Reddi is the biggest bunch of crooks in the Tri-State Area. We called when our utility room flooded with what WE thought was a hot water heater issue (we’re not professional plumbers). They had a tech come out who told us we needed a new water heater to the tune of $3200. It should’ve been an indication to him that wasn’t the issue when he drained the old heater into our main drain and it continued to flood. We had to put buckets there to catch it all. He proceeded to put the new hot water heater in, told us the issue was fixed and left. Later that evening I went downstairs and there was 1/2 inch of standing water in the same room. We called back and they sent the same tech out who said he thought the issue was actually the main drain. They sent another tech out the next morning who snaked the drain and ACTUALLY fixed the problem to the tune of $400. When we tried to fight the $400 bill since THEIR professional diagnosed the issue incorrectly, they first offered a 10% discount, then offered to split the bill with us. When asked to explain their justification for not waiving the smaller bill, their accountant told me their tech “is a plumber, not a drain tech” - whatever that means. Overall we feel very taken advantage of, particularly since we didn’t even fight the much bigger bill of $3500 but the much smaller one for the service we actually did need. Came to find out their techs work off commission though, so we won’t be calling them in the future and you shouldn’t either.

Not well! Service person arrived on time, as scheduled. Gave me estimate of over $750 for replacement. I declined and sent him on his way. I called local plumbing company. Service person arrived that same day and completed the replacement. The invoice came to $236.54. I can only describe Reddi's estimate as consumer ripoff. I've told countless friends and neighbors of this bad experience.

I called Reddi at 6:45am and reached one of their night operators whom said someone would call me within hour & they showed up shortly after. They were lifesaver as my 16yr pump was on its last leg. But Reddi responsiveness & Quality of work is to be commended. I give them A+

Set an appt a week before service for time for 12-2 tomhave my fireplace igniter fixed. Long story short they called at 1 the day of to cancel because they don’t work on fireplaces. Completely unprofessional and an office staff that is incompetent. My neighbor advised against using them due to their negative experience as well.

The price is descent, job well Done!

When I called for the estimate, they were very responsive... even coming out the very next day. The bid was presented on the spot and was quite reasonable. After getting a few others, we decided to go with Reddi. I called the sales rep who told me to call some woman in the office. I called and asked for her and you would think I was calling the president of the US. I had go through two gate keepers to even get to talk to her. They were rude and acted like they were trying to hid her from the customers. Once I reached her, I paid half down and we agreed on the rest after the installation. She said they would order the materials and be in contact right way to schedule... then the crickets started. So, I called after several days of waiting only to be told I need to call the sales rep. I call him and he tells me that he just ordered the materials and that I would just have to be patient. Then he tells me it will be done on either this day or that day. When they finally came, their work was really good. They did the tear out and set the posts on one day and returned two days later to put up the stringers and pickets. I was impressed with their work and with the materials used. So, I guess it was worth the really horrible communication, etc. I'd use them again, but I would expect to be in the dark and expected to just wait for them to decide to do the work.

They recognized the problem right away, and fixed it. I didn't competitively compare the job. The price was reasonable. I will pay anything at that point. I didn't have a problem with them. They come out and fixed my problems right away, and what seemed like an reasonable cost every time I used them.

They were excellent. I called yesterday in the morning to get on the schedule. The scheduler called just a few minutes later with a next day appointment between 8 and 10 am. They rang the bell at 8 am. Fixed it and was gone in an hour and 15 minutes later. My husband was thrilled!

Jan 3rd issue diagnosed Jan 4th motor installed. It was the wrong motor, so the installer modified the blower box to accommodate. Was at house >4 hours. It now makes a loud roaring sound throughout the house when running. Shorted our digital thermostat. Paid $600+ for the work. got no invoice or statement of work. Feb 6 they installed new parts. Same outcome Mid February, after many calls and many Reddi technician visits, they told me there was nothing else the could do. The furnace still roars loudly, they cashed my check, still have not provided a written invoice for the work they did. Told me I should probably buy a new furnace. Reddi is inexperienced, provides poor workmanship and customer service. they wanted my complaints to go away vs repair the problem.

Great! They were on time and they were really reasonably priced. We actually wound up having to call them back out a second time because we didn't know there were two leaks in two separate areas. They did an amazing job. We'll call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

They were prompt and efficient during the routine system startup and shutdown. I thought I had a leak but after calling them out on a special trip they found that it was a sump discharge issue. They didn't charge me for the extra trip.

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician John Bertha back on 10th of December 2015. I was facing the problem of busted pipes. I am very pleased with the repair of my irrigation tap and water service. John was exceptional professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of his work. I really enjoyed John's input and his attention to detail and his great customer service and how he cares for his customers. I highly recommend your company to anyone regarding your expert services and professionalism.

He did really a fine job. He was able to crawl under the house, which my husband had trouble doing anymore. He knew exactly what he needed to purchase at Lowe's to get our water going again. I have to say it didn't take as long as I thought it would once he had the parts. It's very hard to find a plumber that will come out on Sunday even if they advertise they are a 24 hour service!! These folks did!! We also thought the repair bill was reasonable too...

Last year when we had a hot water heater blow up at a tenant property during the weekend, I called their emergency number and a technician called me back promptly and installed a new water heater same day. The price was higher than expected but the service made up for it. Last week I called them when a tenant complained of a plumbing leak in the kitchen. They said that they would charge $29.95 for the diagnosis and estimate if we did not use them to do the repair. I shared tenant phone number so they could coordinate directly. Tenant contacted me later that they did not show up on time, and, when she called them about it, they were very rude. They did make it out there later that day. I never heard back from them but the tenant said that they told her she needed a new dishwasher. The bill arrived yesterday for $138. When I called back to ask why it was not $29.95, I was told that this was only if it was a plumbing problem and we did not use them to fix it. I then told them that it would have been nice, as a landlord, to receive a call after the service visit to tell me that the problem was actually a bad dishwasher. She got short with me and hung up on me!

I placed a call for the service on Friday and we were able to get a Monday appointment. I was very happy that they could get to us so soon. I don't remember being told a base rate for the service provide to come to our house. The part was replaced in 15 minutes. According to the service provide the part as $12-$13. The total cost for the work was $156.00. I would not have selected this provider if I had know that we would be charged that much for a 15 minute service call. I will not use this company again.

They came out and gave me an estimate and I had them come in to do the repairs. Things got a little difficult due to a tree growing above the waterline and they had to call in more people to assist. They did everything they were supposed to do in the amount of time they said they would do it.

It went very well. They are very prompt and professional. We have used them many times in the past for our home and rental properties. They always do a great job and I appreciate that they are in identifiable vehicles and wear identifiable uniforms. They provide licensed plumbers and electricians and its very convenient that they can do both.

He did an excellent job. He was very quick, very fast. I was very pleased with them. The second time was exactly the same. He was very quick and efficient and did a great job. He even supplied the parts. He is very personable. I am very pleased with him.

. There was some time lapse between proposal and job completion. This was due to extra work caused by heavy wind damage in our area. I understood the reason. Job was completed in a timely manner after they arrived. Competent workmen. Obviously not their first day on the job. Cleaned up site after completion. Good job !

Probably cost more than it should. I will look for a better price in the future

Reddi was great I called and they were prompt with getting someone out to the house within about 2 hours (which was great especially for a backed up sewage pipe). The person they sent was extremely friendly and helpful and got the job done quick. I gave them an A overall and an A on everything except for price because for the time spent I think the amount was a little high. I would use them again.

They did a really good job and got everything finished in one day. They also checked to make sure they didn't cut any sprinkler lines. I really liked the care that they gave my backyard. I have a lot of landscaping and they were very careful not make any blemishes where their didn't need to be.

The service was very good. This was found just before 10pm on a Friday night. My call was answered promptly and by a very nice woman. She explained everything and said that a tech was available and she would dispatch him immediately. Weston arrived within 30 min and was very pleasant. He described what needed to be done and the price. I agreed and he started his work. He unclogged the pipe and poured in a solution. The work was completed quickly and pleasantly. I was very pleased with the service and the employees. I would recommendthis service to anyone.

We called to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and check our sprinklers. We called on a Friday afternoon to schedule and the person said the scheduler would give us a call back. I thought that this was a little weird that we couldn't just schedule it right away, but I thought I would wait. We got a call back on Monday afternoon and they said that they had an opening and could get someone in to see us on Thursday. This was awesome for us because we later heard that there was a two week wait. They gave us a 2 hour window from 6-8pm that the technician would arrive. We really liked this since the last company we tried to get to check our sprinklers gave us a 4 hour window. The day of the work we waited for the technician to arrive. He called and let us know that he would be coming in about 15 minutes which I really appreciated. When he got here he was very friendly and professional. He listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted done. Then he was very upfront about the cost of the check up and what it would cost to replace sprinkler heads. He showed me how to program our sprinkler and was very thorough with the inspection. He was very good at explaining everything to me which I really liked. He also let me know about a deal they have with winterizing and checking up the sprinkler system in the spring. He was very professional, helpful, and actually came during the time he said he would come. I really liked Reddi and I will definitely be using them again!
