Description of Work: We were so pleased with the service and support we received from Ratliff Guttering. We needed some soffet repair work done before the guttering could be installed and Ratliff remained completely flexible and worked around our carpenter's schedule. We also felt they were very honest discussing add-on options with us and encouraged us to make the most economic decision. We have already referred this company to our friends!

Description of Work: Ratliff did some gutter work for me about five or six years ago. They did a really good job, and we will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: A large section of guttering material had blown off the upper part of my house, due to the ice that had accumulated in it. A man came out and gave me an estimate. On the agreed upon date, the repairman came and repaired the damaged parts and removed all old material. The serviceman was very polite and even brought his ladder back and climbed on my roof to check on something that I asked him about (after he had finished his job). It looks as if he did a great job. Suggestion: Be sure and have all work and material listed on the proposal that you sign. They did everything that we had discussed and I appreciated the attention paid to my problem.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on soffit repair because their internet site claimed they did that. However, they only repair soffit coverings and flashings, not the actual soffit. They did however respond to missed calls quickly which was appreciated.
