Call for help was answered politely and in a very friendly style. Workers arrived exactly on time as promised, calling ahead to assure someone was here. Work was completed very quickly and the repairs explained in as much detail as I needed. Very, very satisfactory experience.

Owner gave prompt and accurate estimate. 10-14 day lead time to perform work. Onsite electricians found easier way of grounding outlets which required less damage to walls. However, they screwed baseboards back on instead of nailing which required filling and repainting. Overall good job for price charged.

Brad came out and gave me an estimate, and everything went great. He was very nice and professional. All of my phone calls were handled right away. Once I hired them, it took about a week and a half for them to come out, and after that two days to complete the work. They were on time and professional. There trucks were marked, and were not scruffy looking as some other reports said. The inspection called for a few little things to be redone, but they had someone out that afternoon to fix them.

Mike and Brad did a great job from start to finish. All work was permitted and completed on schedule with no comebacks for failures. I would recommend them for any electrical job large or small.

Our 80 year old house has almost half the lights & outlets on 1 breaker. At 10:30 p.m., Dec. 21 most, but not all, outlets on that breaker went off. This concerned us as we had previously had other outlets & switches go dead. We thought we might have bad wiring throughout the house - possibly from mouse damage. So I called KAL Electric the next morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Two guys came out and immediately tracked down the major problem to be one breaker had a loose wire that was arcing to another breaker. So I then had them look at a ceiling light that had stopped working and an outlet in another room that had gone dead on me. Replacing the outlet box & switch hadn't fixed either of those for me in the past. They discovered the light fixture itself had bad wiring and fixed it enough that one of the two lights worked. We'll be replacing that soon. On the outlet they found it was actually another (working) outlet that feeds the non-working one that was the problem. They replaced that and everything was working again. All in about an hours time and for just $125.

Promptly answered the inquiry and was able to schedule the work within a few days. Work was done quickly and looks great. Would hire again.

The work was done by the owner himself and his top foreman, since all of their other crews were busy that day. They showed up on time and worked quickly for over three hours. They raised the lead-in on the roof, removed the old breaker box and installed the new box rated for 200 amp service. They also labeled all the new breakers. The power to the house was off for only 3 hours and everything was prepared for the line crew who came 2 days later to raise the line from the pole. The city inspection found no problems with all this work. I would highly recommend this company - Kal was very friendly and hard working and the final bill was $300.00 LESS than the initial estimate. That is certainly worth an A!

I need a ceiling fan replaced after a blade was broken off the existing fan. The gentleman from KAL Electric called me in route to my house so I could leave work to meet him. He was very friendly and professional. After he was finished he offered to take away the old ceiling fan and vacuum up the little bits that were left on the carpet after installing the new ceiling fan.

I thought the price was reasonable. They were professional, but some things had to be redone after the inspector came out. They did come back right away to redo the minor things that the inspector caught. I was comfortable with the guys in the house.

They never got back to us. I didn't have a problem with them, but it was frustrating that I took the time to be here and show them the project and then no one got back to me. I would still work with them though.

It was done as we expected. They arrived on time and completed the task to our satisfaction.

Overall it went excellent. They were on time and efficient I had heard about them from Angie's List. They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

I dealt with Brad, and he is really a good guy. He didn't do the work, but he sent a crew of guys out to do the job. They did a great job on the bathroom, making sure that the outlets were installed properly. I would hire them again if I had need of that kind of work again.

The repairman arrived on the same day as called and was on time. He was knowledgeable and fixed all our problems in a timely manner at a very fair price.

The electrician arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He had me show him each light to be replaced, advised me of the options and possible problems that might arise with my older home wiring, and then completed the work requested. He was friendly, efficient, and completed the jobs as expected.

It went very well. I am very pleased. They weren't able to come out on the day we agreed to due to weather. But came out the very next day and instead of the two days they originally said it would take it took one day. It was completed on the time agreed! The installers were very professional and cleaned up their messes. They were very punctual!

I had a sparking, smoking GFCI outlet in the kitchen over the weekend. I called first thing Monday and was able to schedule a service call for Tuesday. Mike showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem (ants invading the outlet and shorting it out!). He replaced the outlet with an upgraded one and showed me how it worked. He remembered on his own to give me the 5% Angie's List discount. He even reassured me that their copy of the bill that had my credit card number would be shredded as soon as it went through for my security. Next thing I knew, he was done and I was on my way back to work! Very efficient...they definitely know what they're doing.
