The entire process was professional and timely. Quality work too. These people do what they say they are going to do.

Everything went very good. They were always on time and clean. They were very nice and never tried to sell me something I did not need.

See above-Tech was there at moms house before I was and was done in less than 2 hrs including parts run. I was charged the original estimated price.

He arrived shortly after the "I'm on my way call". I toook him to see the 2 problem toilets. He got right to work and explained how he would fix them. He did the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. Very simple.

They came very quickly. We had asked them to come that day and they were here that day. They came right in, got it done right away and left very fast. It was lot of money for such a little bit of time. However they had to cut a hole in the side of the vanity to get to the wall to get to the source. The house was built in 1963 and it just wasn't built with maintenance in mind ever. They did have to go above and beyond the normal kind of work that my husband could do. We were pleased with their work. We have used them four times in the last four years and they were always been very prompt and speedy. I also feel that they were expensive.

I have a policy with them. I have an annual warranty with them, where I need to pay $499. If something goes with my heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and appliances in the house, then it covers everything mechanical that can be repaired, or replaced. It is a pretty good warranty, and I have used it few times. They charge $25 to show up, and evaluate to see if it falls under the warranty. Multiple times, I don't get anyone to show up to the house for less than $100-$150, when it comes to these types of things. They charge $25 for a service call fee. Every time I have used them, warranty had covered it. They had done $230 worth of warranty cover work to my air conditioning system. It is a good program. They have very extensive warranty compare to the electric company. During the emergency or if the device or appliance had stopped working completely, then they show up on time.

The internal fan for our heating/air conditioning system failed at around 9:00PM. I called their 24/7 emergency services line (as they had been recommended to me by a friend). I left a message and received a phone call 20 minutes later. When I described the problem and told the technician the temperature was rising in the house (it is August in Kansas after all) he asked if I had a home warranty or service contract with them. I told him no, I had called because of the recommendation and the fact that the website showed 24/7 emergency service. He told me he would not come out until the morning so I told him not to bother. If they claim 24/7 emergency service (and I am more than happy to pay for it in this heat) then they ought to honor it.

Everything was fine. They were professional when giving the estimate.

He seemed very trustworthy since the time he looked at all the plumbing problems I had till the time he gave me estimates on them. There are a couple of things that he’d do when he comes back. He tried to repair the toilet, but it needed a new bowl as there was a crack in it. I will call them back to do that when I have the money. He was very good. He also gave me estimates on some other work. He was as helpful as he possibly could be and provided great service. They seemed expensive to me, but I hadn’t made any comparisons.

They were very good and I think you've got the right company on your list. It wasn't cheap but they got the job done. The price was more than I expected it to be but I'm sure that’s the going rate. Everything worked just fine. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They were very professional and I was very pleased with them. I was pleased to find out about your list because I have had some bad experiences here, but this one went well.

They dealt with unexpected leaks due to the change in water pressure. They were responsive to my phone calls, did the work in a timely manner and did not expect me to have precise knowledge about the location of city pipes or code issues.
