They gave a quote on what needed to be repaired. I didn’t have to use them if I didn’t want. They were extremely reasonable and very professional. It was a good job done.

I called the company and they came out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and returned the next morning to install the new part.

Great experience. Called in the morning for an appointment after 11:00. Time frame given was 11-1. I received a call around 11 that Albert would arrive in 30 minutes. He showed up and had the repair done within the hour. Very polite and professional.

Overall it was a good experience - the tech arrived early , was very polite and professional and seemed quite knowledgeable, had the part on his truck and in less than an hour washer was fixed. Also I knew what the total cost would be before he began working. I would definately hire them again.

It went great! It needed a motor, we needed to be somewhere in the afternoon, so agreed he would come back on Tuesday morning. He came and it was fixed in less than half an hour. Seemed to know his business.

I called on Friday about my washer not working. I as told that they could come out sometime between 2 and 5 the next day. Vince showed up at 2:30 and in less than 30 minutes he had changed a part in my washer and had it running. He was professional and efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and this service technician. My experience was wonderful!

I called around 8:00AM to arrange for service on our washing machine. Service appointment was set for between 10AM and 1PM the same day. Larry called before arrival and was there in about 15 minutes. Larry explained what was wrong and that the part could be procured the same day. He left for part and returned around Noon. Part was installed and washing was working great by approx. 12:30PM. Larry was very professional and provided expert service. I intend to use Affordable In-Home Appliance Repair for my future needs for this type of service.

Service provider would not come to provide the needed repair.

We buy a lot of stuff off craigslist and sometimes ..we buy lemons ...when we have an appliance failure we never hesitate to call . We have had a fridge, washer, and dishwasher repaired and or evaluated by Affordable Appliance Repair . When you call you get a live person that will give you an accurate time of repair that makes scheduling easy .

They were called, an appointment was scheduled, they came and fixed the broken dryer. This is not War and Peace so a more elaborate narrative is not called for.

The refrigerator wasn't working Sunday morning and by Monday morning it had somewhat cooled but wasn't what you could call working. I joined Angie's List on Monday, called Affordable and the repair was made within a few hours. I did not give an A for the quality question as time will tell if there will be a problem within the 1 year warranty or not. As far as the price is concerned, it took the repairman only minutes to do the job and I have no gauge for the price of the replacement board. I used the AL $10 coupon, thanks!

Our oven had been taking forever to preheat for several months & finally gave out over Labor Day weekend. We had been researching the problem on line, but since my husband had no experience working with a gas oven, we decided to look for a repair person to come and check it out. My husband called on Sunday and made an appointment for Tuesday between noon & 3pm. Our repairmen, Vince & Larry, called at 11:40a.m. and said they would be here at right at noon. They were here on the dot, and diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes of walking in the door. Our ignitor switch was going bad. Vince checked in the truck and they had the right part. Larry took off the old ignitor switch & replaced it with the new one within 15 minutes. They checked that the oven was working & then were on their way! Start to finish, the whole process took maybe 20-25 minutes! They were both incredibly professional, courteous, and worked quickly. We will definitely use them again when we need to have an appliance repaired! We will also recommend them to friends and family! Thanks guys!

Renter called on Friday night that their oven was no longer working, I called Affordable Appliance Repair on Saturday hoping to get them out to look at the oven sometime the following week. I just asked if there was any way that they could get out on that day {Saturday} and they said that they could! I was very pleasantly surprised. They got out to the house in 2-3 hours, found the problem, unfortunately for me I had to replace the circuit board or whatever was needed, but they were able to get everything installed and the renters were happy campers once again on that very day, so the entire process from discovering the problem to repairing the problem was all performed in less than 24 hours!

Excellent service as always. Estimate was much lower than we had anticipated and was well within the range of what we thought it would be. Would recommend them for any appliance repair.

The technician was on time and professional. He tried to find the least expensive way to solve the problem, but that way did not work, so he moved on to the next possibility. That one worked. He replaced some type of safety switch and it works perfectly now. This company does not charge for the service call unless no repairs are done. Then, the service call is only $9.95. Great value!

I wish I had called them sooner as the problem could have been solved in a more timely manner. The rep came out when expected, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install it when he said he would.

I got the impression that it was a small family business that is run out of their home. The service technician was very polite and he also was clean.

The people on the phone were friendly and polite. An appointment was set up for few days later. The company called when the repairman was on his way. He arrived promptly and quietly got to work. He was friendly and polite. He explained what was needed and an estimated price. I agreed to the work and the replacement parts were ordered. The company called a week later when the parts arrived and set up another appointment for the next day. The repairman finished the work satisfactorily and the price was a little less than the estimate. I was pleased with the work and the whole experience with this company.

They are very good on repairing stuff where they did something wrong. They have a good warranty.

These guys are great! I called this morning about repairing my refrigerator, and they promised me an early afternoon appointment today - much quicker than I expected. Then, Paul called to say he could come early - which NEVER seems to happen with repairmen - and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was extremely pleasant and I would call them again anytime I need repairs. Used my $10 coupon that they offer on Angie's list.
