I called requesting snow removal from a business parking lot. Zack Stevens took the call. I was quoted a price of $250 an hour for the first snow removal job and $200 an hour on the second occasion. They arrived 10 minutes after I placed a call for service and took all of 20 minutes to shovel the snow but I was sent a bill for 2 hours labor for each snow removal job. Including travel time each snow removal job took well under an hour. It is common to charge a minimum of one hour even if the work takes less than an hour, although I did not explicitly agree to this, but I was fraudulently charged for two hours for each job. I was intentionally double billed and it was obviously not an oversight. I called, no reply, filed a better business bureau complaint demanding an apology for the intentional over billing. Zack Stevens responded to my BBB complaint by lieing - suggesting I agreed to a two hour minimum. I did no such thing. I paid them $0 for this work and invited them to file a lawsuit. Reddi Industries including the blatantly dishonest manager Zack Stevens will attempt to screw you when your not looking. I related this incident to a former Reddi employee who confirmed that this is standard operating procedure for the sociopathic management.

Needed my gates repaired/replace immediately, Kale said I would have an estimate in no later than two days. A week later I call to find out where the estimate is I leave my number and email again and another week passes and I still did not get an estimate. Immediately does not mean two weeks at least have the courtesy to tell me you can't do the job.

Service is guaranteed for one year. Homeowner installed faucet but was not comfortable with previous water line hookup, and wanted peace of mind in having a professional plumber finish job.

I took other bids to do the cleaning and build the clean out and they were right in the middle (not the cheapest, not the most expensive) although all the bids were within $75 of each other. What I liked most was that Adam didn't try to "sell" me as a representative of another company did. He just said, here is what we do. We'll put in the clean out and see if we can clean the line, if we can't we'll give you an estimate to replace it. If we can clean it, we'll do that, and let you know what we think of the line's condition and you can decide where you go from there. I told him to do this work and that I would bid the replacement if that was needed. I plan to do that, although unless the bid I get from Reddi is way out of line with others at this point I'll go with Reddi industries.

After I bought the Delta pull-out kitchen sink faucet at Menard's, we were going to install it ourselves (usually it is easy to install it yourself), but we realized that under the kitchen sink we didn't have the usual shut-off valves (that you usually screw the bottom of the water PEX lines attached to the faucet into). We have PEX piping that goes through a hole in the floor and down into the basement to a major shut-off area. We didn't have a crimping tool and knew they were a bit expensive to buy or rent. We considered cutting the PEX piping ourselves and attaching the top of these pipes to the bottom of the PEX water pipes that come with the faucet using sharkbites that we had seen on YouTube (you don't need a crimping tool to use sharkbites), but we weren't sure about this. In the end this faucet in the rental house just needed to get done. Early Saturday afternoon we called Reddi Root'r in Andover (733-2288), where we live. Their office was open and they had a plumber, Scott, call us back so that I could tell him that we didn't have the usual shut-off valves under our sink. Scott knew just what I was talking about and told me he could easily install shut-off valves -- no problem, he did this all the time -- and he quoted his cost to be a total of around $260. We were hoping that a plumber could do this job for less money than that, but we decided to have him do it. He arrived within 15 minutes, got right to work, and in 45 minutes the job was finished. He worked well and quickly and didn't leave any mess to clean up. We are very pleased with the job he did!

Because we had a leak in the attic that caused some mold damage we had to use 2 companies. One was a mold remediation company and they were amazing!! On time, polite, professional, and helpful. Reddi Industries was the total opposite. The guy from Reddi was supposed to go up into the attic space during mold remediation to see what repairs were needed. They told me they would be there when the mold remediation guy came. They never showed and would not answer the phone when I called several times. When they finally did call me back, they were not apologetic what so ever and said they didn't need to be there and would just read the report. A week or so went by and Reddi never called me, even though the mold remediation company said that they had sent them the report. I called them and they said they would get back with me. I then called the next day because they had not contacted me as promised and I told the secretary if I didnt hear from them by end of busness day that day I would find another company. They never called and I promptly found someone more qualified. Now fast forward to March 7, 2014. My poor neighbors are having their septic tank replaced. They have Reddi Industries out here right now. They have their trucks and equipment parked on OUR yard even though their is plenty of room in our neigbor's yard. It has been wet here so now there are huge ruts and we have a sprinkler system, which if they drive on the hoses it can bust them, especially in the cold weather. They did not even knock to say and quot;hey we might be on your lawnand quot;, they just pulled right up in there. My husband went out to talk to them about it and they said, and quot;well if there is any damage we will fix it, here is a number you can calland quot;. Ya... right... I know how well they return their phone calls. They're complete amateurs. Do not use them.

Technician showed up on time and completed work as scheduled plus replaced another valve under the sink that was not scheduled. Tech cleaned area after he finished work. Technician was friendly and was knowledgeable about what he was doing. Would use Reddi Industries again.

The night before I had smelled gas and called the Gas Company. They turned off that portion of the pipe but that left me without my gas range. So the next day I called Reddi. Cory assessed the situation and got under the house and capped the pipe. The price seemed a little high but working with gas and on short notice I was pleased with the service. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the items were not put back that were moved to access the area under my house. Cory was helpful and pleasant.

He was very nice and professional. Didn't use this company because they could not do all the work I wanted done, which they were up front about.

During the replacement of our roof in July 2013, the roofers found 2 areas of decking that was rotten and was replaced. As a result, there was some water damage to our attic space and some mold growth in our garage. I found this business on Angie's List and because they had a good score decided to use them to repair the damages. I called and they sent out a guy, who was supposed to be here to write up an estimate. He spent about 2 minutes in our attic space and said he would forward the pictures he took to his boss who would generate the report. Well a week went by and no word, so I called. They then transferred me to Nate, who told me there was no information on my house and that I needed to contact a mold remediation company who would write up a report and then they would give me an estimate after reading the report. I called the mold remediation company that Nate directed me to. This company explained that usually they and the Reddi Industry guys like to come out at the same time, so they set up a time that they would both come out, which was suppose to be 7am on September 3. When 7am arrived the mold remediation tech was prompt, Nate was no where to be found. I called several times and Nate did not return my call until after 8am. Instead of being honest and apologizing for the inconvenience, he said and quot;Sorry forgot to call you and let you know that I wasn'tcoming and I will just call them to get the reportand quot;. It is now over a week now and I have not heard a thing from Nate. I called Both Monday and today and my last call I told his secretary we will be using a different company if he did not call me and keep me up to date. Guess he chose to lose my business. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I first called a major national plumbing outfit and they responded promptly....however when given the estimate for the job I was blown away by their prices for the repairs.... Any where from approximately $265.00 reset + $117 -$496 in additional charges if flange repair or repl. was needed.. While the repairman was nice enough my wife and I both felt that was out of line. The next morning I called Reddi Rooter and they said they could come out between 5 and 7 p.m. Scott from RR called around 4pm and asked if he could come early which was great and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He was polite and went upstairs and looked over the job and came downstairs and quoted me a price that was between c$169 -$310. I told him to go ahead realizing my worst case scenario for a full flange replacement would be about $480.00 less than BF quoted. He did the work and explained exactly what he did and why it went wrong in the firstplace. He was polite and professional and very gentlemanly. Ask for Scott Banta and you will I feel be very satisfied.

I called them on Tuesday and set up an appointment the following Saturday afternoon, 1:00-3:00 p.m., for them to send us a plumber to install 3 toilets we had bought and haul the old toilets away. The plumber, Josh, did not arrive between 1:00 and 3:00, but finally arrived around 3:30. I called their office several times between 1:00 and 3:00 and talked to nice people in the office and they kept telling me that the plumber was on his way. When Josh (a very pleasant young man) finally arrived, he apologized profusely and got right to work. He had been delayed first because the office's computer was down and second because he had stopped at a home-improvement store to buy some important supplies for our toilets and there had been a long wait there before he could buy those supplies. Once he got to work, he knew just what to do. He worked carefully and with attention to detail, and fairly quickly. He kept things clean and after he left we only had to do a little cleaning up. He was friendly and very polite -- a very nice person. We asked him about his background and he said that he had just spent 11 years in the military and had been in Iraq for several years; we were very impressed and thanked him for his service to our country! It took him about 2 and a half hours to take out our 3 old toilets, install our new toilets and haul the old toilets away. (Our house was built in 2000). We are very happy with the job he did and with our new toilets!

Reed did an outstanding job in terms of workmanship. On top of that, he took the time to familiarize me with our irrigation system in great detail due to the fact that we had just moved and and never used one before. He was on time, worked quickly, and made every effort to help me learn as much as possible about the system we inherited with the house we bought.

They came within 2 hours of our call. He was about 20 minutes later than we were told and didn't call first as promised by the person who took the call, but then again it was still a very short time from when we originally called and we didn't really need a and quot;I'm on my wayand quot; call. He worked quickly and efficiently and did not leave a mess. We were glad he had a long tail uniform shirt, so we were not subjected to any stereotypical excess exposure. He provided an estimate after looking at our situation and stuck to that price, and then when we ask he deducted the $10 senior discount we had found on the internet. Considering the and quot;emergencyand quot; occurred on a Sunday of a holiday weekend we thought the charge was fair. We paid by credit card and that also went smoothly.

They were there when they said they would be and completed the job on time. The plumbing was done to code.

It was an emergency call, on the weekend. They showed up very quickly. They were able to replace the faucet very quickly and keep the water from constantly running.

...Number one..I rec'd a final bill BEFORE the job was even completed..Number two..Clay (Supervisor/Mgr)..never showed up when he said he would..as a matter of fact it was almost a month from the time I sent the unpaid invoice back until we heard from anyone to come out and finish the job. Number three...The invoice was higher than the amount Clay and I had agreed to. During this 1 month lapse..my wife had to install hardware etc..in one of the cabinets for trash can and hanging baskets to put various items in for storage. When Clay finally came back to and quot;finishand quot; he basically never siad more than 2 or 3 words...Then left without saying anything. About 1 week later the silverware drawer fell out--(AGAIN)..To top everything else off, when I rec'd the final bill it was $200 more than what was agreed to. They said they left off putting shelves up down stairs in the closet...I wonder if I should Bill THEM for the putback my wife had to do. I just went ahead and paid the bill, and I hope to never have to do business with them again. Everytime the silverware drawer falls out...I will think of Clay and Reddi Industries as I repair it once again!!! All in all it was a bad experience, and if it was not for Norman..doing a great job I probably would have paid Reddi what they were worth for all the inconvenience...Material on Norman's labor only...NOT Clays!!!

The next week the crew was out and proceeded to do tear-out of rotted drywall under the sink and the bedroom downstairs..a lot of tear out was done in that room..closet--shelves etc..and where the mold had spread as well as under the kitchen sink. They did a superior job...once all tear out was done..put fans and filters in all areas to dry everything etc..Everyone who was involved with this project did a great job. Nate also called a reputable environmental company to come out and do a detail inspection to insure ALL mold was eliminated. It was and then the next next step was initiated. I would HIGHLY recommend Reddi for these services to anyone as they did a fantastic job!! I will leave another review for the restoration work that was also performed by Reddi Industries. I would NOT--under any circumstances-- recommend REDDI RESTORATION SERVICES __ PERIODand gt;and gt;VERY POORLY RUN BUSINESS!! PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL REVIEW FOR THIS WORK !!

The latest visit from reddi started with a call due to damaged sprinkler heads. I made the appointment for three days after the call, they called confirmed the day before and called when the service person was on their way the day of service. My wife showed them the ones that were damaged and they had the supplies on hand to replace them. Great service as always.

I find that with everything I do in plumbing Reddi Industries seems to be the best service. I think they have expanded service for other things, but I only use them for plumbing. I have to say that of everybody I have ever used for anything they are the very best, in comparison to Sears and Reddi Rooter.

They came out when they said they would. I didn't like that they didn't clean up well after they were done.

Ther guys were great and the office people were profesional, I am impressed by the operation. A quailty experence

I had used the before in the past but do not want to use them again in the future.

Very well. Very cooperative. Always let us know when they were coming so we could be sure the dog was in the house or outside kennel.
