. After all the cleaning was done by the girls, the guys started on cleaning the air ducts & cleaning the carpets. They did an amazing job. We were just pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the kindness shown by all of the team that helped us get through this terrible time. Again, we HIGHLY recommend this company for your restoration needs

When we discovered water in our basement we called Stover's Restoration. They were very quick to come and Preston found that it was a leak in our water softener very quickly. It was no time before he had Eric, Tyler and Jason on the job removing carpet and drying things out. They monitored the drying process very well. All of the staff at Stover's Restoration was very friendly and very professional . I would recommend Stover's Restoration for any water claim you might have.

Our Sump Pump Failed and we had 1-2 inches of water in our basement. We contacted Stover and they came out immediately and started evaluating the damage, drying out the basement, ripping out carpet, and making sure the water damage was minimal. They were incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the entire event as easy to manage as possible. It was a great stress reliever knowing they were there to help us!

Our dishwasher leaked into our basement and within the hour, stovers was there to clean everything up and walked us through thoroughly on how the process would go. They were very professional and made the process very easy.

Our sump pump went out and the basement flooded within a couple of hours. They were here within in 2 hours and began pumping water out. We were able to save most of our furniture and the carpet. The padding had to be replaced, but Stovers replaced and installed it.

Shawn from Stover's Restoration appeared on time to evaluate the damage and was prepared to begin the restoration on the same day. Mold remediation was performed and dryers were placed in the damaged areas. We were very pleased that Shawn "got right on it." I have been completely satisfied with the timeliness, courtesies and professionalism demonstrated through my contacts with Stover's Restoration and would recommend their services to others needing assistance.

I am a military spouse whose husband was deployed when my basement backed up and filled with sewer water...i have three small children and was very apprehensive about what the process of cleanup would entail...I could not have asked for a better experience with the most helpful and professional group of guys! I could not have asked for better service! I was just before a holiday and they had already sent people home and yet they still showed up promptly and took care of me, in and out way faster than I would have expected! Everyone I dealt with was very kind and respectful, helped me figure out exactly what needed done with my insurance and stayed on top of making sure things were going smooth and the smell was going away! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Stover's Restoration was very professional and personable during our difficult situation. They helped us sort through the few things that could be restored or saved from our fire. They explained why some items can and cannot be saved. They were compassionate and helped us save some very personal and sentimental items. Because of their professional manner, we knew we could trust that they would take care of our stuff.

Our basement flooded due to a broken pipe. They were prompt and professional. They did a good job sucking out the water. Later, they returned and put the carpet back. I was fully satisfied with their service.

My shower drain pipe broke and leaked through the basement ceiling and into the basement. Once I realized what I was dealing with, I contacted Stover's Restoration. They were here within a hour. Their technician came in and access what was going on. The Stover's Restoration team went to work, they ran their test and made their readings. A plan was formulated and put into place. Within in 4 days the basement was dry and the humidity reading back to normal. A service technician came out once a day to check on the equipment and check the readings. Stover's Restoration worked with my insurance company and I had noting to worry about. They made a stressful situation a worry free situation. If needed again for this type of work, Stover's Restoration will be my first call.

Stover's Restoration did a fantastic job for us. The leak was discovered about 9:30 PM on a Sunday, I called Stover's and explained the problem to the young lady who answered the phone. She was very professional and understanding and said a technician would be out shortly. Zack arrived in less than an hour and took control. He and another assistant, whose name I don't remember began hauling in eleven fans and two dehumidifiers and placing them throughout the affected areas. He used some sort of device that the operator stands on and ran it over the carpet effectively squeegeeing much of the water from the carpet and pad. In the days that followed other technicians came to the house at the appointed time and checked the drying process every other day. When all was determined to be dry the equipment was removed and an appointment made to have part of the pad replaced that I had removed (un-necessary as I later learned) and to re-stretch the carpet. The work was completed by very skilled technicians, who presented themselves very well, accomplished everything in a professional workman like manner, and were always neatly dressed I recommend Stover's Restoration to all who are unfortunate enough to have such an emergency.

The carpet was dried out with the fans and it dried sooner than expected so we were able to get pad replaced and carpet laid back down sooner than anticipated. We were very pleased with the service and staff.

Initial response was great, but they did not replace the carpet pads, as they said they could get them clean without mold. It wasn't drying well, so they came and took off all the baseboards in the room. Days later the rooms smelled terrible. It took days to get a call back so that they would come out and look at it. Then, it took THREE WEEKS (and 6 phone calls over several weeks because no one was in) for them to come change the carpet pad. When they showed up, they then told us it didn't smell, even though their technician three weeks earlier immediately smelled it. They kept telling us that insurance hadn't approved anything yet. Insurance told us that they were never contacted even. They also billed us for work that wasn't done and wasn't scheduled. It took the three weeks to get them to schedule to come finish their job. On the final visit when we asked them to put the baseboards back on, they told us they don't do reconstruction. Who knew putting things back where you found them was "reconstruction" and if I had known that, I would have taken them all off and labeled them so I knew the order they went back on. No forethought there on the companies end (and they took the baseboards off when I wasn't home). Also, every visit was by a different technician. We never had the same person come back. Overall, not satisfied with the experience and would not recommend.
