I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service I received. I have a 113 year old home with a lot of orginial wood work on the main level. They did a fabulous job with the floors, dusting, picking up all the cat toys, and making everything shine. I have 3 bathrooms and they all were glistening when I got home. They even stayed an extra hour to get the entire home cleaned since the 4 hours was not enough time. The service was so wonderful that I'm going to use them for monthly cleanings. Outstanding job!

I purchased the Big Deal for We Organize! to provide 4 hours of deep cleaning. It took 2 emails and a voice mail over a weeks time to get them to respond to me and schedule an appointment. That appointment was set for 8/23 at 1:00 pm. I stayed home from work that day expecting them to show up. At 1:25 pm I left them a voice mail asking for a return call. At 2:30 pm I sent an email asking where they were. It is now 3:00 pm on 8/27 and I still have not heard back from them. I have already spent my Saturday morning cleaning the house, so they're services are no longer required, or wanted quite frankly.

They did a wonderful job on organizing and cleaning

Crystal did a great job, she is extremly easy to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with her services. She is very good about letting you know when she will arrive. If you have anything you want her to pay closer attention to all you need to do is tell her and she will take care of it. I would highly recomend her services.

Krystal did an amazing job cleaning our house just in time for our open house showing on the weekend. We called on short notice and she was able to accomdate given the situation. After our showing, our realtor had passed on to us the number of comments we received on how spotless our house. We had a great showing and owe a lot of it to Krystal! Would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Terrible. When they left I looked through the house & everything They had done needed to be redone. I only had them Focuse on the bathrooms. Nothing was done to any Satisfaction. Floors were still dirty, counter grimy vaccum left upstairs Furniture moved but not put back. It was bad. I'm very disappointed. They had an A rating so I thought I was hiring someone good. My mistake!!!

It did not go well at all the provider kept rescheduling and finally a time was agreed upon. When she arrived I was told I would only get 2 hours of cleaning since she brought a helper and I had to start with what my priority of being cleaned was so I proceeded to show her and I let them go to work. I did tell her the house was very dirty but I was under the assumption I was getting 4 hours of cleaning.. I had to leave early to go back to work my son was left with them they did leave at the 2 hour mark. When I came home the bathrooms were clean but the master bed room was only partially dusted and vacuumed and not all the trash cans were emptied, only part of the oak bookcase bed was dusted and they just dusted in front of items they did not move anything the lamp and shade were left dirty. Same thing when I went to the living room parts of the furniture were dusted they only dusted in front did not move items and the few items they did move they did not put back. I asked them to clean the kitchen and it looked like it had been wiped down but the floor only spot cleaned and I did ask them to stay away from the animal cage I asked just to clean around it . I was very disappointed if I had paid the full $249 for this it would have been a rip off.

They arrived 45 minutes late and I was unable to get in touch with anyone to find out when they might arrive. Once they did arrive, they were friendly and efficient. The garage looked fantastic after they were done. I would use probably use them again.

Took over 2 months to get scheduled - and she called and cancelled the scheduled day. Took another month before she was finally able to do the job.

They did an amazing job. Far exceeded expectations. Garage was cleaned and organized. Organization went way beyond expectations...toolboxes, hardware, sports equipment. All is now it its place.

Love coming home to a clean house ... everything looked great and smelled clean and fresh !

I purchased the services of "We Organize" after reading the reviews of Angie's List. The ad stated the company would remove all contents from the garage and professionally clean the garage floor and then put all items back in an organized place. I purchased the ad and attempted to contact the company twice by e-mail to make an appointment. I was able to schedule them to come to my home on Aug. 16, 2013. The appointment was for 9:00am however they arrived at 9:30am. On a positive note, the men they sent were very polite. I had begun removing items from the garage prior to them arriving so that their focus could be on organizing which is their expertise according to the ad. I was asked what I had in mind and I responded, "that is why I hired you, to tell me what will work best." At that point they began removing all items out of the shelves and storage cabinents and putting it on the floor. I suppose I should have told them that I expected them to move and arrange all of my cabinents and shelves in an organized manner, instead of removing the contents...my error in judgement. Four hours later, around 1:30pm, they left and I was left with returning 75% of my contents back into the garage after I swept the floor. I was able to return all items back into my garage at 6:30pm. I am still working on organizing the shelves and cabinents so I can find what I use most often. I took a full day of vacation and expected them to complete my project in the allotted time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will not use this service again! Lesson learned...If you want a job done right, do it yourself...I had to anyway even after paying $199.99.

Cobwebs begone! Dust bunnies good riddance! Bathrooms now sparkle, and kitchen is ready for gourmet again!

It went very well. The level of energy and professionalism was great.

I was disappointed with them. I believed they were late. They didn't stay for the complete time. It didn't seem like what they did, helped much. I was expecting a better organizer. It was a difficult office. They gave me folders and told me how to organize stuff. The lady was overwhelmed and inexperienced. It has been what I would have expected then I would ask them to come back and finish it. They helped and told me what to do. There was a lot to do. They came late and left early. I did not want to continue with her service.

It was great. They took everything out of my garage and cleaned it. Everything that I was keeping was put back organized. They hauled off my trash items and my donatable items.

It was fine. There were no additional charges. She did a good job and seemed to know what she was doing. There was a difference after she was done, but not a big difference. It was a pretty good deal.

Went great! My husband and I bought the Big Deal and what a great deal did we get! Krystal did a fantastic job. So much so we bought the next Big Deal that was available.

good job, organized as much as they could

I bought and paid for a garage clean out as a surprise for my husband at $199, which appeared to be a promotion. No one called or contacted me and in May I called them. The appointment was scheduled for today. I called Krystal yesterday to confirm the appointment and was advised that she would call me back. I received no call back. The appointment was scheduled for 10 - 2 and I have still heard from anyone nor seen anyone. I have tried to call but no one answered on either phone. I left a message but it is now 10:30 and still nothing. I have a very short period of time to do this and am very unhappy with the professionalism of this company at this point. Once they finally responded, showed, up and did the work, it was fine.

I purchased the 8-man-hour deal from Angies List. I was able to schedule a date that worked with my schedule. Two men worked hard for 4-hours clearing out my 3-car garage. I now have room for two cars, and all of our recreational and yard equipment. It's nice to be able to access my golf clubs without tripping over a rake or a bike.

I really enjoyed working with this company. We only did the one job, however I would definitely use them again.

She was able to come out and did the deep cleaning for me. She was very pleasant and she started work right away. I also purchased another Big Deal from this company and I can't wait to use them again.
