I used Angie's list and some of the installers that my neighbors used to get estimates. Mike returned my call the same day and had a person out the same day and was given an estimate. I tried to get a couple of other estimates, but this company I decided to go with due to their responsiveness and responding to all my questions and their track record on Angie's list. They came out, replaced my 4in gutters on the entire house with 6in and larger downspouts. They attached the downspouts to my waterproofing system that goes underground to keep the water away from my foundation. The installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up all the debris left. They informed my of other conditions found in the old gutters and things I could do for maintenance. My wife and I reviewed their work before they left and thought the look of the gutters was great. I found the overall experience extremely satisfactory and would highy recommend them or use them for future projects.

Work repairs were not done by Ratliff Guttering Co. As of August 7, 2010, we haven?t heard from Ratliff Guttering. On one of the down-spouts, my mom had taped it, a temporary fix, however, on July 11, when the microburst hit our area; it did not hold and water from those gutters was just pouring directly down by the home?s foundation. We would have greatly appreciated that this company tell us that no representative from this company was coming to do an estimate. We will never call this company again. A good lesson learned though, because this company made us feel like we were begging for their service. In the future, we will look for other bids sooner and not assume a company is just busy, especially when that company doesn?t have common courtesy to call and let potentially customers know that they aren?t coming.

a request for an estimated costs and timing of replacement gutters was made. An timely inspection of the job was performed while I was at work and a written estimate was left in the door. Questions about the type of material used and timing of the work in conjunction with exterior house painting were all answered. I was later offered an upgrade on the size of the downspouts for a very minimal cost, which I accepted. The work was coordinated with painting performed by Certa-pro painters and was completed on time. Now I have fine looking gutters that dont drip at all!

Their phone was always busy so I sent an email and got a call back asking for information. They came out and evaluated and mailed the estimate to me promptly. I called for more details and left a message and they called back to answer the following day. It was a good experience, but they were very busy so it took a little time-about 10 days total. I think this is a sign of how good they are- they have a lot of work.

They were able to schedule the job very quickly, and completed in one morning. I was pleased with the results. The only thing that went wrong was that they left an old downspout on top of a window air conditioner on the second floor where I could not reach it. It took two calls (messages left) to the office before they sent someone out to retrieve it, and I never did actually get a return call about that or to follow up generally, which is why I rated them slightly lower on responsiveness and professionalism. Still, overall it was a good experience.

This is a very knowledged professional group. The owner Mike is one of the nicest business owners I have met. I would recommend this company to anyone and when I can afford to do work on my home I will go with Ratliff. I have seen other work done by Ratliff and very nice work was done to other homes near me.

I thought Jim was very pleasant to deal with and has great customer service skills. During his inspection, he found an end cap in a shrub and put it in our doorway so we'd have it later. I highly recommend getting in touch with them for an estimate.

Mike was extrememly responsive, and worked with me to get this job done quickly. The weather delayed the project a few days, but Mike always kept me updated on their schedule. The work looks great too. I have no complaints.

Mike did the estimate promptly and called and provided written estimate. The job was done in time frame promised, and completed in 3 days. Ratliff Guttering successfully coordinated services with the contractor who replaced damaged fascia boards. They cleaned up all debris from work.

The representative came promptly when we called for an estimate. We thought that we probably needed new gutters; however, he told us that the gutters were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. Good news!! Workers came when scheduled, cleaned out gutters and installed leaf guards.We are well satisfied with the results.

I reviewed top rated guttering companies on Angie's list and got 3 bids. Decided on Ratliff and they were prompt for estimate and actual workday. Very efficient, very professional, easy to work with. Price was very reasonable too. I recommend this company with no reservations.

It went very well. They were able to quickly get an estimate to me and did the work while I was away. The process was very quick and efficient. I had a section of gutters replaced (aprox. 12-15 ft and two downspouts.)

It went great. I called them and they came while I was at work and left an estimate in the door. I signed the estimate, faxed it in and they were out within a day or 2. They had the job complete before I even called to confirm they received the fax! They called to let me know it was done and said they would put the bill in the mail. I received the bill a few days later at the exact cost of the estimate. Great experience.

They did an excellent job. They charged exactly what they had quoted. I couldn't tell they had been here as far as any mess was concerned. I am very happy with their work.

We called a number of companies for bids. No one seemed to want to take our money. One company showed up (without a call) for an estimate 6moths after my call. Ratcliff responded, provided a reasonable bid and did the job, period.

The crew came out to do the work on a day we were not around. We are very happy with their work.

Promptly received a call back telling me that he inspected my property and believed that gutters just needed cleaning and explained how he came to that conclusion. Didn't pressure me in to using his company to do the work or sell me on something I didn't need. When I need new gutters he will be the one I call.

Mike was very professional. He gave me an honest estimate and was the only person to tell me not to redo all of my gutters because they were in good shape.

Estimate was prompt and courteous. Since work was outside, no specific time was set to have it done. The worker came on a Saturday and completed the work within two hours. Work was done according to estimate within five days of accepting the estimate.

Mike came by and gave us and estimate. A few days later I called him back let him know we wanted to use his company. Then well it rained for a several days so they could not do the work and we had our normal issue then the sun came out and he got his team to work. They got it all done in a day I went to work knowing they were coming came home at 5pm and it was magic. All done WOW no mess and they look good even better they work no water issue from that time on even when gutters fill with leave. The new downspouts are so big they just flush right out which is a big deal as our area has so many trees you can clean your gutters on a weekly basis and still not have them clean when it rains. Mike is a man of his word and the kinda of guy you would like to have as a neighbor even if he likes the jayhawks.

I called Ratliff after finding them on Angie's List. A representative arrived the next day and gave me an estimate. Ratliff was the only company out of three that told me the guttering on the front of my home had already been replaced with aluminum guttering and did not need to be replaced again. This resulted in a savings of about $600. The work was completed within a week. A few scraps were left in the yard but the workers were courteous and efficient.

We had a section of guttering that had pulled away from the house as well as a downspout that was clogged and corroding away. I had Ratliff Guttering come out for an estimate on securing the existing guttering and replacing the downspout. The original estimate for that was $200. A few days after receiving the estimate strong winds blew the guttering down off the house so I called Ratliff back to see if they could come repair it. There was an ice storm approaching that day, and they said they would work me in if possible, otherwise would do it when the weather cleared up. They also said that it would only add $75 to the initial estimate to install the new guttering. They ended up not making it that day due to weather, but came the next day and worked on it with snow and ice on the ground, which surprised me. I was very pleased with their work, and feel they did a good job with the replacement/installation. Would work with them in the future.

When I was finally prepared to schedule the work, I was delighted to receive an appointment for the following day. The crew was prompt and efficient - even cheerful. I went with this company because they offered an additional year's warranty on the labor above the other estimate I received.
