Brad's team arrived within 15 minutes of calling. We went over what I wanted done and they went to work. Their work was excellent and they were finished in a little over an hour. Kal Electric does excellent work and I know I'll use their services again. Kudos!

When he put in the lights it was not, for lack of a better term, up to my satisfaction. I expressed that and the guy came back wanting to make certain that I was satisfied, we went over everything and he corrected the problem - we had some steps and I wanted the lighting to shine on the steps, initially it did not. The fact that the lighting was put up during the day probably caused that. He came back after dark last night to test them and made sure they were okay. He turned a negative into a positive.

Dustin & Chad, who work for Brad, called prior to their appointment to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, we went over exactly, what I wanted done. Both Dustin & Chad were extremely polite and courteous. Now for the work, all I can say is FANTASTIC!They do great work and fast. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Any time they weren't sure about how I wanted something, they asked. I highly recommend Kal Electric and know I'll be using their services again.

The representatives were very professional and polite. They were quick & efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to determine and fix the issue with the recessed lights in our kitchen when two other electricians couldn't. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

There is a reason that these guys are highly rated. They do good work and stand by it. They had two techs at my home, so the work went quickly. They were very courteous and hauled away the old ceiling fan and vanity. They completed this work on a Thursday, but I needed something changed and they rushed right out the next day at no extra charge.

It was fine, except I thought the charge was pretty much over the top. It only took them an hour to do this work.

I was disappointed in the performance.

The repairs took two visits because a flywheel had to be ordered for the ceiling fan (we had assumed we needed to buy a new fan). For both visits Mike called ahead to let us know they were on the way and they were on time for each visit. All repairs that needed to be done were explained to us in detail, the work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed.

I had changed my mind several times about the project and each time I called they had the information at hand as to what I was thinking. It never appeared to be a problem that I was changing my plans again. Also, this project was to be a surprise for my husband and they rearranged the schedule to get the job done on the date I needed. Outstanding service!

The owner was very professional and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the type of workers he hires to do the job. He was prompt and provided a firm fixed quote and followed up that night with email confirmation. The workers arrived on time, were pleasant, detailed and were very particular about making sure the placement was where we desired (This is a first for me in working with electricians...). They were extraordinarily neat, engaged us at the appropriate times and did excellent work. Between the quality of the work and the price point, I would highly recommend them to anyone and would certainly go them first for any future electrical needs.

The electricians were very courteous and professional. The cost was a lot less than I expected it would be, so my wife and I were very happy with the service we received. Yes, we would use them again. And, we plan to.

Good work. We're very pleased with the look of the lights and lighting in all cases. One minor problem - some of the lights were installed above the beds. The bedspreads got quite dirty. I would just suggest that you cover the beds or ask them to cover the beds - maybe with some kind of plastic sheeting that painters use.

The experience was very positive. Mike seemed very knowledgeable and polite, worked quickly and cleaned up. It was worth the money for me.

Kal Electric did not install speakers at the ceiling as contracted. They installed them much lower without obtaining permission from the homeowner. The homeowner stopped the installation after 3 of 5 speakers were installed. There was no reduction in cost to the homeowner for not completing the job. They also did not use drop cloths to protect flooring & placed a hot drill bit on carpet, which melted the carpet down to the padding.

They did a good job & the price was fair.
