Description of Work: They did an ok job but with very little energy or enthusiasm. It was ok because the price was discounted with the deal. I would have been extremely disappointed had I paid full price for this service.

Description of Work: "Bought the big deal from Angie's List ...just hoping to get my money returned. |This co was very difficult to reach, confirm and did not show up on date promised. |Never heard from owner...received a call from one of her workers who was lost, provided him easy directions as he was only 5 min from me but he never showed up. We have used at least 10 company referrals from Angie's this year and ALL |have performed great until this one.

Description of Work: After several attempts to schedule an appointment, the service provider cancelled on us at the last minute. We rescheduled and confirmed with them the day before the service. They did not show up at all and have not communicated with us at all.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal on June 13th... talked with the provider several times via e-mail.. we set up a date almost a month after the offering, which was her (talked with Krystal) first available date (which I thought was a long wait) but I accepted... I had to reschedule & another long wait... on the day of the supposed service, I was waiting for over an hour... tried to call the provider - no answer... e-mailed her.. got a response that she had an emergency & was not going to show up... she said she would call back as soon as she could... I am still waiting for a response after 2 weeks...

Description of Work: I do not have a complaint with We Organize! but do not require the service any longer since I have completed the work needed. The original appointment, 7/13, was canceled by We Organize! due to illness. I called the next week and rescheduled for 7/26. We Organize! did not show up and did not call to cancel. In fairness to We Organize! the person I talked to on 7/26 suggested that I send an email to remind her and I I didn't do this. It didn't seem necessary to me.

Description of Work: Contacts went as follows: 8/5 - 9:40AM: I contacted to set appointment. 10:50AM: They asked "What days available?" 11:40AM: I suggested 8/13 or 8/14. No further response this date. 8/6 - 9:32AM: I sent a second email asking for a response. 10:22AM: They responded that all booked for next week. Asked if I was available after 8/22. 2:43PM: I responded that I was available 8/23, 8/27, 8/28. NO FURTHER RESPONSE AS OF 8/7 1:pm. I NEEDED TO GET A RESPONSE IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE MY TIME. FYI, I COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL SINCE I AM DEAF. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TODAY--THEY WERE VERY SLOW IN RESPONDING.
