Description of Work: Randy is a great guy. very personable and professional. He assisted me with a bad exterior faucet. I thought his price a bit high, but his service is great.

Description of Work: We had used Randy for years, which is one reason I am completely disappointed in him now. I hired him to replace old faucets with new ones. When he put in the kitchen faucet, he drilled a larger hole in the Corian sink to install the faucet, and he made drill marks which can be seen around the faucet base. When I asked him about the marks, he replied that since the sink was made of Corian, the marks could be buffed or polished out by a cabinet top company. I asked him how much that would cost, and he said he didn't know, then went on to charge me full price for installing the faucets. I think he should pay to have the Corian he messed up repaired.

Description of Work: Randy replaced the works in 3 toliets; installed 2 faucets (lavatories) ; installed 7 new shut off valves and supply lines; installed a new water line valve for the ice maker (in a crawl space); thawed out and repaired an outside faucet and snaked out and opened a basement drain---original job bid. But then he did not like the low pressure he discovered when checking out the rate of fill of the toliets. He then went back into a crawl space area to find that the pressure regulator on the main water line was malfunctioning. He had to go and buy a new one and crawl back in to install it. And the best part of the story is that even with the extra part and labor on the regulator, his total for the job a lot less than the other bid I got that did not include the pressure regulator. He works quickly and systematically and cleaned everything up nicely after he finished. His promptness was perfect --an 8 a.m start. was right at 8 a.m.! .
