Randy Farris Plumbing

Randy did an amazing job getting our new water heater installed! He did it quickly and professionally. Then when we had an issue with water in our basement the next day, he came right out, confirmed it had nothing to do with the new water heater, then tracked down what the true issue was (which 2 other plumbers missed) and snaked out the pipe in our basement. Again he was quick and professional, but once he was done, he took the time to talk to us about options for fixing our p-trap in the basement floor. I will definitely use Randy in the future, and recommend him without hesitation.

Randy did an excellent job. He is very efficient, knowledgeable (he is a Master Plumber) and friendly. He had a fair price for the time he spent. Randy did an excellent job. Cut out sub-floor (small area) to gain access to line and valve, removed shutoff and capped the line. Very professional and very good job. Extremely happy.

It went very well. It looks like it is a one man show. He try to connect it to the situation. He gave advice on what to do in other situation. We had a couple of other plumbing type things that we could work on and he gave advice on those and no services will provide it specifically to those. I would use them in the future.

As usual, Randy was great. He arrived fast, worked fast, and stayed to advise me on some other kitchen upgrades I was considering. We have used Randy serveral times in the past and he is always prompt, courteous and professional. We always rely on him whenever we need help with our plumbing problems. If you use Randy, you will not be overcharged or disappointed.

Randy is punctual and professional and fair. He arrives when he says he will and leaves the place clean and orderly and everything works when he leaves.

Randy Farris Plumbing is a one man company and he's just fantastic. He's absolutely first class. We had a water leak one time on the weekend and he was here within an hour. You call his cell phone and if he really needs to be here, he'll stop whatever he's doing and come straight out here and handle everything. That's just the way he is. That's one reason we liked him. He never charged us any overtime or weekend time or anything like that. He never has an assistant. He does everything himself, which, I think, is probably the reason he is successful. He said he's tried to have assistants and they just don't do the quality that he does.

Randy showed up at the agreed upon time, evaluated the situation and determined the best location to move the hose bib to. The work went like clockwork and we were able to pour the new concrete on time.

Randy responded quickly to my call, set the appointment and was on time. Work was performed quickly and professionally. I was tempted to to the install myself but my wife insisted that in order to preserve our marriage it was better to call Randy. Smart lady. Randy did in 25 minutes what it would have taken me 2+ hours to do. Price was reasonable and cleanup was good. We have used Randy Farris plumbing on several occasions and never been disappointed.

Randy was a pleasure to work with. He promptly came out and gave me an estimate on the work and gave a very reasonable bid. The project involved working behind the furnace in a cramped space and chipping out some concrete to even access the sewer line in order to replace the broken parts. Randy was able to quickly identify the problem, get the floor opened up, the new piping installed, and new concrete back down. His final price was actually less than his initial estimate! He has been doing plumbing work for multiple memebers of my family for over 15 years and we have always been pleased with his service and prices. He's a rare breed of plumber that you actually enjoy doing business with and feel like you got your money's worth. I would highly recommend Randy for your plumbing needs.

We accepted his flaky behavior because his prices were good and he did adequate work. As you read in the "services performed" section, that changed a few years ago. His prices are higher and you never know if you will win the "call back lottery."

We purchased a new gas range and needed a new line run. Randy first came out to give us an estimate prior to our purchasing a stove. Once we purchased our stove we called him and set the date for installation. Randy arrived on time and preformed the work in a timely manner. The cost ended up being less than the original estimate. I thought this was very honest of him. I would have paid the original estimate and probably not thought anything of it. We would recommend Randy to any of our friends and would certianly use him again.

We've used Randy for at least 10 years with okay results, not perfect, but generally acceptable. Randy replaced the hose to our Grohe kitchen faucet right before we left on vacation for three weeks. Shortly after we returned we noticed a lot of water in the cabinet below the faucet. I was able to determine that it was leaking near the coupling and determined that Randy hadn't fully tighten down the fitting at the end of the hose after taking it off to fish it through the faucet housing. I took it apart with my fingers, put teflon tape on the threads and tightened it down with a wrench. It doesn't leak now. We called Randy to complain but had to leave a voicemail. That was two weeks ago and he hasn't called back. I didn't want a refund but was hoping to get him back to fix a leaky pipe joint that started leaking after he installed a new water heater.

Never got the opportunity to do business with, would never return phone calls. If they were too busy, or didnt want my business, they could of at least returned my phone call

I had a good experience with Randy. We called around and Randy was very knowledgeable of the pipes in old homes and also had the best price. He is a one man show and did all the work himself including removing the cement and repouring of the concrete.

Overall, the service was fine. He was cooperative, on time, pleasant, the quality was great, and everything is working fine.

Very well. Randy is just great to work with and our family has used his services for several years now. He is a Master Plumber and charges reasonable fees for his work. He does all the work--and takes real pride in his workmanship. He is prompt, professional, and really knows his stuff. I found him through word of mouth. I spent $200 when he came out last. I have used him before. He was punctual. He didn’t take a long time to come over. He came out on time and his prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely use him again.

Randy was great to work with. Start to finish. Called him at 7:30 am on Monday; he was at the house at 9:30. We determined that the leak stemmed from the toilet area, so he re-seated the toilet as I requested, and tightened all connections which he found to be very loose. While here, he noticed the tub faucet, installed by another contractor, had not been properly caulked. Randy took care of fixing that as well--no charge. Two days later, we determined that something else was causing the leak; the spot in the first floor ceiling remained wet. I contacted Randy and he was at our house later that morning. This time, he located the real source of our problem: a leaky supply line, cut the drywall to access it, and fixed it. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I was amazed. And grateful. Randy did an excellent job for us and we will recommend him to our friends as a forthright and knowledgeable individual whose integrity is fully intact.

Randy is a very nice and laid back guy. He is reasonably priced. He is very prompt and always comes out when he says that he will. If I have an emergency he will always find a way to whip by really quick to check everything over. He has even come out on a Saturday morning.
