A clean home or office is easy with MaidPro in Topeka and Lawrence & North Kansas City. Call MaidPro- the professional maids where we will design a cleaning service to fit your needs and your budget. Our service providers concentrate on a 49 point checklist and each cleaning is completed with our comment card for your feedback. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean that area at no charge. We bring all our own cleaning supplies and 95% of all cleanings are done by one service provider allowing for a more personalized experience. We have some of the lowest rates in the area, and we offer one time cleaning, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and priority cleaning.

Description of Work: Only surfaced cleaned, not what I asked for. Spent 45plus minutes "cleaning" bathroom sink and tub, all they really did was to make them shiny. |I had wanted lower half of walls and baseboard cleaned. They only spot cleaned and then I found places they had obviously missed. |When 2nd person came, she had to tell 1st person that one has to clean outside of toilet bowl, not just inside!

Description of Work: $70.00 per week for 2.5 hrs of cleaning. reasonable cost, but the turnover of staff assigned to our home is concerning, as is the consistency of work. some weeks it is thorough, while other weeks there have been multiple issues. When i contact the main office in Topeka, the responsiveness is very good, but i'd prefer the same cleaner most weeks and expect consistency of work for a weekly service.

Description of Work: Talk about great! On time, and deep cleaners!! I told them everything I needed cleaned, and they did wonderfully! Every surface in my house was spotless! Chair rails, base boards, fans, light switch plates, everything!! They were here for a good 5 hours, and the house was perfect!! I will be using them again!! Strongly strongly recommend!!!

Mostly very good. A couple of times they canceled with little notice, and one time just no one showed up and I got no notice, so I called and informed them. They seemed to have trouble with scheduling during a personal change over. I have to arrange my work schedule to allow for time/dates that fit their open day-time slots, so it is very inconvenient when last minute changes occur. They did make good on the missed appointment where no notice was given by performing the next cleaning for free. One time, when the regular cleaning lady got pre-empted last minute, they did find a quick replacement to keep close to the schedule. I plan to continue using them as long as no more last minute missed or cancelled appointments occur.

I thought she did a good job. It was one woman and worked for about two hours. They were flexible with scheduling and they were able to schedule the work within a few days of my call.
Description of Work: We used their services once or twice. They did a full cleaning of my apartment which included the kitchen, bathrooms and vacuuming.

They do a fine job. When they clean it is two women who clean for about two hours. They come at a specific time and they are very reliable.

I used their services twice. I thought they did a good job. Their scheduling was very flexible and they were able to accommodate my schedule.
Description of Work: The last time they cleaned was a move out cleaning. They did a deep clean of my two story townhouse. They have an hourly rate so she cleaned for four hours. It was one woman doing the cleaning.

I am very pleased with MaidPro's cleanings. They customize the cleanings to your liking and leave a check-list each time showing what they have cleaned. They also ask for feedback after each cleaning so you can communicate things you like/dislike. This particular time my cleaner also unexpectedly cleaned the front glass door since it needed it.
