We Organize!

I'm really surprised at the good reviews I'm seeing. Like other reviewers, I also couldn't get a response from them. Krystal did call me back once and missed me, but after that I left several voicemails and sent an email, and got nothing. Maybe they have more business than they can handle at this time. If they haven't been around for a long time, I guess it takes time to put processes in place. Still, I decided to go with another company. Not as cheap, but dependable.

Went very well they arrived on time did a great job cleaning the rooms. I would reccomend them to anyone.

This provider failed to contact me nor did they respond to my phone calls after I purchased the service.

Helped keep me stay on task in spite of door bells, phones, etc. My goal was to organize and create great amounts of room for two of my children (with families of four) to move in to my home temporarily. We completed all of this and now they have purchased homes of their own. Yea! A Lot of Work; but it made the ensuing months much more comfortable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. Everything was just exactly as requested. They did a great job. I'm going to use them again.

It did not go well at all. We took time off to move furniture and pick up items to allow a good house cleaning. The provider never showed up and did not (to this day) contact us to explain or reschedule.

Wasnt home when home was cleaned. It was a lot of work, came out just okay. Schedule was very accommodating.

The closet was sorted and organized, however I think I had bigger expectations of the work. I was needing an overall organizing and not such a tedious smaller focus. I did not need someone to rewind my sewing threads, rather tell me how to rearrange to make room work better. It was a pleasant experience, I just needed more hard core work done.

This was purchased as an Angie's List big deal. If you are looking for a truly professional clean from a business-oriented company, I'd go with a different provider until they have a little more experience under their belts. But if you are the kind of person that prefers to give new entrepreneurs a chance, it may be worth it to give them a try. Unfortunately the cleaners didn't show up as scheduled the first time. The owner had a family emergency and had thought she had rescheduled all of her clients. She didn't realize the scheduling oversight until I called her. But I definitely understand the struggles trying to balance family and work so it didn't bother me to reschedule. The cleaning they provided was fine and the owner was very polite. They were up front that this was a new area of business for them and still learning.

I've never had a cleaner come in so I don't have anything to compare this to. I was hoping in 4 hours to get 3 bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed. I had 2 cleaners in for 2 hours and it took 1 hour for the 2 women to clean my master bath and master bedroom. I feel like the rooms aren't too bad to start with (they even asked what I did to keep my shower stall so clear). Having said that the rooms were spotless. They did finish the other bathrooms, but it was a rush for them to get through them. They were punctual and professional, and did a good job, I just thought they would have got through more.

It was fine. Not sure of the definition of "deep" cleaning. It was regular cleaning in my opinion. The job they did was O.K.

As you can tell by other responses to this question. They never come on the day they are suppose to. They always have an excuse...I have to go to the doctor, we had a death, etc. When they did show up, they did not scrub the kitchen table which left crap on it. Anywhere I had stuff, like on the refridgerator, they didn't put it back. I do not mean they put it somewhere else, they just left it on the table. They didn't get the floor clean, but then they offered to come back and do it again, however they never showed. I would not recommend this company...EVER!!

I called several times to get an appointment. There was no response back. In the meantime, this company cleaned my friends home from the same big deal I had purchased. It was a completely sub-par cleaning. My friend was very disappointed. I continued to try and reach her and still have had no response. After seeing my friends house, I did not want her services. My other big deals have been amazing.

It went very well. Two women arrived a few minutes before scheduled. One of them went through the house upstairs and down stairs looking at each room to see what needed to be done. They went out to get their supplies, came back in and started to clean. One of the women went to the downstairs basement bedroom and started to clean there. She remained there until the bathroom was cleaned. She moved into the bedroom dusted where she could and vacuumed the bedroom carpet and the carpet on the stairs leading upstairs to the main floor. She then worked on the guest bathroom and the master bedroom bathroom. The other woman was working on the kitchen, cleaning the countertops, the outside of the microwave and the outside of the oven door. She also cleaned the top of the oven and the front of the stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. When she finished all that she cleaned the kitchen floor. She then moved into the dining room and dusted the table and chairs, the outside of the china cabinet and the top and sides of another cabinet. When she finished that she washed the hardwood dining room floor. I can 't remember who did the guest bedroom the living room or the master bedroom but between the two ladies they finished up in 2 and a half hours. I could have had one woman who would have worked 4 hours or two women who worked 2 hours. I chose the two women who worked an extra half hour longer but didn't charge me any extra. I called the provider and initially the contact was pleasant and we were able to trade phone calls and settle on a service date. On the day of service, the provider called about 30 minutes prior to our appointment time to cancel due to a family illness. I asked her if we could reschedule that day and she said she'd call me back in a couple hours once things settled down. I NEVER heard back from the provider and no longer need her services. I requested a full refund from Angie's List.

I want my 99.00 returned to me!!!!!

They were on time and were very nice. I am very pleased every time I pull into my garage. It look so nice!

She called a couple of hours after she was supposed to be here; she had forgotten that her child was starting school that day. We initially scheduled a couple of weeks in advance. After cancelling, it took four or five days for her to send me a text message and ask when I’d like to reschedule. I was out of town but responded when I got back that September 4, 2013. I haven’t heard anything back from her. I would not recommend her.

Two people came to do the work (4 hrs). Very courteous and accommodating of our requests. Worked 4 hours straight with no break and made sure everything was wiped down before finding it a home. Very nice to work with - I would definitely use them again. Suggestions: invest in a power washer of their own and a dusting mechanism that has an extension to get to higher walls/ceilings to knock down more cob webs ... maybe an extension ladder. Also, invest in some stain remover to work on some of the typical grease stains you find in garages.

It went fine. It was not a deep clean as advertised.

Crystal & another lady cleaned my house to where it sparkles. They did everything & more than I expected.

They were late getting to my home. The woman was very helpful the man wasn't to into getting the job done.

Two women arrived promptly. Krystal had me take her through the house to show her the work and then we talked about which cleaning products I wanted her to use. She was very professional and friendly. Then they got to work and cleaned thoroughly. Both were careful and respectful of our home. And what a great difference they made in such a short time!

This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. She dusted around things rather than moving things to dust the whole surface.

It went very well. They did a good job.
