Description of Work: They gave us a bid of $5000 to redo the mortar work and install a new cap on our chimney. We thought that was quite high (out of sight) so got another bid from Top Hat with a $550 bid. This was not an apples to apples bid, as Home Safe Wanted to start with new bricks and do a new flashing, all of which we had not requested. The job has not been completed by Top Hat yet, but it was obvious to my husband who did this sort of work in the past that they knew exactly what they were talking about. We also now have a confirmation from family about the quality of top Hat's work.

Fantastic.
Description of Work: Representative was punctual and very friendly. Looked in the chimney and said it did not need a cleaning but he would still have to charge the service fee, he brought his vacuum in and vacuumed and did an overall inspection of the chimney. We are very pleased. Thank you for the recommendation.
