We Organize!

It worked out really well. They went to both houses and they were very cooperative. They did whole house cleaning on both houses. It was a good deal and they were right on time. I would use them again.

They did not vacuum all of the furniture items and curtains They did not spread out the curtains to vacuum the full curtain They left early on the contractual time

She was great. She did a very good job.

They did OK. They did a really good job on the floors and they didn't get everything that they said they were going to but they did a good job. They were to d the baseboards but they didn't get around to it. We ended up waiting a little while after we purchased the deal and I tipped them when they left but for the actual service I didn't pay anything other than the cost of the deal.

Needed some areas cleaned for a new house we bought. Set up an appointment a couple of weeks in advance and they were right on time. Provide a list of areas needing attention and she they got them all handled nicely.

They did well, but they did not prioritize tasks as I needed. For example, they did not get to dust, which is something that I wanted them to do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was really impressed with them. I was going to use them again but things happened and I never got them called back. I couldn't believe all the stuff they got done so quick. I didn't spend any additional. The price was very good.

Very slow. Didn't bring their own vacuum. Not friendly

It turned out fine. We had a little trouble getting him out here because of the weather but we finally got them here last weekend and they did an excellent job. There were 2 men and they pretty much moved everything out of our garage and grouped them in piles of related things, ad us go through and we had to tell them what we wanted to keep ad what we wanted to go in the trash, they organized it all by putting them on shelves and they told us what shelves they needed and we went out and got the shelves. They worked longer than they probably were suppose to work and when they left we had a whole lot of trash and a nice clean garage. They were here around October 8th and I spent about $199.

Bathrooms were clean. Dusting in bedroom was okay for dresser and night stand but missed most the TV stand--looks like it was touched in the front part but that's it. Did a good job vacuuming. It was suppose to be quite a deal - $99 for 4 hours. For what was done for $99, I would rather save my money and do it myself.

Organization resulting in finding two things I was missing, one of which I needed in a couple of days.

She did a good job. She was reasonable. I didn't used her for the four hours. When I asked for her again one of her kids was sick so she couldn't make it the second time, so she called me and told me. And then another time she had to get her tonsils removed but for what she did, she did a good job, but I haven't used her since. I didn't call her after that because she was unable to come out. And I understand if you're sick, you're sick.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for four hours of deep cleaning (or two hours with two people). Krystal and another woman came to do the cleaning. Krystal asked what I was wanting and where to start. I only wanted the cleaning for the hours I'd already paid for through the Big Deal. I asked them to start downstairs and get done what they could. They were able to wipe down all my kitchen cabinets with wood oil, wipe down all of the appliances, blinds, & ceiling fans, dust the furniture, sweep and wet mop the hardwoods and vacuum the carpets - everything on the main floor. I'm sure there were some other things they did as well. Everything looked very nice and clean when they were finished. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

They arrived on time and worked quietly. The younger woman was very friendly. It seemed to me that they worked very slowly. They were able to clean the kitchen and master bathroom and guest half bath. However the kitchen trash can under the sink and the large silver free standing trash can were not emptied. They vacuumed the bedroom and living room and mopped the kitchen, master bathroom and entry hall. The younger woman kept checking on the older woman. My house had been cleaned one month ago and it was not that hard. It seemed they could have vacuumed the dining room and den as well. It felt unfinished.

I recently had part of my house remodeled. I've had it cleaned twice since the remodel was finished, but it needed a good, thorough dusting and wiping down of all woodwork in the house. Drywall dust is so hard to get rid of! Crystal and Neece came in and worked hard to accomplish what I wanted. They used Murphy's Oil Soap and washed all of the baseboards, window grills, shutters and doors. They also washed the wood floors... All in all I am happy with the results.

I am still trying to set a date for "We Organize" to come help me. She was down with strep throat and I understood. She recently requested a date that I was unable to coordinate with, and I asked for another date and time. The date and time that she chose worked for me, but I I still haven't heard back from her....it has been several days if not a week.. Is she still affiliated with Angie's list? After multiple attempts to schedule and then reschedule (due to this business owner's personal reasons) we have finally given up. Extremely unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. We prepaid for services as this was one of the Angie's List Deals and have requested a full refund. Due to the unreliability of this provider, we aren't expecting to see our refund any time soon.

We Organize! was wonderful. Bless her heart, she would really need to work around me because I ordered it and then it took me a few weeks because I didn't have a vacuum sweeper, I had to wait until I got one and then we scheduled it, she was going to come over, I had no air-conditioning. I was concerned about her working in a hot house so we had to reschedule again and she was so pleasant, so kind through out the whole thing. She came by just a week or so ago. She was wonderful. When I talked to her initially, I said "I kind of need both but probably more deep cleaning." She came prepared to clean and brought somebody with her, there were two of them that worked two hours and they did a great job. My house was dirty, she had her work cut out for her.

It went great. The guys showed up when they said they would Took everything out of my garage, completely cleaned out my garage, and then put everything back in by category, i.e. gardening, camping, sports equipment, etc.

Wonderful! Things that were missing are now visible! It makes sense where things are located now.

They arrived right on time and went right to work. They took everything out of the garage and swept the floor and put everything back in - nicely organized. They worked hard and made a lot of progress fast. I mentioned hosing down the garage floors but they didn't seem to be interested in doing that. Also, I think it is important to note

I used this provider to do some deep cleaning on my house. The owner was very nice but she did a terrible job at cleaning. I had to redo everything thing that she did.

She arrived at the agreed upon time and moved her cleaning supplies in, asked some questions and got right to work. She vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the two bathrooms, kitchen, back splash and counters and left them sparkling. Due to construction the house was really dusty and she worked at the layers until everything sparkled. She was pleasant to my granddaughter and I with personal, professional questions and responses.

It turned out great. My only complaint was that I hadn't realized they were going to have a very small truck and that they only took one load. I just hadn't gotten the ad, maybe it was in fine print and I missed it but I was shocked about that because I had quite a bit more than they could fit in in that very small truck. I expected them to have a larger truck. What I was very satisfied with was that they agreed, they actually made 2 trips back to get the rest of my things and only charged me an additional $50 so that more than made up for everything. They were very, very good to work with and they really gave me a break there so I was most appreciative. They cleaned out my garage so well and organized it for me. I knew they would organize but it was better than my expectations, my garage was so pretty I wanted to sit out there for a while. They did a super job cleaning and organizing which is what they advertise they would do. I would definitely recommend them. I thought it should be made clearer that they take one load in a small truck because they said I had a lot more than they can take and I was like, 'How was I to know that?' and they were just going to leave everything else there and I was most upset and then they were so nice to remedy it for me in such a cool way, I was thrilled. They really worked with me but it should be made clearer in the Big Deal about how much they can take. It wasn't really bigger than a pick-up truck and I just expected something more like a small U-Haul or something like that.

They were very good, arrived on time and did above and beyond what I asked them to do. They are very professional, that's why I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The work they did was what I asked them to do. I like that they brought all their own materials and cleaning supplies; the only thing they used of mine was my vacuum cleaner. They were very pleasant to work with; I don't have any complaints about them.
