This is terribly inconvenient for me, I had things which I needed to do rather than wait for people who do not show up, and who do not reply to many emails and phone messages. This is a very poor way to treat customers. I joined Angie's List recently in hopes of finding businesses that did not deal with customers in such a thoughtless, irresponsible way. Well, surprise! Update: Per the Company Response, I never cancelled my appointment.
Description of Work: About 3 (or so) weeks ago, I made an appointment for 1:00 pm today for 4 hours of cleaning at my nephew's. (I was gifting to him.) touched. I am so EMBARASSED to purchase a service to help out a friend which only turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. This experience has been extremely disappointing and I will not use nor recommend this provider again. I am also disappointed that Angie's List supports them.
Description of Work: I purchased 4 hours of house cleaning. A two person team came to the house for two hours. I purchased this service for a dear friend who just had major surgery and was needing help to prep for her holiday occasions. My initial contact with the owner was very positive. It was a timely and professional response. After I bought the service and gifted my friend with it, the communication became very poor. It was constant "I'll call her, you call her, I'm waiting for her to call back......" Two people actually came on 12/12/13 to provided 4 hours of cleaning. My friend told me they were asked to clean all the bathrooms and do dusting. Surfaces were dusted but the items on the surfaces were NOT, bathrooms were barely cleaned and the Master bath looked like it had been barely

When the purchase was made she said it was for a friend. When the friend was called she stated she will call back when she was ready to schedule. That was two months later in December which is the busiest time if year. She insisted she wanted the cleaning by a certain date. I explained to her that this month is our busiest time of the year. We accommodated her with an evening appointment to make this cleaning work for her and her schedule. We usually like to schedule in the daytime hours. When arrived her husband said floors, dusting and bathrooms. The cleaners vacuumed through out the home and mopped floors in kitchen and bathrooms. Dusting was completed. Dusting was difficult due to the amount of decorations for the holiday. Items were moved when dusting. The bathrooms toilets, sinks, shower/tub was disinfected and cleaned. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They are nice gals and did a nice job on the shower. They worked a long time on it. I did not like how they did the wet mopped my wood floors. There are streaks and footprints on the floors so we had to go back in and re-do them. They were hard working and had a good attitude, but I just did not like the floors and mirrors. I have not found anybody, including myself, who can really do windows and mirrors without streaking.

Krystal called back the next morning. We talked and apparently, she is so busy. She said that the next client on her list was going to take a lot of time and energy. I saw her on TV where it was showing her organizing a bad hoarder and she made it wonderful. She was very professional. They were reasonably priced before the discount. I was surprised. She said she’d have to look at the garage first. She was professional. Communication was very easy for her. She was very clear. She told me that if I wanted the service, she could get back to me where we could speak longer.

A father and son team took everything out of my garage, organized it, and put it back in. They were supposed to spend 4 hours but actually took 5 at no additional charge. They took no breaks. I worked alongside them. | |Two comments - they were supposed to clean the floors and that was not mentioned. When I asked, they said I needed to have said that sooner. There would have been no time for that anyway. | |My other comment is that they went lickety-split organizing and rarely asked what I wanted to get rid of or where I wanted to put things. So, I had to take the initiative to ensure that this or that was disposed of. But all in all, they did in 4 hours what would have taken me 20!

These 2 ladies were nice enough, showed up about 15 min late, but they stayed 2 full hours ... unfortunately, they were unable to complete the job in the 2 hours. My house is 1800 sq ft ... not huge, so I am very disappointed that I now have to find time to finish cleaning it myself before my out-of-town guests arrive tomorrow.

I have a 3-car garage/shop that was getting overrun by in-laws stuff from moves, tools all over, misc projects started/stoped, etc. The two gentlemen that did the work came in and got right to work, took some direction on items to donate and remove those quickly, took items into the house that needed to go there then proceeded to whip the 3-car garage into shape by taking all items out of cabinets and off shelves, cleaning, then returning the items in a more organized way. I expected a "tidying up" but not a full-fledge organizing. My expectations were truly exceeded. Thanks!

We had trouble coming up with times based on her schedule and ours. Then she had to cancel the first one when she became ill. After we reviewed the work and brought it to Angie's List attention another date was set to come back and do a followup. On the scheduled day she didn't show or call. That was enough trying to get the job finished and we will look for a professional.

When the phone is not answered that means we are with clients. We do not answer phone calls when we are with clients. We arrived at the appointment on time. Knocked on the door no answer. Waited 15 minutes then called still no answer. When heading to another clients home we received a phone call. We allow 15 minutes after scheduled appointment then left. If a client not at home or running behind please let us know in a timely fashion.

The AG coupon was for 4 hours of deep cleaning (2 cleaners for 2 hours). Two We Organize cleaners showed up about 1/2 hour late but stayed for the 2 hrs. I showed one of them around the 3 bdrm 2 full and 2 half bath home with hardwood floors on one level, a recreation basement, and a 2nd floor. She was told the 2nd floor did not have to be vacuumed because the carpet had just been cleaned. The cleaner asked what I wanted to emphasize with only 2 hours to clean (between the two) and I said the bathrooms, master shower, the kitchen, and the floors. I don't have much furniture to dust and I keep a fairly clean house. | |They set about cleaning. One took the kitchen and the other person took the bathrooms. 2 hours later they were done and I checked briefly what they had done. (I was in a hurry to get back to work.) After work, I rechecked the cleaning and found it was really not very good. They only cleaned (I say that tongue and cheek) 2 bathrooms and did not clean those well. The mirror had to be the only thing that was touched in the first floor half bath. The toilet still had urine spots and the basin was not cleaned. The upstairs master was just wiped on the surface. There was no smell of a cleaning solution and the sinks and toilet were half-wiped. The basement bathroom was not touched. At 2 hours, that is 30 mins a bathroom. That is plenty of time to clean a bathroom. | |The kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances were somewhat wiped down as were the countertops. The cleaner did do a good job on the hardwood floors. That was it. The bathroom floors were not mopped. I immediately called We Organize and left a message about the issues I found. I received a text message the next day verifying they had received my message and saying I would receive a call back to schedule a re-cleaning. That was Friday. I called WO again on Friday afternoon and left a message. I would have expected a telephone call by then, not a text, but that is ok. To not follow-up with a phone call after the text and reschedule the cleaning is not professional. I realize everyone is busy; however, if WO can send a text, then they can call me. I will update the review if We Organize follows through on their offer to re-clean the house. At this time, I would not rate the service any higher. | |After several purchases, what I am finding with the Angie's List coupons, is the service provided is usually equivalent to the price you pay, not the expected retail cost of the service. I think going forward, I would rather get the service first, and pay at that point, then to pre-pay and get half the service.

On September 30th, I started a chain of 10+ emails with the owner to get my service scheduled. We selected 1:00p on October 30th, and then she subsequently changed it to 9:00a because it was a different coupon. I got a call a few days before the appointment asking if we could reschedule for noon on October 30th, and I agreed. On October 30th, I got a call from Greg at about 11:45a saying that he would be there by 12:15p. He was concerned about the rain because we wouldn't be able to put things outside. I assured him that it was a four-car garage and that there was plenty of room. Approximately 30 minutes later, I got another call from Greg stating that he needed to cancel. I asked him if it was due to the weather, but he said that the guy who helps him had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. I emailed Krystal the following day requesting a refund because I went ahead and cleaned everything out myself. Krystal responded, "Hello, I apologize for the confusion. When it rains on the day for a garage clean out we usually reschedule to another day. It make [sic] the clean out run more smoothly. We would like to reschedule your clean out. If you would like a refund you will need to contact Angie's List. They will issue you a refund."

I purchased a big deal for this company. That went really well. They came fairly quickly within a month or less. It was just the service that I really needed at the time. I couldn't lift a lot of stuff, so I needed somebody to come out. I kind of told them what to keep and all that, but I needed somebody to do the heavy lifting and moving and stuff like that. It kind of towards the end the two guys just wanted to get out of here. I had to kind of push them to finish the job at least the way, making sure they swept the floor and all the details. They were a little, they just wanted to do it quickly and be gone.

I had talked to them 3 times previously and they had taken all my information including address all 3 times. You would think they would have realized before now if we were out of their service area. The "owner" Crystal stood around, did very little work, was slow and sloppy! Took 3 hours, And still had not cleaned the floors in the small living room and dining room! Had to be told to wash down the cabinets and counter tops and did not move anything. Did not tell me she was going to double charge me for 2 'workers" When I went to pay each of them and arrainged for her to come back the following day to finish the job she stole the money from the other worker right in front of my eyes! They came back the following day, again the only one that worked was the second woman, Terrie! Again, Terrie did all the work, Crystal whispered to Terrie, " slow down!" Terrie shook her head NO! Crystal spent all most 3 hours, in my tiny mud room, supposedly cleaning! Crystal liked to vacuum but had to be told to move furniture, did not vacuum my furniture, and I still have dust bunnies and dirty floors! The "owner" Crystal must have mopped my floor with MUD! My floors just looked like she pushed a dirty mop around, without rinsing the mop ever! At exactly 3 hours Crystal put out her hand for another $ 240! for 3 hours of work? The only person that worked was her assistant Terrie! 6 Hours of cleaning, Haha! $80 dollars an hour for kitchen floors, done by Crystal" that I wiped with a paper towel and It came up muddy! I have three dogs, they don't wipe their feet outside, it ends up on my kitchen floor! And it's still there! Crystal called and offered to come back again! The nerve! She already ripped me off for $480 dollars! I flat told her I could not afford her! And she insisted she would come back for FREE! with Terrie! I had to tell her NO! and she called back again, and again! Don" hire this person! This is a lazy, deceitful, con artist, preying on people who really need help!

The client called and stated she needs organization. That was not the case. She wanted us to clean her home. We are an organizing and cleaning service. We told her we have to go get cleaning supplies out of the car. She insisted that we use her Eco Friendly supplies which did not work for her cleaning situation. We wanted to mop the floor with a mop, but she insisted that we use a dust mop. In order to clean floors we prefer to use a mop to clean the floor. She talked to us the entire time. That made the situation impossible to get the work completed when the client asking questions about you and not about the job. We explain to clients that they can be in the home while we are there to clean. We also tell them give us the time allowed to due the tasks.
