Description of Work: Never showed up for first appointment. Rescheduled and never came or call to cancel. I have since moved and am out the money I paid. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Quality of work was good but I am sensitive to odors and some of the scented cleaners they used were unpleasant to me. Would prefer if they offered unscented cleaners in the process.

Description of Work: I give we organize an F accross the board! Krystal stold money from me while working and failed to give me my charity receipts. She worked slow and was not a good cleaner.

Description of Work: I contacted the company and they asked for a picture. I sent them one and NEVER heard back. The garage was a mess but I planned to clean it and then have them come and pull the things out to do the cleaning of the floors and walls. I thought I'd wait until Spring then...and just pulled up my site...the deal was over in Feb. 199.00 is a lot of money for nothing! I must repeat I contacted them and never heard back!

Description of Work: I haven't been able to use this service yet. I have contacted the provider, and they did not want to clean garages during the cold weather. They said to wait until April and they will begin garage service again.

Description of Work: Usually 4 hours of professionally hired house cleaning (1 person for 4 hrs. or 2 people for 2 hours) either way - usually, gets most of my house cleaned. This service, literally, only got my master bath cleaned and my master bedroom vacuumed. The 2 ladies were very nice but didn't get much done for the time and price again, compared to the many services I've used before. Very disappointed as I was hoping find a good service for regular cleaning! Admittedly, I could have contacted the company, but they were so far off from getting my house done (3 more bedrooms, 3 1/2 more baths, etc) that it's not worth the hassle for either me or the service.

Description of Work: First they went over the tasks I outlined in detail to be sure of what I needed. Then they set to the work - in this case cleaning woodwork and cabinets. Friendly but professional - worked hard and did a thorough job.

Description of Work: I paid for this and contacted the vendor and we set up a time and date. The scheduled day, the vendor called and said that because of weather issues, she couldn't make it. That was fine, I said, as the weather was severe, so we set a different time and date. She never showed up or called, however. I left two messages, neither of which were returned. Did they cease operations? At least they could have called!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for four hours of custom housecleaning or organizing. I have used their services previously, and was happy with them. They were supposed to come on a couple of occasions and they never showed up. I have left several messages and they have never got back to me.
