Description of Work: Jeremy was right on time--early in the 2 hr timeframe. He explained what he was doing. He identified the bug I'd found, and told me how to eradicate it--more of a lawn and garden issue. He quietly finished his job, and was gone. Loved the convenience of using this company.

Description of Work: quarterly treatment to prevent insect problems. Punctual, Professional, Friendly, always reminds me they can come back at no extra charge if there are any problems. So far no problems with any insects or spiders. When I finally get the garage cleaned out I'll call to have that treated too. (cost is per treatment-initial treatment was slighlty more)
