I heard a mouse chewing inside my house wall. It was Friday night and I tried to get someone to come out right away. I tried one company who said they would come Saturday but didn't show up. I then tried Terminex who said they would come on Sunday but they also didn't show up. So Monday I called Midwest Pest Control. They didn't work weekends but they showed up promptly on time later that same day. They laid out mouse baits inside and out. They returned in 1 month and checked the baits. None of the baits had been taken so we assumed that I didn't have a mouse problem after all. The cost was $133 for the initial visit and $45 for the follow up visit.

He arrived early and was professional and friendly. Will use again.

He was here at exactly the time scheduled. He looked at my ant problem & he explained what he was doing every step while he was here & even accommodated my crazy schedule with no hassle. He was VERY professional & friendly. Didn't mind my dogs at all, which most people tend to dislike. I will use them again & again and recommend them highly.

Midwest came out the same day I called to provide a fair estimate. The same employee came back a day or two later to perform the extemination. He was very thorough and took a couple of hours to complete. The same employee came back a week later to check on the colony, found some had survived and exterminated them too. The same employee came back another week later to check on us and could find none. Likewise, the bite marks on my son had stopped. I would not hesitate to recommend Midwest to anyone; profesional, prompt, personable, and demonstrated follow up even after the bill was paid.

We're new to the state and unaccustomed to spiders in the home. Cary from Midwest Pest Control was patient with all of our questions, knowlegable, timely and professional.

They never called me back and didn't set-up an appointment. They didn't come?

This was our first experience with a termite service. We choose Midwest because of the positive reviews they had received on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. They came out to make an inspection, found the source of infestation and then described the options we had to combat the problem. we picked the most expensive treatment and scheduled a date. They arrived on time and spent several hours drilling holes in the mortar joints and infusing the ground with chemicals. What impressed us the most was their follow up service. With some service providers we have used in the past it is difficult, if not impossible, to get them to come back and fix a problem after they have received payment. Not so with Midwest. There was some residue on the brick after the treatment and we called to complain. They responded immediately and made several visits back to the property to fix the problem. They tried several different approaches until they were able to remove the residue. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their commitment to satisfying us. We recommend them highly.

The provider was on time and very professional. Sprayed inside and out for ants and spiders. Will use in the future.

I called on a Thursday and my appt was scheduled for the next Monday. The representative was promptly on time and professional. He did his job and didn't feel the need to chat excessively, which often is the case with home service representatives. He not only took care of the bug issues that I requested but I noticed last night that he eradicated a wasp nest that was out of my reach in the peak of my roof which I had forgotten to mention to him. Great service! I highly recommend Midwest Pest.

I had an appointment with minutes for the next day. He was on time and very through. They turned out to be ants, and he checked all areas for entry or still living insects. None were found. He took time to check inside and out.

On time, delivered services needed., did not harm pets. What a pest control service should provide but do not always do so.

Excellent, showed up on time, did what he was suppose to do, owner had the double car garage locked and Kerry of Midwest came back later and checked that garage out later. He went beyond the service I expected. He sent the information email and then a hard copy to our house. He did a Great job. I would use Midwest again. DEB

We had used other major pest companies before with mediocre results when I stumbled upon Midwest Pest, specifically Travis at Midwest Pest. He arrived and immediately accessed the situation, created a plan and started working the plan. On the very first visit Travis actually called the office to move his schedule around because he wanted to make sure he did a thorough job at our house. He doesn't settle for the "spray and pray" method of pest control, he aggresively treats the problem until you are 100% satisifed, which we are. When Travis says he'll follow up middle of next week, he actually means it. We couldn't be happier with he work and the results. I highly recommended Travis and Midwest Pest.

I had a friend at work that has used them and recommended them. They returned my phone call the same day and came out in 3 days. Another company didn't call me for another week. They were good. Pest control is expensive but I thought they were very reasonable.

It was the end of March, we had rains and all of a sudden I had ants coming in. I never ever had ants come into the house. I was trying to figure out where they were coming from. They found a trail outside and took care of it. I have set up for them to come again in June. They were thorough, responsive, professional and punctual. My only regret was not having them come in bimonthly instead of once every 3 months. Maybe once I have them coming out on a regular basis I won’t need them quite as frequently. It seemed like this spring and summer the heat came sooner and it got hotter faster and there were more bugs than usual this year.

They did a fabulous job, I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Another company charged $150. The spider was so big they took it back to the shop to show the other workers.

We had an ant problem before they started and I have not seen any ants since they began treatments. I will use them again in the future.

They were thorough, and they did a good job.

They are always professional and the technician is knowledgeable. When we have a new infestation of spiders or ants, they will come back at no additional charge.

I would use them as long as I lived in Wichita.

The technician sprayed the area where we first saw the ants. He had to delay spraying the outside until the weather cleared. In the meantime, the ants reappeared in the downstairs bedroom. I called, and the technician came back the next day and sprayed inside again. The next week he returned to spray the outside. The problem seems to be solved. I would have preferred that he didn't have to come back three times - but they stood by their warranty and got the problem solved.

This spring they were out to spray and asked if we had any ant problems. We did not at the time, however, with all of the rain, we did have a problem with ants a week later. We called them and they came out as soon as possible to take care of the problem.
