Description of Work: They made a service call because our AC was broken. It broke over the weekend so we wanted someone right away on Monday. I was afraid it would take longer because of scheduling, but they contacted me before Monday so that we could schedule for Monday morning. I had also put in a wrong date for when I wanted them to come- 1 week later than the actual date, but they didn't overlook this and they asked to make sure, which I greatly appreciated! The man who came out was very very helpful. He told me exactly what he was doing and looking at. We had just replaced our thermostat and he even programmed our new one for us. I had also asked that the technician please wear booties when he came over when scheduling and the technician did just that! I've had countless people come work in our home and disregard my request. Or they walk outside with the booties on as well defeating the whole purpose of wearing them. But our technician was so considerate. He always took them off when outside and put them back on before coming in. I can't remember his name, but I have his card and I will definitely call him again!

Description of Work: Maintenance on Furnace, condenser iced.

Description of Work: Added two pounds of refridgerant to AC, and installed a bottom cover for the blower motor.

Description of Work: We had no heat. They came out and said the fuse box had burned up and they replaced it. The next day it started making a real racket. They came back out and found that the blower was at fault, replaced that. Then It seemed like the fan was too loud so they came out and turned the fan down. | |In hindsight it seems like this should have been a one trip ordeal. If the fusebox was burned out, something probably caused it. And I should have paid more attention to the sound of the rushing air. I'm willing to give them another opportunity at my business as they seemed like honest, knowledgeable folks and was done for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: The technician was polite, thorough and offered suggestions on how to improve my unit. He was honest and respectful of my situation. I would highly recommend this company and the technician who came to my house, sorry I didn't get his name.
