We call them every time because they are so honest and fair. They only found two dryer sheets that day.

Someone showed up 1 1/2 hrs after I called. I was impressed by that. After looking at my furnance they explained the problem to me and how much it was to fix it. I agreed to have them fix it and afterwards they explained how to avoid the problem I had in the future. Person was knowledgable and polite.

We spent $50 on that service. I really like that company because they prompt, courteous and thorough. They are experts and we have used them for years.

At the last minute we needed a thermal expansion tank added to our water heater. Ladd came out the same day and completed the work for a lower price than another estimate we had received. A week later we decided to have our central air serviced. Again, they were quick to schedule and complete the work.

We had good luck with them and overall we have been pleased with them. They agent tried to help me fix the heater over the phone, which I was impressed by because I don’t think he was supposed to do this. I wasn’t able to do it, but he said that this was the most common thing. When he came out, it was something simple. Their prices were reasonable. They brought us something that I did not know and he suggested that we use a water hammer to take the overhead stress because we don’t have a drain in the floor. I was impressed with his knowledgeable and I have no complaint for the winter. I thought their prices were reasonable, they did good work and we haven’t found any leaks. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They will even come out in timely way even if it is off hours.

I needed a power control board (which controls turning the fan on. The furnace would shut off so it wouldn't overheat. and a pressure relief switch (which is a safety component). He rigged my fan to stay on all the time, in order for the furnace to heat. This saved me $100.00 to get new parts on Sunday and the new parts were installed 2 days later. There is a 2 year guaranty on parts and labor. I was also pleased they give a senior citizens discount.

They installed my new outdoor unit about a year ago. I had problems this summer with the house being adequately cooled and they identified that this part was necessary. At first they were going to charge me because it wasn't covered by warranty. But the tech called the office and they said there should be no charge because the original technician should have installed it when they put in the air conditioner.

They worked on it until they got it fixed. They came when they said they were going to, they communicated well, and they were good people to deal with. They were also willing to come back and fix it again when a problem persisted. It was a very good experience.

Michael from the Ladd Service Company was on time, very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. They could have sold me a new cooling coil also, however he examined the existing one and found it to be in good shape and not in need of replacing. He was honest and straight forward with his assessment of the coil and replacement of the furnace unit. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using them.

They are really good, they are on time, no problem, never had to call them back. They have decent prices and they do no force the sale.
