Constant scheduling problems/ no show don't remember coupon # or date of proposed service.

The provider went to my daughter home was there about 10 minutes and left to go get help, said she would be right back. We have not heard from or seen them sense! My daughter is trying to work as much as she can while having radiation for cancer and has had very little time to clean her home....She is expecting her in laws and her son/wife and new baby for a visit and needed help, as you can see she received NONE! I had given this as a gift....WHAT A GIFT She is very disappointed..Her out of town company is due in on the 6th, so not enough time to get anyone else...Angie,s list tried to find someone to do the job but no one was available...

It didn't go at all never happened

Would I hire this company for a future job? Probably not. It may have just been ?the day,? but the lady from We Organize brought her mother to help. They spent the two hours (I had paid for four hours for one person; or two hours for two people, and this was provided) working mostly on the shower in the master bathroom which was NOT all that dirty to begin with and frankly smelled good but didn?t look that much different after they finished! The daughter worked on the doors while the mother basically brought her buckets of water to rinse them! I had asked for that to be a priority, hoping they could figure out how to get the hard water etching off the shower doors. They definitely worked on those, but had no success. I hired them because I was HOPING for a PROFESSIONAL looking clean for the house?at least the main level?for the four hours of work, but honestly I regularly clean just as well as they did all by myself in about half the time on a regular basis! I was hoping to find a service that I could use regularly, but I did not feel that this was worth the money on an ongoing basis. Sorry!

They did a great job! They were very prompt and friendly. I had to work that day, so I left a list of things I wanted done and they got them all done as well as left a more detailed sheet of what they did. I will use them again in the future.

For the price it was a decent job. The person was attentive to specific instructions on what the priorities were. We were not "wowed" by the service but no major complaints for the price.

The deal was for 4 hours of professional service time, and I might have been mixed up because really, it was 2 hours with 2 professionals. I was a little disappointed, but had I known, i might not have been. That being said, they did a nice job in the 2 hours they did spend in my home. The staging has changed a bit but i definitely loved what they did. its always helpful to have a second eye to help you hang photos or help decide "if this looks good here" or there.

They did a good job, but I felt that the price was still too high considering the scope of the work.

Excellent service. House was sparkling within a couple of hours.

Very nice people. It was for 4 hours of housecleaning. two people came for 2 hours. They worked very slowly and only finished a small area

It was fine. They did a nice job. I was pleased. Two fellows came and they rearranged the garage, looked it out and did what they said they would do. They did good. They carried any trash away that I didn't like. I think it was a good price for the amount of work they did. They did a nice job. They were very responsive.

They were fine. At that point, they covered this area. The people that came to clean were extremely professional. They weren’t here very long but they did do a good job.

I wouldn't call it "deep" cleaning, as my definition of that includes much more than what could be covered by two people in two hours. Even so, it was very thorough for the time allotted and the price. My regular cleaner was getting married, so couldn't come. I have several bedrooms and a bath upstairs, plus a finished downstairs. The regular person usually does the main level plus either the up or down level, so it was a trade-off to pay about $20 more than normal for less coverage. They did a good job cleaning for the 2 hours they were here and the cost of the service. They were both very nice and efficient. I would hire them again except for one reason that may seem trivial, but is important to me. I work from home so was present at the time of the service. At one point I heard something hit the floor in the kitchen so from the next room, I asked if one of the magnets fell off of the fridge. She replied that it did, but said nothing else. The first time I went in the kitchen after they'd left, I noticed that one of my souvenier magnets was missing a piece, but was propped back on the fridge as if it wasn't broken. It bothered me that she hadn't said anything while she was here. I emailed her about it and she responded promptly and noted that she put the pieces back. If she'd said something about it when she was here and it happened, I might have been able to locate the missing piece to repair it. While the magnet is a small thing and not that important, I'd rather she have told me when it happened and not prop it back up as if it hadn't broken. When someone isn't straight up with me on small things I have trouble trusting and tend to wonder about other things too. The difference is that of 3 others who've cleaned for me in the last 10 years, a couple of them accidentally broke something and told me right away, it built trust for me. This situation did not.

The provider has done nothing; made an appointment on 2/5/2014 for cleaning on 3/24/14. Never showed up, has not returned calls !!!

Everything was okay except for punctuality and it was a miscommunication. I mean, it all worked all. It was fine.

If I had any critique it would be that they could have materials suggestions for items and organization. But the guys were friendly, and took orders well. They were easy to work with and did MORE than expected for the $$

It's very good. They were on time and very friendly to work with. They did a good job.

She worked with me on the living room and the hall. She was very good and very helpful. She was very steady. Overall, it was a good experience.

She was supposed to come clean in December and we had a difficult time scheduling with her. When we finally got a specific date scheduled she didn't show up, didn't call...nothing.

I hired this company with the primary intent to clean the garage floor. I did not need help with organization issues as the garage was organized. I was told that the floor would be powerwashed. However when they arrived they said they normally use a powerwasher but did not have one with them. Thus the process took a long time as they had to hook up my hose and use my buckets to clean the garage floor. I expected it to be powerwashed and so I was disappointed. It took a long time to complete without the powerwasher and was not cleaned as well without one. The two men who arrived were courteous and professional and did the best of their abilities without a powerwasher. They took everything out of the garage and placed it back in the garage with the intent to have it organized well for me. They worked really hard. They accidentally moved the sensor for the garage door when moving my stuff in and out, and that caused me some stress bc after they left the garage door would not go down and it was in the evening. An hour later my neighbor came over and was able to reajust the sensor so that my garage door would go down. The owner said that this was a lesson learned for all so that they will be careful of this not happening with future customers. My only complaint is they did not show up with a power washer.

Everything went great! Scheduling was very easy. There were two cleaners here and it took two hours to complete the job. The ladies that came to clean were very friendly, nice, and they did a great job on my home.

I didn’t have a problem getting an appointment but they were slightly late. They cleaned the obvious but didn’t get to the details such as with the area around the toilet, etc.

Very professional and efficient, hard-worker who did all of the physical work so that I could focus on sorting and making decisions about what to keep, donate, or put in trash. A+++ best quality - would definitely use again.

It wasn't great, but not bad. If I could do it over, I would not purchase this Deal again.
