We Organize!

Two nice men cleaned out and completely reorganized our garage. When they started, we had boxes, furniture and junk cluttering most of the garage. When they were finished, we couldn't believe how much space we had available - we can now park a car in the 1-car garage! and we can find everything we need as they organized things in a logical manner. They even helped seal a hole in the wall where mice might get in. We had put off cleaning out the garage for some time, thinking we would eventually get around to it. I wish we had called this service a long time ago. They did a great job and it is such a relief to be able to use the garage for its intended purpose. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with this service unfortunately. I asked for specific items to be cleaned because the provider asked me to do a priority list. This was not done. I would not call this a deep clean service , more like a housekeeping service. I bought the 4 hour single person package for $99 and got two people for 2 hours. The provider did contact me on some personal issues that she was having and had to reschedule after I waited for over 3 weeks to get service. Then felt i had to chase the provider down to get an idea when cleaning would be performed . I came home and most of my lights in the home were left on and found cleaning items left behind from the provider. It looked like it was rushed on the cleaning. I would say the provider was below average. I don't like to give bad reviews but this was obvious unfortunately.

I first called Krystal before purchasing the big deal to make sure the date i wanted was available. When she said it was i made the purchase at lunch time and called her back later that day. When i called her back it sounded like she was driving so i offered to email her my info and the chosen date. Later that night i get an email back saying "Hello.That day is no longer available." I was frustrated since there we're any alternative dates/time in her email. It would have been nice to receive a response showing me her current openings for the service. I emailed her back telling Krystal what dates we would like but didn't get a response. I finally got a hold of her on the phone and got the appointment date set. The day of the appointment, she called saying she was running late and asked for my address again since she had it incorrect in her GPS. She arrived about 30 mins late and got started after I pointed out what needed to be done. Krystal's work was fair. We never have hired someone to clean our house and it was evident that her work reflected that this wasnt her house she was cleaning. The bathroom counter tops had streaks and things just seem as clean as when we did it ourselves and she required the use of our vacuum where i thought other cleaners had their own equipment. Krystal was very nice and did what was asked but didn't go 'above and beyond' in any sense of the term. I don't think i would hire her again and if this service is typical of how others performed house keeping work would not hire anyone to do this again.

The two young men showed up on time and did an excellent job of organizing a very big mess. They were so easy to work with and very professional. Crystal, the owner, was also excellent to work with. Our garage has NEVER looked this good before. We will definitely use this company again to organize other areas of our home.

My daughter was here to greet the professional as I had to be with my husband in the hospital, but I can say that my daughter was iimpressed by her and I was equally impressed with the job she did in my home.

Crystal was right on time and started to work right away. I had problems with the function of my garage we use it for everything but cars. It is a music room for our two boys. We have two drums sets 5 gutiars 3, 3 large amps and a keyboard not to mention various tools and gym equipment. Crystal not only cleaned she organized the space so each area had workable area, a place for everything and everything now goes back where it belongs after use. I now can walk around the garage and it no longer looks not like a junk heap. This was money well spent! We were just stuck and could not make any layout function it was great to just answer a few questions and stand back and let the work be done!

They are very dependable and pleasant. Even stayed longer than contract stated with no extra cost. Did a very good job. I would recommend stating and showing very clearly what is to go and what is not to go; otherwise they have to guess. This price was a special offer and they fulfilled it very well.

This service suggested a deep cleaning. It was far from deep. Cabinetry still had finger prints, windows were still smudged, bathtub (jacuzzi) jets were still dirty after 4 hours of service. We're looking elsewhere for service.

.She came to clean for two hours. The other two hours were scheduled for the following week on Friday. I asked her to start upstairs where it was already pretty clean but also do the inside of the windows.She should then have moved to the very small bathroom. I had to leave to go to work. I returned home to find that she didn't touch the bathroom. The upstairs loked fine, but it looked pretty good before. I don't see how she spent two hours there. As I explained to her, i've had a lot on my plate recently & only barely keep on on the essentials. I'm trying to get things back in order & have someone come regularly to help. A couple of days after she came I found not quite half the money I'd given her on the floor upstairs, under a table. I assumed that meant that she wasn't coming back, but there was no note or call. She didn't show up the following Friday.

I really wanted to use We Organize! Unfortunately, it didn't work out because they had a funeral to attend on Friday and I had one on Monday so we just couldn't get it scheduled! However, they were very professional, responsive, and courteous! I called them to cancel the appointment for Monday because of the funeral and I asked them to call me back to confirm they received my message. They called me back immediately! They were really great and the cost was very reasonable. I still highly recommend them. I rented out my home and told my renters to only use We Organize if they are having the home professionally cleaned!

The provider was very personable and helpful.

In November I was very happy with the organization of my email. She created folders for different emails and deleted unwanted emails. This was very helpful. In june the organization of magazines and small clutter was ok. I was a tad upset that she had told me that someone was going to clean out the gutters but they never showed up. Overall the service was helpful.

The provider was supposed to be at the house from 2-6 pm, and I can only assume that the provider stayed the entire time as we were gone. We arrived back at the house at 6:10 pm. We walked in, and there was a definite odor of cleaning products, which didn't bother us. On our initial glance, the house looked clean and swept, but as we went around, I noticed that most of the dressers and tables upstairs were not dusted or cleaned. As I looked further, none of them had been dusted. The floors, which I had asked about since they're hardwood floors, seemed to have been dusted and mopped but not in the corners. The bathrooms were well cleaned, but the appliances in the kitchen had not been wiped down, and there were crumbs still under the cabinets. As I said, I have had professional house cleaning companies in the past, and they've done a good job. When I purchased a "Professional Deep Cleaning," I thought that more attention would have been paid to not only the typical dusting-sweeping-mopping part but that a true deep cleaning would occur.

She came in got all the cleaning we ask for and more finished in the 4 hours. She was very personable and my husband wants to get the company back out for garage organization.

It turned out well. The girl was very personable, thorough, and quick. She was able to remove the trash and items not needed. I would use them again.

I was very disappointed with the way it turned out. I probably should not have hired them, it was not really what I needed to do, so I can't blame them for that. We had a lot of clutter in the basement and the garage, there was some stuff that we wanted to keep and so it was a matter of organizing that. What they wound up doing was subcontracted another company and they were very expensive when it comes to hauling stuff away. I wound up getting rid of half a truck which cost me 360 dollars above the 100 dollars that I had purchased for We organize. If they say that they are going to haul stuff off, there should be a cheaper way than what they tied me into. My house was not ready to reorganize, I had to get rid of all the scrap and they did all they could do in that regard, my real complaint was that the people who do that hauling away are extremely expensive for what they do. I don't find any fault with We Organize, other than that they brought the hauling company. I criticize them for automatically calling the hauling company and I felt that the resolve was not worth the money that I spent. A girl came out to assess the situation and then a guy came out on the day because there was lifting and all to be done. I feel partly responsible for not getting my money's worth.

It was kind of a rocky start, but the gal who was coming had an emergency. We called and they sent someone out right away. She worked liked a trooper. We cleared stuff out, got it organized, and took stuff to a thrift shop. She spent 4 hours and we pretty much got everything done that we wanted done. She had ideas and she said we were one of the easiest people to work with, because we already knew what we wanted done. We had her come in because we needed help in setting up our storage area and she did help with that. She worked hard. I would use them again.

She and her partner worked independently and left both areas neat and tidy.

Crystal and her able assistant arrived on time. I'm a very punctual person and expect others to be as well. Crystal told me what she was going to do and said they would call me if they needed me. They removed everything from the garage, cleaned it and replaced items in a more organized manner. These are nice people to deal with and i would recommend this organization any time. My garage looks so much nice and now I can find things!

Great! She was very nice, worked very hard, was very nice to our 3 year old grandaughter...did everything we asked her to do.

For the most part they did a good job. However in the end they left most of the trash instead of taking it away because they did not have the capacity to take it. I'm glad we did this at a discounted price, or else it would not have been worth the money.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They did a great job of helping us clear out the garage and organize it. It made a night and day difference. They hauled off a couple of pickup truck loads of trash and donations. The issue is that they did not show up for the first appointment. When we called they said the person had been in a car accident. My wife and I had both taken time off work to be here. On the rescheduling, they were a little bit late but that was not a problem. We had to pay about $50 additional for the second load of trash that was hauled away

Wonderful! Krystal is the most wonderful lady and over two days of work (4 hours each day) she worked so hard the whole time she was here - and when I got a bit chatty, she got me back to what I wanted to accomplish. :) I have her scheduled for the near future to get to the basement and garage. You will love her!

It went well! Two of the We Organize employees came in the morning, talked with me about what needed to change in the garage, and then they set to work both cleaning out and organizing the garage which had become cluttered and neglected for some time.
