Our service providers concentrate on a 49 point checklist and each cleaning is completed with our comment card for your feedback. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean that area at no charge. We bring all our own cleaning supplies and 95% of all cleanings are done by one service provider allowing for a more personalized experience. We have some of the lowest rates in the area, and we offer one time cleaning, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and priority cleaning.

So very disappointed. I did not know that I needed to follow the two ladies around and tell them what to do. First, one lady cleaned my self-cleaning oven with oven cleaner. Yikes.....what a mess! Oven cleaner dripped on one spot and ate the finish away on my hardwood floors. The owner did offer a free cleaning but at that point I am so totally frustrated, why bother. Shower doors were not cleaned. The list goes on and on but I should not have to tell them how to clean a home. I have paid for a cleaning service and I expect experts to clean. I had to remind them to clean the mirrors.
Description of Work: I was looking for a team to come out, clean my one story 1800 sq ft patio home.

For a newer franchise, they are off to a good start. They're pricing was clear and concise, and they called to confirm/review what I needed done prior to the appointment. Their employee was punctual and quite detail-oriented. My place was not that bad, but sometimes after working long hours and having two dogs it's difficult to keep on top of everything. They definitely made it look 10x better and I feel that much more comfortable walking into it now.
Description of Work: As requested, they only cleaned the main level of my house- this includes a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sun room, wet bar, living room and dining room.

It was fine. I only paid for what I paid in the deal. She did a pretty good job. The only difficult part was that she speaks Spanish. There was a language barrier. She did a good job cleaning.

When the Maidpro representative arrives, she goes right to work. I am impressed by her efficiency and routine. When you first call for an appointment, you will speak to a person who is not local, but in a call center type facility. That person will give you an estimate of the cost depending upon the size of your home and the work that you want completed. You can negotiate your price with this person. My Maidpro representative comes to clean my house every 4 weeks. When I call to reschedule due to a conflict, the person that I get on the telephone is very friendly and accommodating. I get the impression that she values my business. I know that she is local, not talking to me from a call center.
Description of Work: The Maidpro representative cleaned the first floor of my home which includes kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, master bedroom and master bathroom. She also cleaned the second floor of my home which includes 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a long hallway. Services include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning.

Called based on our realtor's recommendation to have our new (to us) house cleaned before we arrived in town. Made the appointment only a few days ahead and they sent 2 people to clean as scheduled. They called to get approval to charge a little more as it was taking longer than expected (previous owners had refinished the hardwood floors and there was a lot of sawdust). They did a great job, everything was spotless. We had them do light fixtures, baseboards, inside cabinets, inside refrigerator, extra clean on the bathrooms, etc. we didn't want to have to clean anything when we got to the house.

After scheduling with plenty of advance notice, they failed to show up. When I called to inquire, they told me they'd have their manager call, which never happened. Lack of responsibility and customer service. Several weeks after the company failed to show up for the initial cleaning, I was contacted by the scheduling office that originally made the appointment (not the local office). They provided two free cleanings in effort to compensate for the hardship caused. The only time the manager/owner of the local office made contact with me was to request an update of my review. The ladies cleaning have all been very profesesional and one even brought treats to the dog! Although, it is indicated there will be consistency in cleaning staff, I have only had the same person on two visits. Their arrival time seems to vary within about 15-20 minutes of scheduled time (9:00 a.m.). I get a regular cleaning every two weeks and it is nice to come home to a clean house!

Besides the dishonest in marking things that were not done, she did an excellent job with our bath tubs which is usually the areas needed the most cleaning so I have to give her credit for those!
Description of Work: I was thrilled and believed the lady that was sent to clean our house last week did a good job and I actually gave her an "A" well till two days ago when Merry Maid rep. Came to give us an estimate for future cleaning since our neighbor gave us a coupon to use with Merry Maid! To our surprise, the Merry Maid lady swept dusts with her fingers the door panels, stairs floor rails,etc and showed us things that were not done and the lady marked she did all! Dishonesty is awful but now I know how to check in the future! Disappointed!!!

They sent two people. One was on time. The other was about an hour late and didn't notify. The first woman did a good job. The second was not very focused and did not accomplish the tasks I'd requested. Both seemed to take an exceptionally long time - longer than it takes me on my own!

I was not happy with any of the four cleanings they provided. I know that I have high standards, and I explained that there were specific things that were most important to me. In every instance, one or more of these items were left undone.(Furniture left undusted, bathroom vanity not cleaned and toilet not cleaned, kitchen surfaces left unwashed, and obvious debris left unvacuumed. I should add that I am a fairly neat person overall, and before each cleaning, I made sure the house was completely tidied up with nothing left lying on floors, dirty dishes in the sink, laundry baskets stacked up out of the way, etc. I also requested they provide the same cleaning person, if possible, which I believed would be more efficient, because the cleaner would know my house, my specific preferences,etc. Of the four cleanings, I had three different service persons. The one who worked twice was the best, but when I called to request her again, she was no longer employed there. After each cleaning, I received an automated email asking me to review the cleaning service and let them know if I was/was not satisfied or if there were problems with the cleaning service. I replied each time with specific items left undone, and the only time I got a response was the last email review I sent where I said I was going to discontinue service with them. Then they were quick to call and offer to make things right. A friend suggested I should just be happy with what I got because it meant I wasn't doing it myself. Maybe so, but I decided to try another service (Jen's Home and Commercial Cleaning LLC) and for only a few dollars more per session, their service was far superior.
Description of Work: I hired Maid Pro to clean my house, the first time cleaning for both basement and upper levels, and then three additional bi-weekly cleanings for the upper level only. The whole-house service was $185 and the upper-level only was $95. I was supposed to receive a discount on the second and third cleanings, but I my credit card statement shows charges for the un-discounted amount for both of those. The cleaning services I specifically wanted done were to vacuum, dust all furniture, and clean the kitchen and bathrooms.

MaidPro cleaned my house 3 times over 6 weeks. After the initial deep cleaning I found areas that were not cleaned including ceiling fans and other areas not dusted. I also had cobwebs in my shower and around the legs of my dinning table. At the first cleaning an item was broken. The MaidPro employee left a nice note explaining and stated someone would contact me. The broken item wasn't an issue but I was never contacted by MaidPro. On the day of the 2nd cleaning I was called and told that they were not able to clean on their scheduled day but could clean the next day. When the cleaning was completed it was clear they were in a hurry. My sheets weren't changed, my rugs were not replaced, and none of the missed dusting was completed. I called after this service to express my concerns and was assured MaidPro would take care of everything. I specifically asked that the cobwebs be removed from and dusting be completed. After the third service it was evident my kitchen and bathroom weren't swept and mopped and the dusting and cobweb removal i requested specifically was not completed. I've since discontinued service.

Good morning! I'm sorry you were not happy with price. We do offer priority cleans where we work on certain rooms each clean, which would lower your price. I did notice that it was going to be a OTC at 8.5 hours, which is based on the size of your home. We do charge weekly $30 an hour, bi-weekly $32 an hour and monthly $34 an hour, with the OTC it would be $42 an hour. I hope you reconsider and try Maidpro to clean your home. I wanted someone to clean out my refrigerator but they would not do this and I needed a deep clean. I was not happy with the service and voiced this to them. They did apologize but were unable to meet my needs. The woman they sent out to do the cleaning was nice and was willing to clean my refrigerator but MaidPro would not allow her to do this.
Description of Work: They came and did their standard housecleaning. Their standard cleaning was so limited that it was pretty much useless to me.

I had consult at their offices. The office person was hurried and appeared not to know how to use their computer system which required I answer a lot of questions. The manager walked through not making contact .
