Cory was a nice guy and seemed helpful. They did a great job moving furniture and getting drying process set up. They are not finished yet.

They were very timely, they were at my doorstep within an hour of when I called. The entire crew was there after drake did the first initial assessment within 30 more minutes. Very impressive. They’ve done follow up phone calls to make sure everything was okay as well.

They did a nice job but did not call before they came. There was some miscommucation about carpet in another room. I thought they were going to remove the carpet and padding and they thought we were going to do it. When I pulled it up, they came out and took it away for us. We had no mold, which was good. Overall, they did a pretty good job with a little bit of miscommunication.

Every visit was in a professional manner and efficient. Addressed all areas and checked other areas to make sure it didn't spread.

I wanted to use insurance money to get new carpet and pay the difference but they said they would leave if I wanted to do that. They would only stay and do the work for the full $5000 my insurance company was going to pay. They also made me give them my credit card with a blank amount on it to cover their fans they left in the house to dry off. I was very concerned about that...but again... they said they would take all the drying fans out of the house and leave if I didn't give them my credit card authorization right then. I felt like I was at their mercy because of the disaster and it was horrible the way they took advantage of the situation. They completed the work but got my OLD carpet back and they got $5000 from my insurance company plus I had to pay $1000 deductible... sweet deal for them... me... not so much! Oh... they also said they would give me a discount if I wrote a positive review for them on specific websites. They would check before the discount was applied as well....so, don't believe everything you read on this merchant. I might have been an isolated case but I would not use them again.

The whole experience was refreshingly made easier by Cori and the other service guys. They were prompt, professional, courteous and informative. Job was completed with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through. I would highly recommend them to anyone whom requires perfectionism shown in performance as well as attitudes of excellence .

Stover's Restoration was called on a Sunday, April 7, 2013, to come to our home and extract water from six rooms due to a washing machine overflowing. Upon arrival, they used a machine with a broken flex hose to extract the water. We called it to their attention and the guy stated "no problem, we'll put the hose on the other end." It was only sucking air, not water. We offered duct tape so they could repair the hose for the time being, but they refused. They wanted to cut a hole out in the ceiling of the basment, but we refused due to their unprofessional way of dealing with the water damage. They cut a piece of terry cloth rag in four pieces to place under the feet of our entertainment center. What? No styrofoam or plastic and they are called a restoration company? The terry cloth rag soaks up the water and will not keep the stain off the carpet. It soaked through onto the carpet. Very unprofessional again. They were at our home less than one hour. When we called, we asked for a price and was told they would give us a price when they arrived. That did not occur. When finished, the guy said it would be $500 for the extraction and $249 for two men for a total of $749.00. We asked for an invoice and was told they couldn't do one. They said somone would call the next day. On April 8, 2013, a female on a wireless number of 201-7689, from Stover's called and I answered the phone. She stated she was calling for a credit card number to collect for the two men that were out Sunday. I asked for a bill and she stated payment was due then...that day. She argued that we were told the price when they arrived...we were NOT given a price before they began, only after they quit. I gave the phone to my wife, and the female was very rude. My wife told her we were not paying the bill until we had an invoice. She stated that we had 15 days to pay or she was going to put a lein on our home and hung up on my wife. The female stated they did all of Farmer's restoration. My wife told her she doubted they did all their work. I discussed this with Farmers Insurance and was told Stover's Restoration is not even on their vendors list. While the Farmers Insurance adjuster was still at our home, a guy from Stover's came by and talked to the insurance adjuster. Stover's guy admitted that Stover's did everything wrong. The adjuster called it to his attention about using a torn rag under the entertaiment center. Service Master, Mike Tate, extracted an additional 8 to 10 gallons of water from our home. He was very professional and we highly recommend his company. We would never use or recommend Stover's Restoration company. They are very unprofessional from the men extracting the water to the office personnel.

Stover's Restoration arrived within 1 hour of our initial call. They assessed and quickly had everything in place to start the drying process. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very friendly office staff and crew. Everything went smooth and the few issues that did come up they knew how to handle properly. Even help with filing my insurance information. They would not waive my entire deductible though.

Stover's cleaned up our basement after the sewer backed up. It required an effort of a few days with all the cleaning & drying out & then they oversaw the installation of new carpet for us. They always go the extra mile for us.

In February we discovered our bathroom cold water line had a small pinhole leak that had probably been leaking for a few weeks. Our plummer recommended after assessing the damage that we call Stovers Restoration. Preston and his crew were at our home in less than an hour at 10pm at night and stayed until 1am to get everything set up and arrange the clean up of our catastrophy. They set up their equipment and were back by 8am the next morning to tear down walls and set up more equipment. I was impressed with the speediness of their work and all the advice and support they provided in this process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for someone who wants good quality work done...FAST!!!

I called after hours and talked to the emergency tech on call, explained to him what happened. He set up a time for someone to come out to look at it and give me an estimate. I called them back about 5 days later to see when they can come out and do the job. They were at my house ready to work the next day. They pulled up the floor in the bathroom and got rid of the sheet rock from the ceiling downstairs. Only the damaged area and cleaned up the mess. They placed the fans and dehumidifiers in the two rooms. They checked on it 5 days later and there was still moisture in some spots so they left the fans for another two days. the tech informed me that this would not affect my estimate. After two more days he came back, checked for moisture and found none. Removed the fans. Told me that if I had any questions please call them. Then he thanked me for my business.

They were at my house within 30 min of my call. They got right to work and got the mess cleaned up fast! They did a great job! If I ever need their service again, I hope not, they will be the first I will call! Thanks Cory!

My insurance Co. called Stover's with our problem. Stover's called us immediately. They were at the house in ledd then an hour, we have used their services twice. They are marvelous! They got the job done.

They were prompt, polite and went about their work quickly and efficiently. The process was explained thoroughly and they did a great job. I was very pleased!

Workers were on time, answered my qusetions and took care of the water damage.

We called them and they analyzed the situation. We had a broken pipe in our wall. It had leaked through the floor to our basement. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floor and cupboard. They would come by and check the floor. When it was dry they came and picked up the machinery.

Joel & Zach, arrived on time, were friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything to be easily understood and were highly professional.
