Description of Work: I have used Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning for heating and air. I have been using them for 8 years. I last used them this May for air conditioning. They checked air conditioning and put on Freon in the system, changed my filter and check my furnished humidifier. They was the one installed the air conditioning in my home as well.

 + -1 moreThe tech Brendan showed up on time. He was clean and polite. The reason why I am dissapointed is because when they gave me the original estimate on having my ducts replaced I was told they would only use flex line on one return but that the main line would be made from metal. However they used flex duct for both lines. I feel the tech just did quick shotty work so he could get done and out.
Description of Work: Rework duckwork in basement. Installed two dedictaed ducts to existing drop.

 + -1 moreThe folks from Hanna showed up on time ( 8:00 am ). They had stated they would have the entire system installed by 4:30 or 5:00 pm, but in fact were complete by around 2:00 pm. Before they left, they cleaned up, and there was no clue that they had even been here, except for our new system! Their price was better than another estimate we had received for a similar efficiency system. As they were working, they were willing to stop and explain what they were doing and how the system operated. One of the other things that influenced our decision to go with Hanna was that they said they actually operate two crews of installers. One crew only works on new homes, while the other specializes in replacing existing systems like ours.
Description of Work: We had our old heat pump and air handler replaced. The work included installing a new 15 SEER Ruud heat pump and matching up the new air handler to our old duct system, as well as installing an 11 MERV air filter settup.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional and answered all our questions so that we could decide what we wanted to do. I should also add that they were the original installers for the unit when the house was built and have serviced it several times. They also installed a new furnace several years ago. We have always been pleased with all aspects of this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs heating and air-conditioning service.
Description of Work: We were having problems with our A/C. They came out and told us that the unit was basically worn out (It is 15 years old). Although it needs to be replaced, they gave us an option to repair it and see if we could get through the summer. We agreed to this and also had them come out later and give us estimates on replacing it when it gives up the ghost!

Description of Work: A/C stopped working on a holiday weekend. Hanna waas the only one to answer their phone. They repaired the system and charged the system up and had us nice and cool in no time during the 4th of July weekkend.
