Description of Work: Ladd has serviced our heating and air conditioning units at home and work for 25+ years. They have always been trustworthy, punctual and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: They replaced a leaking shower drain. After completing the work in a timely manner, they removed all of their tools and materials and left the area clean. We would use this provider again, without question.

Description of Work: My air conditioner would not turn on. I had to call in for an after hours service repair. The technician told me my freon was gone, and told me I has a leak somewhere. I was upset at first because I spent $10,000 on an entire new system in 2008 and in my opinion it it should still be working without leaks. Ultimately he charged me close to $600.00 to put freon in it and the leak still wasn't repairs. I ended up calling the manager who quickly found my leak and fixed my air conditioner for a total of $130.00. I guess the first tech was new. I was extremely happy with my service up till then and now after this incident. I would call them out again but I will make sure I know what I'm being charged for in advance.

Description of Work: We had to raise our home off the foundation and pour a new basement. This required extensive scheduling over several months to keep things moving forward. Roger from Ladd came out, did a review of the work needed, provided us with a bid and stuck with the numbers. During the resetting of a/c and furnace, he again reviewed work, oversaw workmen and completed everything satisfactorily. We have used Ladd on several occassions and have always found them to be professional and well manned to handle any project we have sent their way. We will continue to use them and also recommend them highly for their level of work performance and customer service.
