They were on time and very professional. They offered billing services for companies. Their people are professional and friendly. We've had them come out 4 different times and we haven't had any bad experiences with them. Their prices are probably comparable to other companies and we don't feel like we were cheated. They were very good. We would absolutely use them again.

I had scheduled a blow out with SSI sprinklers, who I had used for several years, but the day they were to do the blow out I did not see or hear from them. I gave them explicit instruction to call me 20 minutes before they arrived so I could leave work and meet them. I never received a call. Frustrated with SSI, as they have done this to me before, I decided it was time to change. I check Angie's list for a company with a high rating and Reddi was at the top. I called and the woman I talked to was very nice and understood I could not take off work to meet them and would need to schedule after 4:30. I received a call the night before reminding me they would be out the next day, then the next day I received a call 30 minutes before he was to arrive. I am very happy with them and will be using them from this point forward.

We ended up using a different company to replace the sewer line. Reddi did a fine work.

Went well. Was more expensive then I expected but I have never hired a plumber before.

They have done work for me for a long time. My experience with them was good. They were quick and professional. They did the job.

My experience was good except they removed an extra part of fence they weren’t supposed to. They did give us a good price on the fence the tore out by mistake.

It took them about 3 days. I recommend them. They were quick to get to it. I think they are average price, I don't think it was a great deal but I don't think it was overpriced either.

They came quickly and dealt with it appropriately to fix it. The price was pretty good. They came out the same day and they were on time. They were very professional.

I sent them an e-mail. They sent one back saying they needed information and so they would get in touch with me to set up an appointment. A week went by and I did not hear from them. I called them up and set up an appointment on my own. They came out the next day. They took measurements and left. I got an e-mail from them about 3 hours later with the quote. Their initial response was slow; they said they would keep in contact with me which they did not. However, once I got in touch with them the process seemed to speed up. They came when they were supposed to. I will use them again in the future.

We had to wait 4 weeks for them to get to us. They arrived within the estimated time and finished the job in 2 days. The fence was expensive, but they used top quality cedar boards and replicated the lattice work I wanted along the top on one side. They also put a metal frame on the gate to prevent sagging. I was especially pleased with the care they took to preserve the plantings that are growing very close to the fence. The whole project looks great!

I called first thing in the morning. The dispatcher got back with me within 15 minutes, and the plumber was at my door within an hour. He was professional, did the work quickly and competently, and gave me advice to prevent the problem in the future. I would definately call them again.

They came out on a Sunday to get the work done and they did not charge over something for it. The amount that we paid them was just for the installation and would have been twice as much if we had bought the hot water heater from them. The technician was really good. He was there for many hours and had to leave to get some other supplies. He also had to add some additional piping. He was very professional, nice and tidy. He did a really nice job. I would recommend Reddi Industries to others and they were very good. Every company seemed compable when I compared the price that he charged with others. They were the same or cheaper than everyone else. One thing that was strange was that they charged us 50 $ extra, as they had to pay that to the city for an inspector. However the inspector never showed up even after the 50 $ were paid.

Service was provided in a timely manner. Tennant reported that the work was done professionally and has had no problems since. I have to downgrade the company's responsiveness and professionalism because they have not returned my calls to have work done at another house.

They had to come back less than a month later for the same problem on the same drain, even though I spent extra money on this drain cleaner they sold me for 30 dollars!

These people came out the day I called and stuck with me to the end. There was no running back and forth between us and other customers, something we have hated with other companies in the past. They told us when they could come, and followed through. They worked quickly and efficiently, but were also very friendly, and didn't mind when our cat wanted to inspect their work at frequent intervals! They also took the time to give us advice on how to prevent future problems. The entire job was completed, as promised, in a week.

Called this company about 4:00 pm who has a phone book ad touting 24 hr. service 7 days/week, fast 60 minutes service. I needed to get a stopped up drain fixed. They said they would call back before someone came. No calls, no one came, so called back at 8:00 pm. They said they weren't sure they could come until the next day. I told them to just cancel the call and I would get someone else and put them on Angie's List. They then said that maybe they could get here between 11:00 and 12:00 pm. I reminded them of their phone book ad and told them I would just put them on Angie's List. I'll get another plumber.

They finished the work in one long day, and were able to save me $800 from the original estimate because they could connect to the intact end of our old line instead of having to go another 10 feet out (and another 6 feet deep) to the city main. They were on time, efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I like to keep a close eye on workmen, and they welcomed my presence, cheerfully explaining the work as it proceeded. It was a pleasure to watch Ron operate the backhoe, deftly negotiating around all the obstacles in our small backyard. The job did leave us with a large pile of dirt to settle along the trench, but once I saw how deep they had to go (about 9 feet), it was obvious that this was unavoidable. (And a small price to pay for a functioning sewer line!) They removed and replaced a section of privacy fence to get the backhoe into the yard, removed (without damaging!) two sections of deck walkway and placed them where I asked when they were finished. They had to trench under the main electric supply line to the house, and did so very carefully without interrupting our power. While Ron was digging to uncover the city manhole buried in our yard, I pointed out a nearby 6-inch diameter dead tree trunk we were trying to remove. He went ahead and pulled it out with his backhoe, and didn't even charge for it!

My original estimate was for $3,400 but when they started digging they found that the damage was close to the house so they only had to replace about 12 feet. A lot of other companies would have just dug the whole thing out and charged me the full amount. They were great - went above and beyond and did it all with a smile!
