Description of Work: I had them come out for a sewer problem. They replaced most of my line prior. This time it was for the other section of the Y line. Since the access was in/under my patio slab, they had to tear it up and move it. They did, and the job was finished when they said they would. However, 1 thing they have in the contract/writing, is they will not repair torn up yard. Both times they did a poor job digging/placing the dirt,etc. Both times my yard was a mess. If you dont mind a messy yard-with torn up ground and debris all over the place, then you can use them. The 1st time, they were moderately polite. The 2nd time, they were very polite. I think the price was a little high, but I did not want to search around for a better one. Plus I have used them for years. Of all the times I have, about 80% have been pleasant. The other 20% were not.

Description of Work: They came out, cleared the clog enough to scope the pipe, and found it full of roots. Now we know, and they've coordinated the repair professionally, and quickly.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate on install a section of sprinkler system and repair some sprinkler heads that where already installed. When the repairman showed up to do the work, he got right to it. He ran into some issues that he had not expected but he plowed right through them. He installed the section that we talked about and he made all the repairs. I was very pleased with his attitude and his work performances.

Description of Work: Did a great job cleaning the sewer line and a few days later, clean sewage that had leaked into the craw space.

Description of Work: Great service. Harold diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what was needed to be done, then he fixed it. Very professionally service. I highly recommend them, ask for Harold.

Description of Work: I had service provided by another company with a very similar name that I was satisfied with. I confused the name and called this company in error but when the service man showed after I had called because of my mistake I had him clean my main line drain that was clogged. I asked if he would also clean the feeder line from my kitchen sink without additional charge. He said yes that it would all be included in the charge. I didn't stand over him to watch what he did. When I paid him I asked if he had cleaned the kithchen line he said he had. Included in the charge was a 6 month warrantee. 37 day later the kitchen drain clogged and would not drain. I called the company and specifically asked if the line was covered by the warrantee. I was told that it was and I made an appointment the next day. When the serviceman arrived he said there would be a service charge of $155. That the invoice I had did not make any reference to the kitchen line and that the main line was only covered if it was clogged by "roots". I refused to have him do the work. I would not recommend the service of this company to anyone.

Description of Work: They did put up a decent fence...that looks pretty good. They did not: -Communicate effectively, professionally or clearly -Build the fence correctly, because sections have fallen down (rushed to complete) -Bill me correctly. They almost forgot to charge me at all. I had to reach them 3 times to ensure that they would bill. I had to include photocopies of my cancelled checks to prove that I did pay them afterwards. They also destroyed my sprinkler system causing $1000 worth of damage. They also destroyed my neighbor's sprinkler system and then refused to respond to them until they got legal help.

Description of Work: They were very responsive on the phone and showed up when they said they would. The technician was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. The problem I had was actually a stupid mistake, so they ended up not doing any work.
