This is the second time we have used Randy. We purchased a home that was not quite completed and Randy has been very helpful in finishing it. He does a much more professional job then we ever could. Randy and his helper Darrel are very nice, enjoyable men. They are punctual and if in question on how to do something they research it and come back and complete it. We are very pleased with the quality and the price of his work. Would use him again.

It went fine. Randy the Handyman is very personable and hard working. When he was done, I pointed out that the AC unit hose, which was not part of the job, coming from the house was somewhat frayed. (I don't know why the HVAC company I used two years ago did not address the problem. Oh, well.) He volunteered to come back at a convenient time to fix it. He was very good and I would be happy to use him again.

I called him and he asked to return my call. He called the next day and very hastily told me how it was going to be. Rushed through the conversation and said he would have to return my call again as he works a full time government and that comes first. I thought okay... maybe this guy is having a bad day. He advertised his service I didnt just hunt him down. He did ask me twice how I heard about him and when I told him Angie's List he said "thats what I needed to know". ?? He has not called again, it has been 4 days now.

I have been very pleased so far with his work. He has been fair on his prices and I don't feel like I am getting screwed. He tells me what he would like to do but will also give me options. He has quoted me prices and has stuck to them. Each job is a different price but what I have spent so far has been well worth it.

I called late in the afternoon and he came in the evening because of my circumstances. He went far beyond what I had expected. He fixed everything, charged a very reasonable price and did a great job. I will call him again and highly recommend.

Overall a very good experience. He was punctual, professional, and fair in his pricing. There were one or two switches he did not replace initially that I had to ask him to come back and take care of, but that was as much my fault for not communicating as clearly as I should have as it was anything I could fault him for... Would recommend to others.

Prompt and professional service! Randy showed exactly when he said he would and did quality work for a lower rate then quoted. I now feel more secure with a door that locks again! We would use him again when the need arises.

Randy gave a fair estimate and provided several options to fixing my deck and install a tricky light fixture that was situated among steps. He arrived on time, performed the work and did a good job. He brought up to date equipment to take care of the light fixture that was near two sets of stairs. Plan to use him on other projects n the future.

It went perfectly. Arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would. I could not have been more pleased with his work.

Randy fixed three of my steps in my stairwell. Two of the steps were very difficult because they were oddly shaped. The third wasn't even in the estimate; he just did it because it was looking like it could break. He didn't even charge me extra.

Randy is a very busy person, not only as a handyman, but as a full-time employee and a caterer. Even though he's busy with all these endeavors he sticks with his schedule and is always prompt and thorough in what he does. He takes pride in doing a good job and does do a good job. At the risk of his being too busy for future jobs for me, I'd recommend him highly and encourage anyone to see him for any handyman needs. As an aside, he brought a sample of his food by once and from that sample he's definitely a caterer worthy of consideration.

I called Randy the Handyman to help with a problem I was having with some of the lights in my basement. Randy returned my call promptly and then came over later that day to look at the problem. I had a couple of fluorescent lights that weren’t working. After troubleshooting my lights, Randy came back the next day and installed new ballast and new bulbs in the fluorescent lights and now they are as good as new. We discussed updating some of my other lighting in my basement and garage. Randy came back again the next day and installed some new, updated fixtures that really improve the look of my basement. Randy was prompt, courteous and very neat in his work. He seems to take extra care in making sure that the customer is satisfied with his work. He has made home repairs for me before and I will call him again in the future. I am a disabled veteran and he gave me a military discount. I highly recommend Randy the Handyman.
