Moving boxes and furniture to and from a home or storage such as a moving company with a truck would do. We are not equipped for this. Bulk Garbage Removal is something we are not equipped to do however, we can have a dumpster ordered or help you schedule a bulk pick up from your local agency.

Frankly AL should reimburse losses like this. Sadly I bought an Angie's List deal for $199. Even more sadly they wouldn't fulfill it. Most sadly of all, I am out $199. Don't buy Angie's list deals unless you plan to use them immediately. $199 stupid tax as Dave Ramsey would say.

The only problem I had was in the beginning, trying to get the work scheduled. I am not sure if it was because they had so much work, or if the scheduling people weren’t very organized.
Description of Work: The two young men showed up on time ready to work. Once I understood their process, I asked to be a part of the task so that I could go thru the items and clean out what I was no longer needing. They were extremely accommodating with my request and we made a great team of three. They worked very hard and were extremely courteous and professional, and seemed to enjoy their work. They accomplished a lot in the hours that I had scheduled them for. One gentleman even went above and beyond and helped carry a large heavy item to the basement.

The service turned out very good. We were very pleased. They did an excellent job for us. They got us organized so that was good. I had to buy some containers which I bought on my own, but I kind of figured that it did not come with the organizing containers that I needed to get some stuff organized. We actually had them back another time to help out with another area. We worked with one area, the basement, and then, they came back and we did another area. So, I think we had them back two times total. They were on time on both times.

They did a good job cleaning, but I didn't feel like it was anything extra, like the re-organize part. It was fine, they did a good job. But I thought it would have been a little bit extra. It looks like I got what I paid for and it was supposed to be like a deal. I feel like I've got the $111 value. I would probably use them again just for a normal cleaning though.

I bought a daily deal for house cleaning but could never contact them to schedule the work. I could not leave them a voice mail because their mailbox was full. Angies list finally provide a refund for the purchase which was great.

I travel for business and it was difficult to set a date with this vendor for 2 months; so we spent several months attempting to schedule the service and I take responsibility for this. All communication was via e-mail. On the date that was finally agreed upon, she called and said the weather was bad and asked to cancel the time. I agreed because I didn't want her to get stuck in a storm or the snow. I have sent several e-mails in the interim to try to reschedule with no response. The last (9/6) was a request for a refund and still no response.

At first they tried to communicate to see when they could do the job. They never came out and I waited several months, but they could not get the service done. I waited weeks thinking that other people were scheduled ahead of me. Instead I was able to get refund.

Around Christmas i heard from Krystal. She said that she'd only been able to sell a couple collector plates. She said that the profit was about $5. I told her to keep that for her efforts, but asked that she return what wasn't sold. She said she'd document and drop at charity if I preferred that. I told her I'd be happy to take care of that, but she said it was no trouble. I asked that she return a couple things and she did. I asked for the list of things she dropped at charity. It was Christmas and I was busy, so didn't look at receipt until about a month later as I started to prepare taxes. I called her and asked her to return a trumpet which she'd taken, but wasn't on the list to the charity. She said she'd dropped it off at charity and didn't know why it wasn't on the list. I remembered other things she'd taken that weren't on the list.....which wasn't at all detailed. I feel that maybe I was too trusting and should've told her to just return what hadn't been sold. When I told her that I wasn't satisfied with our transaction and would be reviewing here, she said she was sorry she didn't perform to my "standards". I wanted to trust. I now feel that I made a mistake.
Description of Work: I purchased Organizing services. Krystal came to my home at the time we agreed. She told me I needed to purge more than I needed to organize. She was to be here about 4 hours. She was here about an hour. She said that she would come back after I cleaned out and would post my "stuff" on Craigslist and Ebay. Her fee was 25%. She came over and took my "stuff".

The contract was good till March 15, 2014. They did not have any help available. I tried several dates and they never had any help. Finally we set a date for 4/29, this was a no show due to the fact she had to take her son to Urgent Care. I could understand the situation, but received no phone call. Then I emailed 3 or 4 dates that I would have available for the maid service to come to my house. She could only have them come on 8/11 in am, I told her pm would be better, but I could work with the am. That was the last email contact we had. You cannot talk to her on the Ks or Mo phone number she will only accept email. The maid was suppose to be here today at 09:00 am, no phone call. I contacted Angie's List and spoke with Justin and he sent me this form. I would like a refund instead of another cleaning company. I would recommend that you illuminate this company from your list of providers. P. R.

I bought a deal with We Organize which expired 12/2013. We set up a time on 12/6/2013 and they canceled due cold. They said they would put me on a list due to their canceling the appointment. I called them in June and set up an appointment for Satuday June 28, 2014. They never showed. I have called, e-mail and contacted them through their website. NO response at all.

I signed up for a "big deal" package last fall. On the package it said nothing about time limited. I tried to schedulae an appointment once but the booker was too busy to make an appointment. When I got around to things in the Spring she noted it was time limited and I was out the package. Watch out for this "deal".

Greg and Tracy arrived early and immediately got to work. They are very friendly, courteous, and most importantly hard working. THEY WASTED NO TIME. I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond. My garage was a HUGE mess and now it looks like a garage should, clean, neat, and organized. I would highly recommend we-organize. Krystal the owner was also very responsive and replied immediately to my requests.

It was absolutely terrible. I bought the big deal and it's got that rapid response thing so they emailed me and ask me if I wanted housecleaning or organizing. I emailed them right back and I said that I wanted housecleaning. I didn't hear from her for like 3 months so I emailed her to ask her if we could schedule a time for her to come and she got back to me to talk about the schedule. There is a forecast that there will be a snow storm on the day that she was supposed to come so I sent her an email the day before and told her that we should probably reschedule because there's gonna be a lot of snow and she said, "yes let's reschedule". She was away from me again for like another week so I emailed her again to reschedule but when we rescheduled, she didn't showed up. Me and my husband rescheduled it for 3 times and she didn't showed up. The thing that not showing up is worst than doing a bad job.

I had 'We Organize!' come in. It was like $100 to come in and organize which is a complete total disaster. They had 2 men there for 4 hours and got half way done because I had too much stuff. That's about it. They didn't quite do what I was expecting, but it is okay. They were very prompt. It was not quite what I was expecting. When they came in, they didn't have any tools or anything. They were expecting me to supply all their cleaning supplies and everything. I would ask them to really just kind of clarify that. They did work hard. They stayed an hour longer than they were contracted to trying to finish up as much as they could. They were kind of overwhelmed by what they saw. I don't blame them for what happened. It was not quite as much as I expected. They were like an hour late and that's why they stayed the extra hour. The people on the phone and especially the guys that came in, they do it for a living but it was like they weren't in uniform or anything and they weren't professional in that as such. A couple of guys came in and were working for a while. At this point I am not expecting that I am going to need them again.
Description of Work: They kind of cleaned up a little bit of dirt and then put everything back where it was. They cleaned my garage.
