Moving boxes and furniture to and from a home or storage such as a moving company with a truck would do. We are not equipped for this. Bulk Garbage Removal is something we are not equipped to do however, we can have a dumpster ordered or help you schedule a bulk pick up from your local agency.

We purchased the big deal for four hours of house cleaning for $99. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We had to call a couple times to get the service scheduled, but that was primarily due to our schedules. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Once we found a date that worked, two very nice women arrived and worked diligently for over 2 hours. They were not able to clean the entire house, but did cover all the areas that I had asked.

t went very well as my garage was never as well organized in the past 30 years as it was after they finished and remains so today since their system and a rationale is one that is easy to maintain.
Description of Work: Cleaned out junk, sorted and organized supplies, tools, etc into related categories and place them on existing shelving, hooks & hangers.. They also carted off the junk.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. They were a bit pricey for what they did so I would have expected a lot more. I thought they were really going to scrub. They are too high priced for what they did. They were average; I wasn't blown away with it. Two people came out. It was hard to get in touch with them. They ended up being late.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I didn't pay any additional. They were good to work with and they were willing to adjust to my schedule. We got a number of things accomplished in the time she was here. I would recommend her for helping with organization. I didn't compare the price.

Beginning of October 11, 2013 Ms. Cooper would not answer multiple telephone calls nor emails. This extended over a several month period of time! Out of frustration, I finally scheduled with another company who was courteous, prompt and on time. When Ms. Cooper finally returned my calls there was very little of the work left to complete. I went ahead and had her schedule for Friday, December 20 at 1 PM. She sent one young man out (who was very good and very courteous) who worked until 5 o'clock and the work was complete. Nice! a $400 package for four hours work by one person!

When I first contacted the company they responded positively to my request for an appointment. We scheduled a time for Nov. 15th. On that day no one showed up or contacted me. They did not respond to my emails or phone messages for two weeks afterwards. The finally said in an email that they were sorry for the "scheduling mixup." But it took them an additional 3 weeks to respond back to my emails to reschedule. We set a second appointment for Jan 31. Again, for this appointment no one showed up or contacted me. This company has not responded to my emails or phone messages. I am very dissatisfied with this lack of professionalism. I have requested a refund or replacement through Angieslist. Angieslist is being great about helping me to resolve the issue, but I would never use "We Organize" company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else based on this experience. It's too bad, because I have had very good luck with the other Big Deal offers that I have purchased, just not with this company.
Description of Work: I purchased the Angieslist Big Deal of 4 hours of housekeeping for $99.00. They did not show up for two appointments. They did not provide the services that I paid for.

I bought a deal for 4 hours of housecleaning & set up the date through the messaging system. The appointment time came and went with no contact. I attempted to call them but received no answer and had to leave a voicemail. Apparently they got lost and since they never asked me for my phone number they didn't try to call. I was moving out of their service area the very next day, so I had to get a refund.
Description of Work: Nothing - they missed the appointment and I had to get a refund and do all the house cleaning myself with a broken hand.

After I bought the deal and was ready to use it, it was hard to get them to respond to a request for service. When they finally did get back with me and scheduled, They had to canceled the appointment. It was rescheduled and then they failed to show up. Contacted them through Angie's List email and received no response as to the reason for not keeping the appointment or to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Very honest - found cash and unused lottery tickets that could be turned into cash! I trusted her with keys to my home! She has been coming to help me since March of 2012 and I hope forever!
Description of Work: She organized my home, putting things where they belonged and also did some cleaning. Picked up newspapers that were old and on the floor and did vacuuming after that. Cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms.

She said she had the flu and delegated someone to contact us. They didn't. So far we have been unable to find a time for them to do the cleaning. So I don't know how they will do in the end. I wanted the work done before Christmas.

After some renovations we needed the whole house cleaned and dusted before we moved in. They worked us into the schedule one evening as a busy time of year with Christmas. Did a very nice job. I would use them again and highly recommend.

The provider came to our home and 'cleaned'. There were smudge marks all over everything and the floor still had a film on it. It was embarrassingly bad. When I called her afterwards to let her know we weren't satisfied I offered to switch it over to helping me with my garage sale since the house cleaning thing seemed impossible to teach. She didn't show for the garage sale so we asked for our money back. She told us she would return it and never did.
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to clean our downstairs. When it became clear that she was incapable of that we offered to switch our purchase to having her help with our garage sale. She didn't show.

When arriving at the home the client home was not prepared to have the home cleaned. When we scheduled we ask the client to remove items so the cleaners can do the job. That was not done prior to our arrival. In order to do the job cleaning instead of removing items in order to clean. We also ask to provide a vacuum so allergens would not spread to different homes. That also was done by the client. We ask that the client to have these things done before arriving to the home.

Krystal came in and went right to work. On top of it all, I have five animals that wanted to help her and her assistant out. They didn't mind working around the pets or that we even had pets. She came in and went straight away to getting the kitchen neat and tidy. Thank you.

Two young men showed up and I knew they would be able to handle the labor fine but wondered what the heck they knew about organizing all my stuff and putting it back! I planned to spend most of the 4 hours in the garage with them. I didn't have to be there much of the time as they knew what they were doing. They looked at my garage through knew eyes and immediately organized things that were spread in chaos. I would definitely recommend this company. However, I think it would have been appropriate for the owner to follow up with a phone call to make sure everything went ok. A pick up truck load of trash was included but I didn't know this at the beginning and didn't use it.

The deal was for a "deep" cleaning, I would consider that cleaning cabinet faces and baseboards, appliances etc. She did clean the refrigerator, but as for the rest I didn't really get what I expected.

The workers showed up on time and introduced themselves. I'd assumed everything would be removed from the garage and organized as it was put back in but it was actually done in sections. When items were removed from an area, that area was swept and I was asked if I wanted to keep the item, donate, or discard. Then, depending on what it was, the items might be put back in the area or held out to be put in another area. When the time was up, the company owner (I believe) arrived with a pick-up truck to remove the items I didn't want/wanted to donate. (I had to dispose of most of the extra discards, etc., in regular trash.) Overall, it went well but the workers had their own idea of where to put things, not necessarily taking into account how I used the items or what area I wanted things placed it. An example of this was the area where I kept my gardening tools/supplies. I had that area more or less organized and a cabinet arranged the way I wanted it--I didn't think it needed to be addressed, but the workers insisted on rearranging the area and the cabinet. Afterwards, I felt it was less useful for me. In a couple of other areas, I had to be insistent about how/where I wanted something placed. As I said, overall, I was pleased with the work. I just would have liked to know what they planned and how they intended to achieve it. This would be perfect for someone who had no idea what to do or how to accomplish it, and wanted the workers to take over everything.
Description of Work: This was a deal for 4 hours for garage clean-out and organization; in my case, two fellows came for 2 hours.

Took a few days to get it scheduled but once we did they arrived on time. We had bought an angie's list deal for 4 hours of cleaning - 2 people showed up (2 hrs each). Did a good thourough job of what we asked them to do.
