Description of Work: flushed slow drain in bathroom sink and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again--showed me the problem and took care of it (problem had to do with the way contractor installed the sink and drain pipe). This was billed as a routine service call for them.

Description of Work: Nothing. The plumbers were not interested in my backed up sewage problem, unwilling to work past 6 on Sunday. They advertise open 24/7 but they should say, "unless of course we don't want to work late in a Sunday" on their website.
