S&T CLEANING

S&T Cleaning did an acceptable job of cleaning where they cleaned, but they did not clean the gas range and refrigerator as agreed. When I phoned them about this, I was told that they "ran out of time." They had no plan to return and clean those appliances. Their attitude was that they had bid a certain amount of time for the job, and when they arrived and read my detailed cleaning instructions, they didn't have time to get everything done before going to their next job. I wrote them a long e-mail telling them that I thought that it was unprofessional of them to not finish the job basically because they had underbid it, but they did not offer to refund any part of the fee I paid to them, and they did not return to clean the appliances, since I had already done it in order to be ready for my party. I will not engage their services again.
