Stover's Restoration

Stover's Restoration got to our home promptly and were very professional with their work. While many of our personal items were taken care of quickly, we had a large stack of cardboard boxes that did not get the initial care they needed, as they were directly next to the sump pump that quit working and in the most water. We also had some rugs across the basement that were not moved until my wife noticed them the next day. Stover's tried to correct their mistakes, and are washing the rugs; however, my wife had to spend hours cleaning and fixing the items that were in the cardboard boxes. Overall, I would recommend this company to my friends and family, but I do wish the boxes and rugs would have gotten the attention they needed in the beginning.

They did a good job, they cleaned up after themselves, they were professional and responded to our urgent pleas for help very quickly which was very appreciated by my wife and myself.

Everything went well and the carpenter is here now to put the shelving back in the closet, All of the individuals involved with the restoration process did a great job and were very professional.

They were out within 30 minutes of us calling (on a Sunday), They were professionals, courteous and explained everything they were doing. They needed to come back for 3 consecutive days to check on the drying and they were prompt. I would highly recommend them in the future. They used anti microbial cleaner to ensure no bacteria grew, and were able to salvage mutliple items that had gotten wet as a result of the water.

I called them and they responded to my call very quickly. They made arrangements to come to my house and were there in less than two hours from the time I called and started vacuuming the water right away and then removed the carpet pad that had gotten wet. The installed several fans and two dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Shawn has called every day when he's on his way to take readings and check on the drying process. He is very informative and good to work with. He had already tentatively scheduled to have the carpet & pad reinstalled later this week.12/15/2016

Excellent. They arrived within 30 minutes of initial call. Shaun and Alex were very professional. They explained the process thoroughly, and quickly moved furniture and started vacuuming process. Within 2 hours, they had completed the job, and left good instructions on what we needed to do. Every 2 days, we received a call on what time a Stovers employee would be out to check on drying process, and they were always on time. After 4 days, everything was dried out, and they came out promptly to remove all equipment and moved our furniture back in. If we ever need this type of work again, I will definitely call Stovers.

He was very professional and worked quickly. He made sure that all of the glass was removed from the food area after an accident in which a truck ran through the building.

The crew came immediately and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They were very professional. Informed me of what they were going to do and how. They returned on time to recheck and remove equipment. Completed job as fast as possible. Carpeting looked fantastic when they were done. No musty smell.

Service was excellent, except for the fact I spent all day myself pulling carpet and padding out every room, and still got charged 4500.00 dollars. I think I did all the hard work, to include move the furniture to middle to make easier for them.

Good! Slight miscommunication between insurance and company on what area needed to be done, but otherwise went well. Very prompt service and professional workers.

They were so great! They were early which was wonderful. They checked both bathrooms and explained what they were doing as they did it. They got right to work and had the equipment set up in a short amount of time. They also took the time to speak to my husband on the phone before they left, so we both understood everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend them!

Shawn showed up w/in 2 hours from our phone call. He brought in equipment to remove the water from the carpet and dehumidifier & fans to finish the drying.

It was great. Stover's did an excellent job of communicating with me and our renter. They were diligent in checking and rechecking for moisture. They were always on time, which is not the case with other service personnel we used in this project. One day, they were actually early! They tested for moisture, cleared out wet flooring and dried everything out. They came back every couple of days to recheck and pull equipment as things dried out. This is our second experience with them and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely use them again.

Cori B. and the other employees were all very professional throughout the process. They called me during the drying process to see if I had any questions. When I called their office with a question about something, they were always very polite and if the office staff didn't know the answer, they were usually able to find a technician to quickly give me an answer.

The guys that came out were very professional, answered all our questions (sometimes twice) and did a wonderful job from start to finish! They encouraged me to check with my homeowners insurance and waited patiently while we found out. They were fast and did a wonderful job! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They would be my first phone call if I ever needed it again!

I think they did a really good job. They were prompt and courteous. (The price is left blank because it was handled through my insurance, I'm unaware of the exact cost at this moment.)

Other than a few minor issues they did a good job. Some of the minor issues were that when they had to tear out some drywall to get part of our basement dried they didn't bother to cover up what was left in the basement and it got coated in sheet rock dust (which we had to clean up). They also slightly scuffed up the baseboard in a couple of places (we fixed with a touch up pen) when they had to pull it from the wall to remove the drywall. When they returned to re-stretch our carpet and clean it they did not get the edge of the carpet next to the baseboard very clean and there were a few areas were they did not get the carpet stretched very tight. I called them back on a Friday to ask them about it and they didn't get back to me until the next Thursday (after I had to call them again to see why someone hadn't got back to me.) They came right away, apologized many times and tried to re-stretch our carpet the best they were able to do. I didn't ask them to re-clean the carpet as my wife had already taken our steam cleaner and had gone over the areas they didn't get very well.

Cori came in assessed the job, explained the process and with his assistant got straight to work. They were clean, they were efficient answered my questions and did a fine job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stovers Restoration promptly set up a service call to assist with our water issues after our hot water heater bit the dust. They extracted the excess water from the carpets , completely dried them, and then thoroughly cleaned them. Very courteous employees and exceptionally prompt service. We would recommend Stovers to anyone with water issues such as ours.

They did an incredible job & were wonderful to work with! They came out right away when I called and got to work. Highly recommend them!
