Plumber was efficient, replaced bathroom sink faucet quickly. Hourly rate a bit high, but did give me a senior discount.

They are the only plumber's I will call - they are fast and efficient and will help with any questions or problem's I have.

He came promptly and did what he was supposed to do, as far as the cleaning out part. We like that fact that he went the extra mile as far as helping us. They know what they are doing and is very conscientious of taking care of the customer.

They did what I asked them to do. They arrived on time. They did what they said they would do. I've been using them for years. I would recommend them to a friend.

We had sewage backup in our basement, and could not use any water. Another plumber was called out and did not put any effort into checking our property or crawl space to locate our main clean out, but said they wanted to charge us approx. $2300.00 to dig up our backyard to locate it. After telling them we did not want their service, we called Roto Rooter and they were friendly and acted quickly. They sent someone that same day. JP came to our house, and within 20 minutes of actively checking our property and crawl space he located the clean out and discovered it was tree roots in our sewer line. In two hours, he had our problem solved and we only had to pay 10% of what the other plumber was going to charge us without having to dig up our backyard. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a superb job. We will definitely use their service in the future.

They originally told me it would take 2 hours, it took 30 minutes. He was 2 hours late to the job, he was supposed to be here at 8am and got here at 9:55am.

They were there very quick and cleared the line of roots. He was very professional and kept me calm during the holiday crisis!

I was very pleased with the serviceman, who was very personable and professional. He did a great job of explaining to me what he did and what he found and I was very pleased that he could fix my bathroom sink in the same trip, too.

Mixed feelings. The job was done, but my toilet surface was damaged by coil, and the workman gave me bad advie.

They were on time, got down to business, came on Christmas Eve, completed the job quickly and had a reasonable bill.

They had a two week lead time on cleaning out our septic tank, so we had Express Septic Service clean the septic tank, and then while the tank was still open had Roto Rooter come clean the line from the tank to the house. The were very prompt - same day service - and quoted us a price before starting any work. We were very pleased with their work. Their employee spent a good amount of time cleaning the line and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire this company again.

Well my water heater was on the fritz. I knew the pilot light was out and I followed directions on the heater for lighting it and that simply failed after several tries. Also I did NOT smell any gas coming from the heater at all which naturally made me nervous that something really major must be wrong with the water heater. So, admittedly through name recognition only, I called Roto-Rooter hoping for the best. After explain my issue, they sent a guy out who showed up in about two hours. He explained that a and quot;insert tech jargon hereand quot; had gone out. He did try to explain it to me in layman's terms and I did understand a bit. He asked for permission to fix it and, of course, I told him to go for it. It took him about half an hour or so during which I was a nervous wreck wondering about the expense. You see, Before giving him permission to continue, I made the cardinal sin of not asking for some sort of estimate...this was 100% my fault. I have always asked this question. I don't know what went wrong with me...I guess I just really wanted some hot water. Or maybe it was because my kiddos were restless (as was my wife)...or my mother-in-law who lives with us all...hehe...just joking, just joking about those last parts. Anyway, the price ended up being $220.73. After some investigation, this does seem to be a pretty fair price. It also was about how much I was wanting to pay for the repair anyway. So it all worked out. I had to give and quot;Band quot;s on price and quality, which still means and quot;goodand quot; because I am not entirely sure on the cost of the replacement part. And since it took the repair man not very long really to replace the part...What I am getting at is that the bill does not separate parts and labor so I just don't know and this may very well be my only complaint. Oh and one other important thing, the repair man also did a good job explain the advantages of the new part. And those advantages are a definite bonus in hopefully preventing future service calls.

Kelly was scheduled the same day I called. He called first to let me know he was on the way. His appearance was professional and he wore booties. He assessed all of the drains and then began repairing them. He cleaned up everything better than it was when he arrived.

My call was answered by a receptionist who was very courteous and respectful. I appreciated the office keeping me informed on the arrival time of the plumber. I really liked the plumber Jeremiah. He was in uniform and represented his company in a positive spirit. Jeremiah is a leader who takes pride in his work. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He actually took the time to make sure the toilet was straight when it wa reset. He explained the work that he was doing and gladly answered any of my questions. He left the work area clean. I have to mention that is was muddy that night and no mud was tracked in the house! I was impressed! I am totally 100% satisfied with the work.

The plumber arrived within one hour after I called. He probed the area but could not find he exact location of the leak. He said leak was too deep to hand dig and would require a baby back hoe. His estimate for the total repair was $700 to $1000. Another plumber arrived a short time later with the back hoe and the work was completed that same day. This included repairing two sprinkler lines that were damaged during the digging.

First trip was wonderful, second trip was... rather dismal.

I had to call them back because once they cleaned up the sewer, the tub stopped draining and they had to come out and clean up the pipe that goes through the tub. Otherwise, they were professional and answered my questions. They let me watch their work.

Their availability stood out to me. They also did some additional service at no extra charge. The experience went fine. They were prompt. They solved the problem. They did a little bit of high pressure sales on me to install gel foam on the line; although it was very effective.

They attempted to run a drain cleaner auger through the line, but it was so clogged, they had to bring in another machine and use both to clear the line. They spent several hours on the job, but did not charge me any extra for the work. They were very prompt in showing up for the work appointment also. They pulled a large plug of tree roots from the line that was causing the problem.

Schedule an appointment online on Sunday for the next day. Received a call from them midway through the scheduled appointment to reschedule the service. They then had to reschedule two more times before someone finally came out. The guy the sent could not solve the problem with my sump tank, and then had to call for an appointment with an actual plumber. They called again to reschedule my appoinment with the plumber and I had to wait an extra week. He did come out with the new pump and was able to finish the job the same day. But he was an hour late to arrive. I had a 10% off coupon I got off angie's list but they would only subtract 10% from the labor cost.

Professional service. On Time. Very concerned about keeping things clean (even in my unfinished junky basement! I will never use anyone else.
